The icing on the cake is the absolutely gorgeously detailed art. Every single page moves the story along while sucking you into this world of the past. This issue saw Simon at a ball in the 1800s, and no details were missed. From the clothes, to the ballroom, lighting, and more. Plot
Simón Pure is unearthed by a young teenager named...ALBERT EINSTEIN, who comes to warn him that his existence is key to stopping something that will happen in the future that his sister Maja saw, related to characters already known in the Ghost Machine universe. , a robot and a brilliant man.
Albert helps Simon escape from a group of attackers dressed in the same cult robes whose ritual gave Red Coat immortality.
Albert's German-accented dialogues are hilarious, he is an interesting character as it shows him interested in magic even though his future will focus on advanced physics, his interactions with Simon are great, as are the sequences of fight.

Another great issue with a young Einstein digging up our main character, Simon Pure.Mr.Pure and Albert are trying to save the world as new character's appear to thawrt them.Great story and great artwork.A must read kinda comic.
Nothing amazing here but we get a curse via magical item, a sidekick with dire warnings of future calamity and fun historical figures as characters in the mix instead of what I thought this would turn out to be which was just an Armstrong like character getting into trouble through the years and being a miscreant just to get his comeuppance and see how horrible a death he could suffer each issue. There is intrigue and suspense along with some damn fine art in this book. I suggest you give it a try.
I don't think it's anywhere near issue one. It did however entertain me, it just didn't do much to take it to the next level.
