If you haven’t been following All-New Wolverine that’s ok, this is a great jumping on point. The annual is so much fun and stands on it’s own really well without needing much back story. This is a must read issue and a must read series. We are going to be heading into Enemy of the State II and it’s sure to be a wild ride so hop on now and hold on for dear life!

Overall, Inferno is a triumphant success even with only one issue out. It's so exciting and there is so much packed into this oversized issue. Many questions are finally answered but then, so many more questions are asked. This Inferno burns hot, but I'm just so captivated by its brilliance that I just can't take my eyes off of it.

Overall Planet-Sized X-Men is a triumph and one of the best comics of the year. It's so fantastically crafted and packed with gorgeous art and colors. This definitely gives us a look at the bold new direction the mutants are heading in and I'm all in on this ride.

I loved this book and can’t express it enough. I highly recommend it if you enjoy silly and fun books. If you haven’t been following Tank Girl go pick up Two Girls One Tank so you are up to date with the current story and then check this one out. You wont be disappointed. Now excuse me while I go watch the movie because I need me some more Tank Girl!

If you are a fan of Deadpool, Squirrel Girl or Harley Quinn you should definitely check out Tank Girl. Most of those characters creators go their influnce for them from Tank Girl. She is the original odd ball and this new series is absolutely hilarious. I highly recommend going and picking it up.

This is a must buy issue of Tank Girl. I've always been a big fan of Jet Girl so it's great to have an issue thats centered around her and her shenanigans. This is also a great book for new readers. It stands on it's own and isn't affected by the main story. I do encourage you to pick up the first two issue as well.

It’s great to see Natasha finally get some of Marvel’s top creative teams on her books. This is definitely a series you should not miss. Black Widow has become an A-list hero and this issue especially shows why she deserves the spot at the top.

I would argue that this issue is the best comic I have read all year and one of the best series as well. If you haven't been following this series you definitely need to start picking it up.

'House of X' is bold, risky, unconventional, but also absolutely genius. I have been reading X-Men since I was a kid and I am so elated with joy! This is my X-Men and they’re back! I honestly believe House of X is a huge contender to be the best book you read all year, it’s that good.

Wow this was a great book and the only thing I could fault it for is that it is only a miniseries and not a ongoing series. But can you really fault a book for that? This is such an exciting book and shows Bullseye at his best. I have missed him from the Daredevil books and it's nice to be able to see him again. This may be only a five issue miniseries but I highly suggest you pick it up.

This series is definitely a must read. It is exactly how a villain fronted book should be and will set the bar for any future books that are centered around a villain. I can't express how much you shouldn't miss out on this book and definitely go pick this one up.

Another amazing book from Marvel Now! Civil War II may not have been what we wanted but we are getting some incredible new series and thats whats most important. I highly recommend you pick this one up. It's a great series for longtime fans of She-Hulk and also new readers to the character.

Hickman even though he is throwing so much at us and is not really giving any real answers, manages to keep you captivated. This world is so lush and heavy that you can't help but be pulled right in. The futures are unique, but also feel like they are familiar as well. That no matter what the X-Men do it is their destiny to end up in the same place or somewhere similar it seems. That being said, this is a powerhouse series you should be reading.

I also enjoy seeing characters we have known for years, but this version of them is different. We all wondered what Apocalypse’s role would be in this story. Even though we have seen some of him, I find myself still wondering if he will become a villain or because of the universe change, will he be more of an anti-hero now? I guess we will have to wait and see.

Overall ‘Powers of X’ now starts to bring the laughs to an intense story that welcomes the change. There are so many subtle revelations in this book, which you might need to read it twice to catch them all. Just read it, seriously don’t miss out.

Even with all the answers given in this issue, it manages to ask that many and more. Something is afoot and no matter how much you think you may have figured it out, I trust Hickman has some tricks left for us.

If you are looking for a book that is different and unique I highly suggest you pick this one up. This was a crazy and weird ride but o worth it. I looked forward to the next two volumes and where this journey takes us next.

All-New Guardians of the Galaxy continues to be such a great fun read. There are a lot of elements in the series that obviously are inspired by the movie but it completely works. This is a must read series for any Guardian fans and for those that just want to laugh and have a good time.

This is one of the best series I have read lately. Everything you would want in a comic book is right here and then some. It;s such a blast to read I highly recommend picking this up. Things are getting intense and you definitely want on this ride!

I loved this book and really the only thing negative I could say about it would be that it was a very quick read. I loved the action sequences and how immersive they are, but they do take up a good portion of this issue. But like I said that’s a very minor part to and otherwise absolutely amazing book. I highly suggest anyone who loves a good adventure story pick this one up, you won’t be disappointed

This is one of the best Batman stories I have read in a very long time. It's so different from anything we have been given in the past. I highly recommend you pick up the six issues in I Am Suicide arc and then Rooftops part one and this issue Rooftops part two. This story is the perfect example why Batman is one of the top selling books on the market.

Pick this book up, there is nothing like it on the market and it really shouldn’t be missed. Thank you Joshua Williamson for now making me a Flash fan and even more a Godspeed fan!

This first arc has been outstanding and it makes me really excited for the next arc. If you haven’t been reading the Flash then I can’t express enough that you should pick up the back issues and get caught up. This is one of my picks for the best series being released by DC.

With so many new series coming out there has to be something that makes a book standout among all the rest. This books unique take on the fallen hero is outstanding and is an absolute must read. I highly recommend you pick this one up as its already proving to be an incredible series.

So with ResurreXion we have had some great new series and some alright series. This one definitely falls under the great. The book starts off so awesome and brings a ton of fun. I can't recommend this enough and it is close to being my favorite from the ResurreXion lineup so far.

There really in't anything bad I can say about the series or this issue. This is by far one of the best X-Men solo titles we have had in years. Pick this book up, you won't regret it. This is such a great series and we are really getting to see young Jean come into her own.

This is a must read for any x-fan out there. This series and issue especially is so much fun and exciting. This Jean is a blast to follow on her journey and I'm really excited to see what happens next, especially after what happens on the last page of this book.

This book brings what we have grown to love about the X-books. Action, drama and comedy in a uniquely X-Men way. Kelly Thompson does an incredible job crafting a story I just can't wait to read more of. This being her first x-title I want even after only one issue Marvel to give her an ongoing series. She is perfect for the X-Men and I hope we get to see a lot more of her. Buy this book, trust me it's so worth it.

Rogue and Gambit is a top notch series and while I may have not enjoyed this issue as much as the previous ones, that doesn't mean this issue wasn't again another amazing addition to one of the best x-books out right now. Definitely go pick this one up.

What can I say if you are a fan of these two characters then you should read this mini-series. It's so well written and shows just how much Thompson loves these characters. Every issue had me excitedly waiting for the next to come out. It's an amazing read for any and all comic book fans.

Our first champion has stepped forward, with speculation of who the others might be. This tournament just may actually be the death of them, or at least a few of them.

Overall this book comes back from ‘X of Swords’ and knocks yet another outstanding issue out of the park. This is a prime example of how you can have a low key story but it still be just as engaging as the action packed ones.

Overall this book continues to be a juggernaut in the x-lineup. It’s one of the best series not only for LGBTQ2IA+ representation but for deep emotional relationships and stories with a fun quirkiness to them. Don’t sleep on this series.

Overall X-Factor continues to be one of the best x-books out. This one especially is such a fun and exciting read and visually outstanding on top of it. If you have been following X-Factor then this is a must-read. If you haven’t, go back to issue six and start reading, you don’t want to miss this. Actually read all of X-Factor, it’s just that good!

Overall X-Factor leaves us with a pretty perfect last issue. There's nods to future story plots and that shocking ending takes us right into the Trial of Magneto. It's bittersweet to say goodbye to one of the best series we have gotten in a long time, but the creative team managed to deliver us a truly special finale.

This was another huge success for the teams behind ResurreXion. The X-Men are definitely back and I am overwhelmingly ecstatic. If you enjoyed X-Men Gold then you should definitely pick this one up. Its more reminiscent of the early days of the X-Men of 1963, where Gold was very reminiscent of the 1990s. I love how they have taken the formula of the comics from those eras and delivered that with a modern twist and fresh new stories.

We are now two issues in on X-Men Blue and it really seems like Bunn has found his groove with the X-Men. Many are not fans that that O5 are still around, but Bunn has really delivered a solid series so far that has me excited for more shenanigans from Jean, Scott, Hank, Warren and Bobby.

X-Men Blue continues to dominate and be an outstanding book proving that the X-Men are definitely back. We haven't had much of a serial and the series being more of a villain of the week, but its proving to be a successful formula. Hopefully soon we will see the series become more of a serial and bring on some greater challenges for the O5 team. This is still a must read series that I can't recommend enough. Go pick it up, you wont be disappointed.

This is the absolute best series from the ResurreXion lineup. If you haven't checked it out yet you must pick it up. There is so much fun and excitement to be had in every issue that it's such a joy to read.

Overall while not being the best of the series this issue is still a really good read. The chemistry between the characters is so well written that I enjoy all the witty banter between them. There is a lot of setup happening in this issue but it successfully get me excited for the new dynamic Jimmy will bring to the team and what this new villain has in store for our young mutants.

This is one of the best titles coming from Marvel and RessurXion. If you haven’t been following Spider-Gwen I highly encourage you to run and scoop up all the back issue and get caught up. This is a top series that you really shouldn’t miss. Spider-Gwen versus the Punisher, does it get any better than that!?

Spider-Gwen is an absolutely amazing series and you should definitely get on board now. When you make a deal with the devil, your life will definitely change and Spider-Gwen has done just that and you know it’s going to be a great read!

This was a great exciting issue and takes Spider-Gwen in a whole new direction. Jason Latour and Robbi Rodriguez continue to deliver one of the best titles from Marvel. This series is consistently outstanding and I can't wait to see Gwenom wreak havok on the streets of New York.

Overall this chapter and 'X of Swords' altogether reins triumphant! It's a thrilling ride from start to finish that defies expectations. It's the first massive crossover in 'Dawn of X' and leads the way to many more as it succeeds in everything it promised and then some.

Overall this midway chapter was one of the most intriguing chapters of the event. It managed to tie up the first half perfectly while getting us excited for the second half. We haven’t seen anything yet, I’m sure of that.

I'm really intrigued now that they are on Earth where this series is going to go. This has been an exceptional series from the start and I hope now that they are on Earth they can keep the momentum going.

Overall ‘S.W.O.R.D.’ goes where no mutant has gone before, and I am so excited we get to be a part of the ride. This book is wonderfully crafted with its sophistication and design. This has the potential to be one of the best series in the ‘Reign of X’ line-up.

If you want to not be a little lost when reading this issue, then I recommend Reading the first few issue of the ‘King in Black’ event first. That being said you can still get into this story and fully enjoy reading it without reading the event first. For a tie-in issue this was an action packed thrill ride that is thoroughly exciting and entertaining.

Overall this is one of the better tie-in books I’ve read in a long time. We got a spotlight on Manifold which really helped to give the character time to shine. I can’t wait to see what this series does once it’s out of the event.

Overall this book was an explosive addition that really raised the stakes. We are now seeing consequences to the actions made in the other series really tying the books together. Things are about to get really crazy so I highly recommend jumping on-board if you haven’t already.

Overall Hellions managed to show us that even a more low-key issue could pack just as much of a punch as the more action or comedic installments of the series. There are some fantastic character moments in this issue alone that reinforces why this has been and continues to be one of the top x-books being released.

I really hope that we haven’t seen the best from Action Comics, and that the story is going to pick back up soon. Honestly the only reason to read this issue is so you aren’t lost if any of the next story arcs reference back to this one. But then again this arc is not important enough to really matter later on.

I highly recommend picking this one up. The issue does deal more with Zade and L'Call, but I feel that helps to raise the story to a new level. Action Comics in my opinion has been the stronger of the Superbooks out right now and is definitely a great read.

Again Action Comics continues to be a heavy hitter from DC. If you haven't been picking this one up you are definitely missing out. I'm so on the edge of my seat wanting to know what Lex's fate is going to be. Pick this one up its a solid series and issue that shouldn't be missed.

This is another incredible issue and continues to prove that Action Comics is one of the best book DC is releasing.

If you haven’t read this crossover I highly suggest you go pick up the previous issues of Superman and Action Comics. This is one of the best crossover stories I have read in a long time.

If you’re a Superman fan then I recommend picking this book up. There is so much fun and nostalgia in every one of the 92 pages. Those that want to jump into reading Superman books, there is no better place than this one. It will give you a brief look over of his history and the teaser of where things will be going. This was a good fun read.

While not a lot happened in this issue, James Stokoe manages to really pull you in and every moment feels validated and you are right there with the characters in the story. This is one of the better Alien stories and I'm really excited to find out what happens.

If you are a fan of the games you should definitely pick up this series. It is so much fun and is going to have an impact on the Assassin's Creed universe you're not going to want to miss. If you are new to the series you'll still enjoy this series and maybe it will encourage you to pick up the games to find out more about the Assassin's versus Templar wars.

If you are a fan of Assassin's Creed then you really should pick this book up. Many of the story lines from the games are going to be major plot points in this series so you are not going to want to miss it. This is an incredible first issue to what I know will be and outstanding series.

This new arc has promise for a series that is stumbling to win an audience. If you are a Daredevil fan definitely pick this one up. If you are new and looking to jump into Daredevil this is a good place to start. You might be a little lost at first of who everyone is, but it won’t take long to get you up to speed. This dark and gritty Daredevil is about to experience some seriously Dark Art!

This series is not bringing anything exciting and this issue especially is a lot of nothing happening. I think it’s time for a creative team shuffle up. This series may be some peoples taste but it is definitely not mine, which is a shame because Daredevil is my all time favourite.

This is the perfect jumping on point for new readers. This book showed me that Charles Soule does know the character and it gives me high hopes that we have many great Daredevil stories to come.

If you haven't been reading Daredevil then issue 15 & 16 are the perfect jumping on point. This is the Daredevil I have loved for many years at his best.

This has been such a great story I highly suggest if you haven't been following Daredevil pick up the last issue and this one. We are finally starting to get Daredevil issues to the level of quality we want and deserve. "Purple" is a story arc that shouldn't be missed.

It's nice to finally see Charles Soule find his groove with Daredevil. It may have taken a year and a half but he's finally delivering some solid stories. This is definitely a series you should pick up.

It's not often we get a book that is mostly Matt Murdock, and this one was an exciting one seeing what Matt can do in the courtroom. Charles Soule being a lawyer really knows how to write this side of the series. I recommend pickin it up and seeing if Matt was successful or not in his battle to change the Marvel Universe and it's costumed Vigilantes.

Overall this was a fun dive into Japanese mythology through a Marvel lens. I could definitely see a successful anime being developed out of this story.

Overall this is a great first issue and those that have loved Elektra in the Netflix Daredevil series will definitely enjoy this book. Those that are long time Elektra fans can find a lot of what they have come to love from Elektra here as well. Definitely pick this one up.

We have had gay characters before, but to now have a major character and get to follow them through the process of finding themselves and coming out is a huge leap in equality in comics. Wile this book wasn't perfect, it still was a great start to what I hope will be a long run for the Iceman.

Marvel you make me proud and I am so excited to read future issues of this series. I hope it has a long run as this is a much needed series telling a much needed story. Happy Pride month everyone!

I was pleasantly surprised with what Bendis has delivered here. This series is shaping up to be really fun and a solid series.I definitely recommend picking this one up, but be aware that is does have some Civil War II spoilers in it.

Some people see Bendis name on a book and write it off immediately because his past is littered with some great books but also many terrible ones. This series is one of the great ones. I was hesitant at first but I'm really enjoying it and highly recommend picking it up. Doom is such a great character and so far Bendis is delivering a solid story. Go pick this one up!

So Riri Williams is here and I do think this series has the potential to be a great one. It may not have the perfect start but it was still pretty exciting and fun. I recommend picking it up and checking out her first flight.

The series “Alias” ended because Bendis said he felt he had told what he wanted with Jessica and was ready to move on. Well it’s great that from the popularity of the Netflix show he was willing to come back and give us some more stories to enjoy. I can’t wait to see where he takes this series; it’s going to be intense especially with a pissed off Luke Cage in the mix so you’re not going to want to miss it!

Even though there were moments I was questioning this series and Bendis, but by the end it managed to grab me again and get me excited for the next issue. I'm a huge fan of Jessica Jones and can't recommend this book enough. It's a nice dark and gritty book that is very different form everything else out on the market. If you enjoyed the Netflix show, then you will enjoy this series.

You should definitely go pick up this book and series. It is absolutely amazing and fun. Jessica is not your regular hero and nobody writes her like Bendis.

This is still an incredible series even with some of the problems I had with this issue. If you haven't been following it I highly suggest you go pick up the first three issues and this one and get caught up.

Jessica Jones continues to be one of the best books Marvel is releasing. If you haven't been following it I highly recommend picking up the first six issues as this book is definitely one that shouldn't be missed.

It's sad that we are only on issue number seven and we are having this problem. Hopefully things will pick up but I'm afraid that the damage has already been done and this series could suffer because of it.

This is a top series for me but every series falters at some point. This issue is just that, but I hope that things will pick up in the next issue. I still highly recommend checking out this series even though this was a lack luster addition to what has been an overall incredible series.

This issue seemed like it was more of a teaser than anything. We didn't get much into the story but it still managed to grab me and get me excited to find out what happens. This is definitely the start of an awesome series and you should definitely check it out.

Overall 'Juggernaut' is an unstoppable first issue. It packs action, intrigue and heart. This is shaping up to be an outstanding series.

While not a perfect first issue this series does have potential to be really good. This one took me a little bit to get into, but by the end I was loving it and so excited for more. I highly recommend picking this one up.

Overall I have to give props to Marvel for delivering a pretty well satisfying issue. We have been event fatigued for a while and with Secret Empire just ending, it was exciting to read Marvel Legacy and I'm really excited to see where things go. More so though I'm excited for the return of some characters and can't wait to see how this impacts the Marvel universe as a whole.

If you are an X-Men fan, New Mutant fan, or just a comedic horror fan this book is definitely one you should check out. It's a solid engaging read that takes you on a fun ride with some lesser known mutants, but Matthew Rosenberg makes you feel like they are all A-list mutants.

This miniseries is off to a great start and I highly recommend you picking it up. Raven is such a unique character and it’s nice to finally see her get some love, even if it’s just for a miniseries.

So there we have it, our new Supergirl series is in full swing. My hope is that Steve Orlando can keep delivering engaging stories so that we can really get invested in this Supergirl. That he can pull her out of the perpetual washing machine of re-launching her back to an origin that really seems to be Kara’s curse. There are so many great stories out there other than her awesome origin to tell, and I have faith Orlando will deliver.

If you haven't picked up this series it's still early. Go pick up the past few issues and check this one out. It's finding it's voice, and what a voice it is.

This is yet another amazing Tank Girl series that continues off of the last one. but with that being said there is still lots to enjoy here for new readers. I never thought I would enjoy a time traveling Tank Girl like I do after reading this issue, and I can't wait to see where they go after this.

This book is incredible and a must read for everyone. This is setting up Captain Marvel to be one of the better series to come out of Civil War II. You may of disliked her during the event, but this redemption story is very down to earth and well deserved.

This is still a good read and I recommend picking it up. Hopefully in the next few issue the magic will return and this will continue to be a solid series.

Overall Way of X is a one two punch of shock and awe. The events in this book will definitely have lasting impacts and we will only have to wait and see how lasting. That being said the unlikely duo of Nightcrawler and Legion is a duo I didn't know I wanted, but I'm very excited to have them.

Overall Way of X continues to be an interesting series. I feel Legion's story is the stronger of the two. That being said this book also continues to highlight lesser known mutants and even just for that this is one you should definitely pick up.

Overall, Way of X delivers an action-packed issue that also really dives deep into philosophy and our interpretation of the Krakoan laws. There are some really heartfelt conversations in this issue that I enjoyed. This series seems like it has finally found its groove and I’m excited to see where it goes.

If you have been hesitant to give the X-Men another chance well I highly suggest you read this issue. Everything Marvel promised they are delivering on. X-Men Prime has set up ResurreXion to be a success and I am so excited to head into this new world with my merry mutants.

Overall this was an exciting nostalgiatrip. An explosive action packed issue with a big reveal at the end. This book got me to ask a lot of questions, but also has me intrigued for more of the story. If you love classic '90s X-Men then you should check this one out.

This book is a definite must read for all x-fans. It's so exciting and packs a lot of action, comedy and heart. While some of the x-books seem to be lacking lately, this one just keeps getting better and better with every issue. Check it out, trust me.

At the end of the day X-Men Gold is just that GOLD. It's everything we have been asking of Marvel and a great start to a new day for our mutants. Long time X-Men fans can breath a sigh of relief that things are getting better, and the road to ResurreXion is taking us back to a time where the X-Men were great, but in a fresh new way with all new stories. Don't miss out on this amazing book because the adventure is just beginning.

I do have high hopes that this series will be able to find its voice. This is a very promising series but controversy may have boosted sales, but in the long run it may have hurt the series more than we know. Only time will tell if this is true or not. There are some great moments here still and Marc Guggenheim has chosen the perfect team of X-Men to lead us further into ResurreXion.

Many say that controversy can kill a books momentum and this issue proves that you can't take the X-Men down that easily. This is a must read series and I highly recommend picking it up.

This issue was again another solid book and proves that this series can survive any of the controversy that plagues it. The dynamics between the characters is so on point and really helps drive some great character driven stories. If you haven't picked this series up yet, what are you waiting for?

We are onto issue five and this series is showing that no controversyis going to stop it from delivering the X-Men stories we want and deserve. This is an outstanding series and is a must read for every x-fan out there.

It seems like every issue the bar gets set higher and higher. If you are an x-fan and you haven't jumped onto the Gold train yet you are really missing out. This is one of the best X-books we have had in years.

X-Men Gold continues to impress with every issue. This is such a fun book and I find myself falling in love with Kitty Pryde more and more. This book has never wavered and for nine issues delivered consistent quality that the x-books have been known for.

Even though this may not have been a strong issue in the series I still enjoyed reading it. This is such a great choice of members for a team and I really am excited that Illyana has appeared again. Also we get some short cameos from other beloved X-Men and that helps to drive this as the core book in ResurreXion. Gold is the new Uncanny and with the cameos in this book, I hope it's setting a precedent that we may have more cameos or even a revolving team lineup.

Overall though this is a pretty forgettable issue. Nothing really propels the story forward other than Kitty and Piotr's relationship. It could be that this book is lacking substance because in two issues we head into Marvel Legacy and they needed something to fill in the space. I just hope that it can pick up and deliver the magic it once had.

Overall this was a pretty good issue that follows the formula to the letter. That being said there isn't anything outstanding about it either. The artwork is fun, bright and really well done and the story is fun and engaging. This series though has been known for some outstanding stories and this one just runs in the middle.

This is an A+ series and this issue especially just raises the bar to a whole new level. Dan Abnett is following in Geoff Johns footsteps showing us that Aquaman is a contender and a top tier series! If you're not reading this book then you are really missing out.

Dan Abnett has crafted an incredible new direction for Aquaman, and this arc I hope is the first of many to help this series to shine. I highly suggest you pick this one up and all the previous issue in the Deluge story arc. It is becoming a definitive story in Aquaman's history.

The Deluge is probably one of my all time favorite Aquaman stories. I highly recommend you go and pick them all up and check it out. you wont be disappointed at all.

I can't recommend this book and series enough. It is probably my favorite book from DC right now. It has proven to be consistent with it's quality over the sixteen issues. This is a must read series that shouldn't be missed.

Even with great art this story is still one of the worst we have gotten in what has been a top tier series from DC. I can't really see anything from this arc being important to future issues so I honestly would skip it and come back at the next story arc.

This again is another solid issue and Aquaman continues to be one of the best series from DC Comics. I highly recommend picking this one up.

Overall did we need an interlude issue all about Arthur and Mera deciding if they should have children? No. Especially since we already know they decided to, and will have their baby next issue. I am thankful this writer is not back for the next issue, and hopefully this filler issue will be quickly forgotten.

Overall ‘X-Force’ is a dark, edgy, mature entry to the ‘Dawn of X’ titles and it’s a thrilling ride from start to finish. This is a book not to be missed.

Overall this is an adequate instalment to the ‘X-Force’ series. It’s one of the weaker issues but still gives us a fun mission to see the team go out on. There is heavy commentary by Beast which lends to an insight of how he runs the team. Not explosive, but still an enjoyable read.

Overall this is an alright book. It focuses on just a couple characters, and give us a pretty interesting cliffhanger. Hopefully the series will pick up, but this still is still not a terrible installment and you should be able to find something to enjoy.

After such a long wait for 'X-Force' to return this issue was a little laclustre. While it was still good, I hope since we will be back to a regular release schedule things will pick up again. Even with issues like this that are just adequate 'X-Force' is still one of the better x-series of them all.

Overall ‘X-Force’ continues to be a fantastic rollercoaster of a story. This issue is fast paced and really exiting, taking us right into the upcoming ‘X of Swords’ event. If you haven’t picked it up yet I highly recommend you do.

Overall there isn't much to say but this is an exciting action packed closure to the previous chapter. With this, Wolverine is now ready for the tournament.

Overall this chapter provides some hilarious moments and some insight of possible things to come. This is not the event we expected, but it has still been an exciting ride.

Overall X-Force continues to be a fun read that is playing the long game. It keeps teasing us with moments of XENO but sends us off investigating other plot points instead of letting us find out who XENO actually is.

Overall, this was a fun book that gives us a look into more of Xeno’s plans. They continue to be a threat manipulating others to do their bidding. While nothing major comes out of this book. Some alliances are made that could benefit Krakoa in the future.

Overall, this was an alright issue. Though again it feels like more of the long game with little being revealed. There were some great scenes and Mikhail is a highlight of the issue for sure. But I’m starting to lose my excitement for this series as it feels like this series is losing steam. It needs to pick up or it could lose me altogether.

Well honestly I did enjoy this first issue but really you could just wait for the highlights to hit the internet. Nothing here really screams you must read this book! If you're a big X-Men fan then you will probably find something to enjoy here. I hope this book starts to really bring us an engaging story but for now it's like a Michael Bay movie, all fluff and explosions with little substance.

Overall this issue truly redeems where the last issue was lacking. I am now definitely into this story and excited for the next issue. It really does feel like something major is coming but what exactly an how do all the pieces come together? We will just have to wait and see.

We finally have a book devoted to the students and I couldn't be more happy. There's lots of cameos of mutants we haven't seen in awhile, and I'm sure there'll be even more as the series continues. This first issue was a lot of setup but it looks like it could be another solid series in the new ResurreXion lineup, It's just a little too soon to say right now.

Overall I do like the concept for this book I just feel that there are x-books in the past that have done it better. Maybe now that the team is together and the learning is about to begin we will get some stories to really pull us in. But for now I'm still wondering why I should invest in this series.

Overall ‘New Mutants’ is quirky and fun and a good start to what will hopefully be a crazy adventure. For those that love classic ‘New Mutants’ you definitely need to pick this one up.

Overall New Mutants was an outstanding book. It was packed with everything you could want. Fun, excitement, quirkiness, sadness etc. It was also fun to see that the New Mutants can handle themselves pretty well at a party, well better than the Hellions did.

Overall this is a perfect first issue to take us full into Age of X-Man. It delivers everything you could want and more. I definitely have high expectations now for the rest of the books in this event and only time will tell if Age of X-Man lives up to it or not. But for now I highly recommend this event and consider it a must read.

Overall Marvelous X-Men is a great fun book with a philosophical tone being threaded throughout. I highly suggest picking it up and seeing how things continue to fall apart for these merry mutants.

Overall this is still one of the better series in Age of X-Man. It may seem a little slow moving at times but the story is still really engaging and I'm excited to see what comes next.

Overall this is an adequate issue. It still follows the formula set out in the first few issues but falls short from having any real impact. I'm this far through Age of X-Man so I my as well finish it, but I'm really starting to get the feeling that this event is just a filler series until we get Hickman's highly anticipated x-books in July just like Death of X was a filler for Inhumans vs X-Men.

I think all this speaks to the quality of the book, mini-series, and event as a whole. There was a great idea here but, the follow through was just not executed properly. The creative team got lost in the middle and then scrambled at the end to tie it all up for the upcoming Age of X-Man Omega. If you have been following the mini-series, definitely pick this one up. It's still a good read and you might be happy to have some of these burning questions finally answered.

For those that didn't read Death of X not to worry. This issue will give you all the information you will need to be up to date on the story. This is sure to be a crazy ride so huray up and get on board, and hold on for dear life!

Pick this event up because it is one of the better events Marvel has delivered to us in years and I know you wont be dissapointed, unless you're more of an Inhumans fan.

This event is definitely a must read. It is jam packed full of fun and excitement and it's only just the beginning.

No matter what side you are cheering for this issue really highlights each character to their fullest. There are so many moments to cheer on your favorite and see them outsmart each other. There isn't any major stand out moments in this issue but overall it was still a lot of fun. There are some great teasers at the end for whats to come that I really enjoyed, and have me excited for the next issues.

This event seems to be at a stall right now with nothing majorly engaging happening. There are revelations at the end of this issue which bring to the forefront how this whole event could have been prevented. It's a little disappointing how much this event has gone down, and with only two issues left in the main story lets hope it can get better.

The event is now over and we have new creative teams coming in with Ressurexion this spring. I am hopeful that things can get back to what we have come to love from the x-books. Unfortunately this event has left a sour taste in my mouth and my once hopefulness that this event was going to save the X-Men has now left me really feeling, is this the actual Death of X?

I highly recommend picking up this book. It was so much fun seeing these heroes interact on a different level than just fighting bad guys and saving the day. This is shaping up to be a stellar series so don’t miss out on it!

This is a must read book and definitely one of the better books on the market. Yes it is more of a Superman book for now, but there are so many twists and surprises in store for us I don't think that will last for long and we will finally have our Trinity.

Overall though this is a great series and the art is incredible. This issue may not have been as good, but I do have high hopes it will pick up again and continue to be one of the best books DC is releasing.

This was an interesting start to a new arc in this series. If you haven't been following Trinity, then this is definitely a great jumping on point.

Next Gen was one of the series in this event that I was the most excited for and it sure didn't disappoint. If you are like me and really enjoy the young x-men stories then this is definitely one you should pick up and read.

This book is a must read for anyone following Age of X-Man. It's so much fun and is a great read with beautiful art. I can't wait for the next book as this one raised my excitement for it and the event. This is a series not to be missed.

Overall this is the highlight of Age of X-Man and a must read. This book continues to blow me away with how fun it is and ramifications are coming for certain mutant students and their actions, and I can't wait to see what they will be.

Overall this book is the only one to really have anything happen and have an impact on the over arcing story. Ramifications from the end of this issue should be felt in each of the mini-series. While the rest of the mini-series feel like they are going to have no answers to any of our questions about Age of X-Man I think Next Gen will have several, or at least I hope.

Overall this is a very underwhelming close to what was the highlight of Age of X-Man. The final issue was rushed and the mini-series could have done with another issue. Also it feels like the over arcing story plan of Age of X-Man stunted the growth of the mini-series inside the event. This is unfortunate but it is what it is.

Overall this is a fun book and I'm so excited that Uncanny is back. Any X-Men fan will be able to find something to enjoy here. While some of the story felt been there done that, it is just the beginning and who knows where the story will take us. This is not a cheap book but with so many stories jammed into it, this book is definitely worth the price tag.

Things now really seem to be coming together and finally it feels like the X-Men we have known and loved for all these years are back. I highly recommend this book and series to any x-fan and anyone wanting to get into the X-Men.

While we are now heading into Age of X-Man, Uncanny has really gotten me excited for that event. I highly recommend this book to any x-fan and to anyone who wants to get into the X-Men. While the series may have started off a little shaky, this issue is amazing and really is a ride that you need to jump onto and enjoy. Pick this one up, trust me it's worth it!

At this point now unless you are a hardcore X-Men fan and were going to read the series no matter what, there really isn't any reason to invest in this unfortunate lackluster series. This story is failing and it really breaks this x-geeks heart.

So It was nice to see this issue really redeem a series that has been faltering and not living up to expectations. Maybe there is hope yet for Uncanny X-Men to become a flagship title for Marvel like it was before all the Fox/ Disney mess. That being said if things continue to pick up then I do recommend staying on this roller coaster as it could very well be an pretty insane ride in the near future.

Overall this is a solid issue and series that I do recommend picking up. Some people may also be a fan of Romita’s style and think I’m just crazy. You can’t please everyone, but for me Snyder’s story “My Own Worst Enemy” is what really shines. If it was its own self contained series and didn’t have the secondary story this series would definitely rate even higher than what I have given it. But don’t let that stop you from picking it up.

Both the story and the art on their own are absolutely top notch and amazing. But together it is just not working for me and so it made it hard for me to really get into the story. It may take me time to grow into it, but I do have high hopes for the series.

Blue Beetle is fun and shows a lot of promise. New readers I suggest doing some research into the character so you have a little background before jumping into the series. This book does reward those that have some previous knowledge of the character and history more than those that don’t. But that being said this is a fun book and the store has just begun so I recommend giving it a try and seeing where is takes us.

This turned out to be a better story than I was expecting. I really like how we got teased with so many elements and it left us wanting more. Not many villains can pull off a solo series and keep it engaging, but Deathstoke definitely succeeds where others have failed. I recommend picking this one up, because it looks like it’s just the start of an intense ride.

If you are a fan of the Netflix series this book is a good read while you wait for the Defenders Netflix episodes to air this August. It may not have been the best start for a new series but the groundwork is being laid for what could potentially be an epic series. So overall I would recommendgiving it a shot if you enjoy these characters.

It was a great read and I really think Dan Slott is going to be a great writer for this book. It's just not the first issue I wanted or expected. Are future issues gong to be two stories in one or will it become like traditional comics? We will just have to wait and see. All in all though if you are a fan of the Fantastic Four then there is definitely a lot to enjoy in this issue. Just know going in that it is more of a teaser than a true first issue.

All in all, this is a rocky start to the new Harley Quinn series. If you are a hardcore Harley fan, no doubt you will be picking this up. Everyone else if you have some extra money and want to give it a shot by all mean do it, just don't expect it to blow you away like some of the other DC Comics Rebirth series have.

If you can’t seem to get enough of Harley Quinn in the Suicide movie, then you definitely need to pick up this issue. Its pure crazy Harley goodness and you wont be disappointed.

Even with the questionable choice at the start Jeff Lemire does show that he can write Logan and this is another really exciting and fun start to another story arc that is sure to get pretty crazy. The art is also really amazing and I loved the fresh new look Eric Nguyen has given these big moments in Logans history.

Overall this first issue is a little bit shaky but was still pretty fun. I hope this finds it's groove soon because Peter is such a fun character and has proven in the past to be able to hold a solo series.

This book was a lot of fun and those spider-fans out there will definitely enjoy it. If you are a new reader like me and want to check it out. You might want to do a little bit of research into Parkers current life so you are not completely lost when you pick this book up.

This is a fun book and I do recommend picking it up. Since there is no dedicated Rebirth series with the main story, this series shouldn’t be missed as it will probably be the one to deliver a lot of the answer to questions many of us have been asking about with Rebith.

I guess we will just have to wait and see. This book is already off to a great start. It has action, comedy and something that has always been a big mainstay in the x-books, soap opera drama. There are even a few surprises in this first issue that really get you excited for the next issue. The X-Men are definitely back and Astonishing X-Men proves that.

So overall this is a book that I would put middle of the road. It's not great but it also isn't terrible. If you are on an X-Men high and want another X-book to read, then yes pick this one up. You might find something to love here. If you are a new reader and got into X-Men Gold and X-Men Blue and really love them and you are looking to check this one out, don't expect this one to be anything like those books. It's still got an interesting story but is a lot more dry in it's style and tone.

While I'm starting to get into this series I can't help but feel there is something missing. We are only three issues in but I would have thought we'd have progressed further through the story by now. There is a lot of interesting questions the series raises and now things are finally getting exciting so I am hopeful that it will continue to get better and better.

This series is off to a great start and I’m really looking forward to more. This was not what I was expecting at all from a Superwoman book. Especially having not one but two big twists in the story, leaving me going “Wha WHAAAAT!?” at the end. So even with the slightly confusing start this is a solid book and definitely one of the better ones coming from DC Comics Rebirth line. Really I have nothing negative to say about it and I highly recommend you to pick it up.

Overall this is another solid issue and if you haven’t picked it up go get issue one and get caught up. This is a must read, and its one of the better books coming from DC.

I almost think that this series should have been separated into two separate series as they are trying to do too much in one book. Originally this book started out to be Lana and Lois with Lex tossed in a bit. Now the book is 50/50 Lana and Lex fighting for top billing. I was a big fan but this series has all but lost me now. I don’t know how many more issues I can give this one before I completely give up on it. Now that our main villain has appeared maybe things will pick up, but I don’t have high hopes on that.

Overall if you are a big X-Men fan you will enjoy this issue. As I said it's not an explosive issue but it does deliver a lot of intrigue and gets you ready for the full event setting up the six 5 issue mini-series that will be the event. I recommend checking this out especially if you have been following Uncanny X-Men.

Overall would I recommend Age of X-Man? Parts of it I would. Read the synopsis of each mini-series and pick the one that peaks your interest. Reading them all I find get so messy and with conflicting styles of each book it becomes unnecessary to read everything. Several of the books don't even intertwine with the others. That being said with how Omega ended, giving no real weight to the x-universe one could skip it altogether and not miss anything.

This is one of the best series from Marvel and a fantastic conclusion to such an amazing story arc. I’m excited to see more Doctor Strange and how these events have changed him for the better or worse.

I would say pass on this issue and save your money, but for the little bit of setup for the next story arc you are probably going to want to read this issue.

Overall this is a sleeper hit that you shouldn’t miss. This book is going to take us to dark places, pull no punches, and I for one do not want off this ride.

Overall this issue shows that the series is suffering from the intense release schedule. It’s rushed and poorly done. What was once one of the better series in ‘Dawn of X’ is now becoming one of the worst.

Will we get something new and fresh, or will this just be more of the same? We can only wait and see, but if you like Black Widow then pick it up.

Overall this is a Black Widow story by the numbers. It’s a good read, quick but with no substance. If you like the character you might find something to enjoy here. Just don’t expect any ground breaking storytelling.

Overall, the Trial of Magneto starts off a little rocky. There is potential here but the obvious red herring of the trial works against the book. Also, it just feels like its missing something and it's too fast of a pace that it fails to capture any of the magic that writer Leah Williams injected into X-Factor. Those that are in dire need to know what happened to Scarlet Witch will find something to enjoy here. Others though could probably just wait for the synopsis of what happened after the event is over unless in the next few issues the book changes course and delivers something truly engaging.

Overall, the second issue in this series delivers pretty on par to what the first issue gave us. This issue like the last leans heavily into raw emotions. Though while doing so I felt some of the characterizations ended up being off and that took me out of the story.

Overall this book is an over the top adventure that is such a fun read. It’s more on the comedic side and fully welcome it. The art alone makes this book shine, and I can’t wait for more!

Overall I wasn’t impressed with this book. I am hoping it can find its footing soon. It had such promise at the beginning, but with issue two I’m already thinking about dropping the series.

Overall this series flounders where so many of the others shine. Not even Phil Noto’s outstanding art saves this book for me. Will the event help or hinder this series? We can only wait and see.

Overall if there is a chapter of the event to skip this would be the one. It is still a fun read but other than the few panels of Cable finally heading to the circle with his sword, there isn’t anything that seems to have anything impact on the tournament in this chapter.

Overall this book is is a lot better than the last. There is a lot more characterization and drama in this book which helps to pull the reader in. It's not perfect but still an enjoyable read. Psylocke and the Blob really shine above all the others in this book. I think this one could finally get interesting and so for that I recommend checking it out.

Overall this book just exudes average. Hopefully in the next issue or two it will really pull us into the story and give us something to really be excited for. For now I'm just happy that this series is just monthly because if it was a twice monthly book like many of the other new X-books it really would be a let down then. I'm going to give this one a few more issues to see if it finds it's groove but as first issues go this one was just plain average.

Overall I didn't dislike this book, it was fun and enjoyable. The dialogue could be improved but this is just the first issue. Those that are a fan of Guardian of the Galaxy and Gamora especially should pick this one up. It definitely has some potential to be a great series.

I like the fresh new take on a spy espionage book, but to keep my attention there is going to need to be a lot more substance added in the next issue or the book will quickly become forgettable.

If you're a big fan of Nova you will probably really enjoy this issue. I am new to Nova and their part of the Marvel Universe, and in turn felt a little lost. There was just not enough to help out a new reader. That being said it was an alright start and maybe it will pick up in future issues. But will that be too late?

Well this may not be the Rebirth I would have wanted for Kara, but overall it was alright start to which I hope is a long and exciting journey for the Girl of Steel!

This book is definitely directed at a particular demographic that I am not apart of. Young girls will love this book and that is great, and we need more books that bring in young readers. I just wish that it wasn't so pigeon holed into appeasing just that one demographic.

All in all, this is an good addition to what is one of the best series out from Marvel currently. I highly recommend if you haven’t gotten into Wolverine yet, that you get caught up because Enemy of the State II is coming next month and it is sure to be a wild ride.

Overall I really did enjoy this issue, but I do have high expectations for the story arc. It is a little too soon, but we are off to a pretty good start. I do recommend picking this one up and this is also a great jumping on point for new readers.

This issue is nothing amazing but if you are a fan of Wolverine and are already following the series you might enjoy it. This wouldn't be my first pick for the week. But if you have some extra money and are curious about All-New Wolverine, pick it up and hopefully it will find it's groove again soon.

We are only a few issues into Enemy of the State II and unfortunately I have to say pass on it. The series is not what it used to be and this story arc has little to nothing to do with the original Enemy of the State which is a disappointment. Maybe it will pick itself back up and get better, but I'm not holding my breath.

The only positive thing I can say about this book is that Super-Monster is only two issues and we are now onto a new arc and new artist. Hardcore fans will probably pick this one up anyways, but honestly I saw pass it over. you aren't going to miss anything starting up at the next story arc.

This isn't a terrible book by any means but it again is not the best. If you have some extra money and want to pick up more Superman then sure it's an alright start to a new arc that will hopefully get better.

Hopefully the next arc will bring this series back to the level we know it can deliver. This is an alright finale to a pretty meh arc. I'd say pass on it and pick up the next one as you aren't going to miss anything major in the over arcing Superman story.

This issue proves why Superman is one of the best series being released from DC. This story will be a crossover with Action Comics so get ready, this is going to be a crazy ride!

If you are a fan of the darker X-books then this one definitely is for you. The adrenaline is on high and there really is nowhere for mutants to hide. This is a nonstop action ride that is sure to get intense.

Overall this is a very forgettable series and I don't have high expectations it will improve. With little to no character development there is nothing to hold a readers attention. I am going to give this one a few more issues but it's losing me as a reader quickly.

So far Weapon X has been the worst of the ResurreXion titles. This issue was a lot better than the first two issues but it's still not good enough mainly due to the artwork. With the title heading into a crossover it could make or break the series.In my honest opinion though I don't think this series is worth investing in to follow it through the upcoming crossover.

Overall this is the first weak issue in the Age of X-Man but even being the weakest it's still a great fun issue and i still recommend checking it out. This mini-series may need another issue or two to fully get going, but I still have faith that it wont disappoint.

Overall I was hoping this book would get better because it did show promise but unfortunately it was a huge let down. While it's not a terrible read it just has nothing exciting about it and the struggles Nightcrawler is going through just comes across as apathetic. A few of the other books in the event even though they are not good are important to the overall arcing story so they are a must read, this one though shows no sign of having any impact on the main story so you could skip it altogether if you wanted. Sorry Nightcrawler fans but this book is just so boring.

Overall this book has proven to be a wasted chance at a could've been good series. I find it hard for even hardcore Nightcrawler fans to be on-board with this. The book has no affect on the larger story and gives the reader no real reason why they should even invest in it. Especially when there are five other mini-series to collect.

Overall This book is still fun and has some enjoyable moments. Nightcrawler is very playful and plays to his strengths. That being said it still does not save the book from the problems that have riddled it since the beginning.

If you are a fan of the Assassin's Creed franchise you might enjoy this book. but don't have too high of expectations as it doesn't live up to the celebratory series like no other, it was advertised to be.

This book isn’t pulling any punches, and really is just trying to make you laugh. That being said one would question why we even needed this mini-series. With the Netflix show being so popular, it could have led to the possibility of Luke getting a successful solo series again. But instead we are being given this over the top farce that makes the character look like a big dumb oaf. With so many books being pumped out and Marvel Now! in full swing, this book might just get lost in the mix as most readers will be looking for something with a little more substance.

Overall this is an alright annual. The second story is where all the substance is and the better part of this two story annual. That being said this is not a must read and I doubt it will have much impact on the story if one was to skip it altogether.

Overall this book fails to deliver an engaging story. It's far too long, clich and it's over exposition and forced messages makes this book silly and clearly for a younger audience. Unless you want to collect everything Wonder Woman, I would make a hard pass on this book.

When it comes down to it, pick this up if you want a complete Age of X-Man read and collection, otherwise maybe just read a synopsis and skip this book altogether.

Overall this part of Age of X-Man continues to be a hard pass. It's over simplistic writing with cliche dialogue makes the book really hard to get into. While I feel that this series is important to the overall arcing story, I'm failing to see how impactful it will be to larger story of the event.

As well as this issue was written and the art being as incredible as it is, I can't give it a very good rating. It's just not delivering anything new to us and causes me to continue to be dissapointed.

We have four more issue in this event and now I’m beginning to wonder why I even invested in reading this. I would say skip this issue but the last four pages will be important for what is to come. So if you are following this event then you will want to pick up this one, even if it is a blatant cash grab.

We have three issue left and this one showed that there is some hope that things could get better. But it also showed how if the series had been condensed to 4 or 6 issues instead of the drawn out 9 the story would have been a lot more solid. I can't recommended picking this up, but I will say that it is one of the better issues from this event.

This series and issue is a waste of time. I highly recommend you not waste your money on this and instead pick up something from one of the independent releases coming out this week or one of Marvel's other releases. What can you lose? You have a better chance at getting your moneys worth there than picking up an event that clearly over seven issues has proven to be nothing but a cash grab.

I'm really glad this event is finally over and we can move on with our lives. I hope you have just been following the reviews and not wasting your money on it, because it's been nine issues of nothing but a waste of time and money.

This book isn’t great, and a pretty rocky start for the mini-series. If you’re like me and a huge x-fan then you’re dying to know what’s up for our beloved mutants. Hopefully this series gets better and answers some of the big burning questions we have and not turn out to be just a setup for the Inhumans vs X-Men event that’s just around the corner.

I would avoid this book and series altogether. Even if the X-Men vs Inhumans event is amazing, you wouldn't be lost if you skipped this series and just waited for that. We probably will get something of importance in the final pages of the last issue of this series but you can just google it to be caught up. Don't waste your hard earned money on something that is apparently just slapped together with no substance.

This series has me worried about the next event starting next week. This was all obviously just setup for that, but with the lack of substance here it doesn't give me high hopes that Inhumans vs X-Men will have any.

This new Avengers book is off to a pretty rocky start. Maybe it will get better but there was just so much I wasn't able to buy into. I would suggest passing on this as there are way more great new books coming out.

Overall this book reads like a really bad teenage fanfic. Its style of writing takes the path of explaining every detail to the reader rather than just expecting the reader to be smart enough to know what’s going on. Even if this book was aimed at a younger audience it still completely misses the mark.

Overall this book is one giant cliche. There is nothing original about it, right down to the surprise of who Major X is at the end of the issue. With so many X-Men books on the market right now that are really good, this one will just get lost in the mix. If you have read every other current x-book and still need more, then find some back catalog you haven't read and skip this altogether. This is a hard pass.
