This is an excellent issue. The concept and execution are both perfect with excellent work from everyone involved. The passion and creativity make this a must-read. I highly recommend checking this issue out.

Gates and the various artists are knocking it out of the park. This could have easily been a cheap tie in to the show that was boring and only made to make a quick buck off the success of the show. But the creative team gives it their all in a story that is both fun and thought provoking. It's one of the best DC books right now which is saying a lot considering how good of a place DC is in right now. I don't just recommend this to fans of the show or fans of Supergirl as a character even though those people will absolutely adore this. I recommend this, and the entire series so far, to anyone that just likes good stories.

This is a solid issue. I think the story has gone in an interesting and intense direction. I have a better sense of the protagonist. My only issue is that I find the art to be unappealing which does hurt the quite a bit.

This is an excellent issue. The lead characters are the definition of great heroes, the action is fun and the art is great. I definitely recommend picking this up.

This is a fantastic issue. Memory loss is a phenomenon that is truly scary. People freak out when they can't find their keys; imagine not being able to remember key decisions that you have made in your life. She has no control over her life. It is a terrifying situation because we rely so much on our memories even though they're not reliable all of the time. It's violating and creates a sympathetic situation for Barbara since her mind is her superpower. Additionally, adding Black Canary to the mix is always welcome. I love the friendship these two have and the best moments of the book come from them. On top of that is incredible artwork from Tarr with wonderful colors by Lapointe and Loughridge. My only issue, as stated above, is how obvious Greg is as the villain. Despite that, this is a great read and you should definitely check it out.

This is a wonderful issue. Babs is as lovable as ever if not more so, the story is interesting and unique and the art and colors are spectacular. I highly recommend this issue especially for kids. If you have kids that have an interest in comics or you want to introduce them, this series is a wonderful place to start. It's colorful, fun and might be a little educational for kids.

This is an excellent issue witha fun conclusion. The action is engaging with great art and pacing. It's well written with great dialogue and narration for Batgirl; Hope Larson really understands Barbara and characterizes her well. I also like the discussion about the societal pressures of a college education.

I love this issue; it might be one of my favorites, if not my favorite, in Hope Larson's run and I've liked this current series a lot. It's just a lot of fun with a creative story. The art is stellar; I adore Carlini's pencils especially on the characters. This was a really fun read and I highly recommend it.

This is a great issue. The art is cool with a fun and energetic style. There's an interesting mystery both in the past and present as we try to figure out what Babs and Dick did and what that has to do with what's happening now. It's a fun read and I highly recommend it.

This is a great issue. The story is fun and interesting with a lot of creativity and solid character work for Babs. The art is energetic and expressive. I recommend reading this along with the previous issue for a really cool Batgirl story.

This is a great issue. The art is wonderful; the characters look good and the colors provide a solid tone. I enjoy how Aldridge deals with how Gotham affects the people within and vice versa. There's a lot of fun dialogue as well. The issue is a stand alone story that is a lot of fun to read and I recommend checking it out.

I love this issue. I always tend to like these oversized anthologies. It's fun to have more than one story from a wide variety of creative people. The four stories are all interesting and celebrate this character. I highly recommend this issue.

This is a great issue. The action is dynamic, well-paced and fun. The art is creative and exciting. And the story is an exciting idea that will really challenge Barbara in a good way. I recommend checking this issue out.

This is a great issue. It's a solid finale to this arc that I enjoyed a lot. Scott writes Babs very well especially in her relationship with her father. It's an exciting and fun issue that I loved.

I love this issue. The art immediately gives it a fun style that sucks me in visually. And the story is really interesting. Babs is given some fun challenges and I'm excited to see where it goes. This is a great start.

This is a solid issue. It's a fun and enjoyable read with good art. I liked the ending quite a bit but the issue as a whole didn't grab me a whole lot.

This is a great issue. It's very character focused. I really enjoyed seeing Batgirl challenged and pushed to the edge like this. It's sympathetic and fascinating. The art is very cool as well; I really enjoyed this issue.

This is a great issue. Mairghread Scott presents a trio of new villains with awesome designs and fun personalities. I like their dynamic a lot. I like that Babs' frustration with her father and the mindset that puts her in. The art is solid and overall, the issue is very enjoyable.

This is a great issue. I like the Terrible Trio as villains a lot. The story so far has a weird but fun tone that I'm completely into. I love the consequences to Babs' life and how they are coming into play. The art is solid as well. I really enjoyed this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

Batgirl #36 is a great issue. The Terrible Trio are such fun villains. They're over the top in the best ways but still a threat. I enjoyed how Batgirl interacted with these characters. The book is a lot of fun. The action and the art are very solid. There are several amazing visual standout moments throughout the issue. I like tearing Babs' life apart but with a hopeful chance to start fresh. I love this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. I enjoyed everything with Babs. A lot of the secret identity stuff was fun. I love that she made a new costume and the fight with Killer Moth was cool. But the Terrible Trio feel like intrusions. Every scene with them was a kind of dull and a little unnecessary. The book feels clunky as a result despite its genuinely fun moments.

This is a solid issue. The art is great. I enjoyed seeing Burnside again and I think that's a cool thing for Barbara to get to do. And Oracle's revenge is taking shape in an interesting way that I'm excited about. I loved this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a great issue. Oracle is a really cool villain for Batgirl; there's an interesting motivation behind her and a lot of menace. Burnside is burning to the ground around them; the stakes are obviously high and personal. The art is good as well. I really enjoyed this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a solid issue. Castelluci effectively builds the tension; there's a nice forward momentum. The art is cool and stylish. I have minor quibbles and I think the pacing is just a tad slow but it's a really fun issue.

I was prepared to give this five stars based on the dragon fight alone. But there's a personal element that works as well. The art is great throughout. And I highly recommend reading this issue.

This is a great issue. I think this is one of the best books DC is putting out right now. I love Castellucci's writing more with each issue and how ambitious her writing is. The art is great and it's a lot of fun to read.

This is a solid issue. I enjoyed the follow ups to previous stories involving Luke Fox and James Gordon Jr. Those were both interesting and engaging. But I don't love the art and I'm a little tired of Killing Joke follow ups

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a solid issue. I like anthologies and I'm always happy when they happen. I enjoyed the second and third stories quite a bit. The first story disappointed me; I don't think it has the room to properly breathe and develop. And as the finale, it didn't really give me any satisfaction. Overall, it's an enjoyable read but not the best goodbye.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a great issue. I wish we didn't save this format for just the annuals; I like issues that have more than one story. It's a lot of fun and shows a variety of different talent. I also like that we get essentially a stand-alone story with Ayala's section. That's also too uncommon in modern comics. The writing in both stories is top notch with wonderful dialogue and interesting plots. I want to see a Larson Supergirl story now really badly and there should clearly be a Batgirl/Supergirl team up series because this was inspired. The art from both teams is fantastic with different and unique styles that both work really well.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a fantastic issue. Scott's script is so interesting. I feel like I know more about Barbara after reading this which is a tough thing to do after these characters have been around for so long. The art is great and fits the tone perfectly. I strongly recommend reading this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an excellent issue. The concept is just too cool and something DC fans have always wanted to see. Comic book fans love crossovers and have always imagined how cool it could have been if these shows had somehow crossed. It's awesome to retroactively put them in the same continuity. The art is great and there is a major surprise for DC fans.

View Issue       View Full Review

I love this issue. Creating a parallel between Batgirl and Harley Quinn is actually interesting. I never thought about it before but they are really similar people. They're inspired by a larger than life character to fight for what they believe in whether it's helping people or love. Where they differ is that Barbara is able define to herself outside of Batman while Harley becomes lost in the Joker. The art is solid with cool action with various villains. I highly recommend buying this issue especially if you're a fan of these games.

This book is incredible. Whenever I read this series, I just feel good about everything. With the the exception of #9, every issue has been great and this is the best one yet. I cannot recommend this high enough. You should definitely be reading this.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is a terrific read. I have tried reading New 52 Catwoman in the past but I never really latched onto it but since there is a new team on this one, I decided to check it out. And I am thrilled that I did because this is wonderful. The book contains great action, art, character and is just fun to read. I highly recommend checking this out.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is another fantastic issue. The team is hitting it out of the park with every issue. The art and colors by Miranda and De La Cruz are outstanding with terrific plotting by Tieri. The action scenes are dynamic with stellar layouts. I cannot recommend this issue, and the previous two, any higher. This book is firing on all cylinders.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a story that is perfect for comics. This crazy and colorful science fiction story that is totally unique in the medium. I love this world and the way Rodriguez and Renzi bring it to life. My only complaint is that I think the issue and the one before it both struggle to establish the world and the characters in a way that feels natural. It's a little clunky but still enjoyable.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a great issue. The story is moving at a more natural place with characters that are engaging and fun. The art is incredible; it creates a unique and inventive world. I really enjoyed this.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a fine issue. I like the conclusion of the story and where it puts the characters. The things they have to overcome are interesting and there is a thematic weight. The art is amazing; it's some of the best stuff I've seen in a while. But the script feels like an anchor weighing everything down. What should be emotionally resonating starts to feel boring after a bit. It's still solid but the over reliance on dialogue and narration cuts some of the power for me.

View Issue       View Full Review

I like how much of a stand-alone issue this is. While there is obviously more to the story, a person can easily read this by itself and enjoy it. If you are looking to jump in on Green Arrow, this a great place to start. It's well written with great art. The winter setting really does set a mood. Additionally, I think there a couple of really interesting thematic ideas and some good character development for Oliver. This is a great issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

Despite some minor complaints, I think this is an excellent issue. It continues the story, characters and themes all in an interesting way that I found to be captivating and fun. The art is great and there is a cool action scene that starts the book off. Green Arrow continues to be the highlight of Rebirth so far. I highly recommend this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an excellent issue. I felt that the last couple of issues were a little slow but this gets back on course for me. It's a fairly thrilling story now that all of the pieces are in place. The villains really step up and become much more menacing with the heroes going up against impossible odds for them. I highly recommend checking this issue out.

This is a great issue. The characters are well written, the action is spectacular and the art is wonderful. I highly recommend reading this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a strong issue. The antagonists are interesting and have a neat history that ties into the main story of the book. The characterizations of the main protagonists featured are still pitch perfect. And the art is fantastic as well. This is well worth the read; I highly recommend it.

This is a great issue. The art and the writing are both in top form. Every panel is gorgeous with a great character focused story to go enhance it and vice versa. The action is cool and, as always, there are fun moments for fans of Green Arrow.

View Issue       View Full Review

I love the issue. Emiko being back makes me really happy. It's cool to have a Red Arrow with Green Arrow and Black Canary again and it makes perfect sense for it to be Emi. I like the police chief and that he is not easily manipulated by what has happened in the previous issues. He's smarter than that and able to recognize that Green Arrow is trying to help. The art is great with a nice intense action scene. If you're reading just for the Green Arrow/Black Canary dynamic, you might be disappointed because she takes a back seat. I am okay with that because I like Emiko. I highly recommend reading this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a solid issue; I think that the villains really come into their own in this one. The threat feels real, personal and legitimate. My favorite character is featured heavily which makes me happy. The art is amazing and the story is heading somewhere really interesting. I highly recommend reading this issue.

This is a great issue. There is cool action with amazing art to make it even better. Percy writes some great dialogue which also adds to the issue's personality and appeal. There are some interesting ideas about Ollie's character presented here which makes me excited about the next issue. I highly recommend reading this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a solid issue. The art is great and it's cool to see Ollie side by side with the League. The issue does a lot to prove that Ollie is a worthwhile hero in his own right, but being part of a team is often necessary. It's a fun read and I recommend it.

This is a great issue. The art is beautiful. I like the status quo of the city and the situation Oliver is in. It's a fun and interesting start to this new arc. I highly recommend reading it.

This is a great issue. Byrne's art is gorgeous with great action, panel layouts and character moments. Percy accomplishes a lot in this issue but it never feels rushed. There's a lot of story here and it works. As a fan of Lemire's run, I appreciate how much Percy is using it to move his story forward. I highly recommend reading this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a great issue. Ferreyra knocks it out of the park every time he works on the book. The issue focuses on the characters and the emotions surrounding the situation both of which are handled exceptionally well by Percy. The action is also really cool; Shado is the ultimate badass. It's one of the best issues of the current run which is actually saying a lot considering how strong this book has been.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a great finale. There's an optimism to it that I really love. Team Arrow, almost literally, went through hell and came out of the other side more determined that ever to help people. Maybe that's cheesy but it's the version of DC that appeals to me.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a fun issue. It's fairly over the top which works in its favor. Ollie is so outmatched that it's actually fairly comedic when he succeeds. I think Scott is aware of this and the intention was to create a fairly outlandish story. It absolutely works; I had a good time with this. The art's great too so definitely check this one out.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a great issue. The art is creative and energetic. I like the themes the issue deals with while still being able to have fun. It's worth checking out.

This is a great issue. The Citizen story continues to be really interesting. I think this is a great villain and a really fun one to put against Oliver. It's a fun dynamic. Additionally, I love the art so I highly recommend this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a very good issue. The art is fantastic. It's big and crazy when it needs to be but also knows when to hold that back. I like where Oliver's head is at right now and the potential that could lead to in this conflict with Count Vertigo. There were a couple scenes that I found dull but it is still an enjoyable read.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. I like the central conflict and how it resolves. Ollie had a lot of baggage about Roy before he died so Oliver is dealing with a lot and I think it's interesting. The art is a mixed bag. I do like the backgrounds and there is some well constructed action. But the characters look a little off to me and I found that distracting.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a great issue. It has gorgeous art and fun action. Percy delivers a cool story with a lot of character in an impressive single issue. I highly recommend reading the issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is solid. It's worth checking out for the art and it's a decent introduction for the new creative team. Despite being a tie-in, the issue managed to be enjoyable and fun. However, it feels like an incomplete story because it is. To get the full picture, one must read “No Justice.” And I don't think someone should have to buy a Justice League book to fully understand what's happening in an issue of Green Arrow especially with the price of comics these days.

View Issue       View Full Review

This book left me feeling great. I was just excited about everything and that is the best feeling to have with comics and entertainment in general. It's everything I could have wanted and more. The plot, the characterizations and the art all just sing to me. I cannot wait to see what Percy has up his sleeve because he seems just as excited about this book as I am if not more so. While I thought his run on Green Arrow before this issue was okay, it really needed a spark of life and it has it in spades now. If you have felt disappointed by the Green Arrow comics or the television show Arrow lately, this will absolutely fill that void. I highly recommend picking this issue up because it is stellar.

This is a really fun issue. Hitch really knows how bring up the stakes. It's fun to see the Justice League go up against a problem that actually feels like a challenge for them. This is a great issue. It's a solid jumping on point that deals with the previous issues but it is very easy to understand quickly what is happening. It's a really cool take on zombies which I enjoyed a lot. The character dynamics are instantly compelling and provide good conflict for the story. This is an excellent script. I don't love the art but it doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent issue.

Despite that, I did love this issue. Rucka is a great writer and he gets to shine here. I really enjoyed the dialogue in this. The issue has a great tone that's very appealing and true to the characters. The art is gorgeous. It's really fun to read.

This is a great issue. Lois losing her father is heartbreaking; all of the emotion lands. I like this tragic sense of loss; Lois can't make amends until his eventual resurrection because it was a comic book death after all. But that makes the issue even more impressive; I know this isn't permanent and it still managed to resonate. The art is great as well. I don't know well this fits into the overall story but it's a wonderful stand alone piece.

This is a great issue. The art is really strong both in moments of dialogue and action. The action itself is a lot of fun. Even in her weakened state, Mera is still a force which is cool. And Abnett provides a lot of really strong character moments for both Mera and Ocean Master. I recommend checking this one out.

This is a great issue. There is a wonderful action scene in which Mera and Orm face an octodon. The art is solid both in the action as well as dialogue scenes. Mostly, I like where this mini series is taking Mera and Orm. Abnett is genuinely moving the world of Aquaman forward to new and interesting places.

This is a great finale to a great series. I am going to seriously miss this book because it was a highlight of my pull list and one of the best DC projects right now. However, I don't think I can recommend the issue to people who haven't been reading the series simply because I don't know if those people would care about this particular one. It's a farewell and thank you to the fans. I do recommend that, if you haven't read this series, to go and buy the issues or the trade collections because it is worth every cent. Fans of this series and character should find a lot of enjoyment in this issue. I know I did.

This is a really fun issue full of personality and charm. I really hope kids are reading this either in print or digital. It's fun, bright and engaging. I think adults will get a kick out of it as well, though. It's almost satirical in its comedy but always genuinely funny. It's just a fun book to read.

This is a great issue. The art is gorgeous throughout; there are so many stand out panels and pages. I just love Campbell's work in this. Orlando and Ayala provide a very sweet and hopeful story. There's a simplicity to it in how it examines young people trying to deal with their internal confusion especially in a society that functions in particular way. What happens when that system doesn't recognize you? It's very effective. I highly recommend this issue.

I love this issue. What mainly appeals to me is how Mariko Tamaki handles death and how people deal with death. It's really touching but effectively sad. There's also gorgeous artwork that I love looking at. I highly recommend reading this issue.

This is an excellent read. Tamaki handles grief with respect and maturity while displaying the intense sadness of losing someone you love. The art is gorgeous throughout and there is a great surprise towards the end that propels the story towards a really interesting place.

This is a great issue. The main selling point is the art; this is a gorgeous book. But Mariko Tamaki's script is also really strong as usual. She has a solid voice for the various characters which makes them really engaging; I love following these people. There's a nice conflict about the worth of humanity without ever feeling overly cynical. I highly recommend reading this issue.

Overall, this is an excellent issue. There's no real action so don't get too excited for that. But it more than makes up for that in charm and personality. Every inch of the art is beautiful and fun to look at. There's wonderful character moments for Diana and the ending is very cool even if it is a little too much of a coincidence. I highly recommend reading this issue.

I don't really have any complaints; this is a great issue. The art is great to look at and engaging especially in scenes with Wonder Woman herself. This is a great issue. If you're looking for a lot of Wonder Woman, this issue might disappoint you. It is mostly focused on Veronica which is fine by me because this character's story is riveting to me. I love this tragic fall to darkness and it's being handled very well by Greg Rucka. There's a deliberate pace that is slowly turning this woman into the villain of the present day. The art is great as well. I highly recommend reading this issue.

This is a great issue. The art is beautiful throughout, whether it's an action scene or just characters talking. I love the epilogue nature of this story but it doesn't feel tacked on or unnecessary. It's important to the story to feel the weight of everything that has happened. I am excited to see where these characters go next. I highly recommend reading this issue.

This is an incredible issue. With the Darkseid War stuff out of the way, it really feels like Robinson can tell a story now. And this is a wonderful start. If you're not reading Wonder Woman, this is a really good place to start.

This is a wonderful issue. The art is gorgeous; the action is exhilarating and the dialogue scenes are engaging. The concept of the story becomes a lot more interesting with the reveal of the Dark Gods. The issue is exciting and a genuinely fun read.

This is a great issue. The fight between Wonder Woman, Jason and King Best is a lot of fun helped by great art. The Dark Gods are made a much bigger and scarier threat than they were before by portraying specific citizens and what the Dark Gods do to them. I'm still not in love with their designs but their methodology is interesting. I enjoyed this book a lot.

This is a decent issue. Robinson resolves the conflict in an interesting and unique manner. The art is gorgeous and features some of my favorite people in the industry which is a great treat. The structure and pace of the issue are a little dull for me but it doesn't kill my enjoyment of the piece.

This is a great issue. Orlando knocks it out of the park in a story that understands Wonder Woman so well. This is a more satisfying follow up to Rucka's Rebirth run and it's endearing. The art is fun and stylistic which adds to my enjoyment. I highly recommend this issue; it's an interesting stand alone story that is a great tribute to this character.

I had a lot of fun with this issue. It feels like an old event comic. It's massive and insane but doesn't take itself too seriously and isn't weighed down by 3,000 tie-in issues like modern events. I love the art which matches the tone perfectly. It reminds me a lot of George Perez's run and I think it's worth checking out.

There's a lot of potential in this new story. I like the concept and the set up of what this conflict is going to be. I think it's an interesting continuation of what Rucka was doing. The only downside is the art which I don't like at all. Other than that, this is a solid issue.

This issue is fine. I am overall enjoying the story. Wilson writes Diana well and that always shows through. My biggest gripe is that I wish the issue didn't feel the need to over explain itself. It feels repetitive because it's all the material that I understood based on the last issue stated in dialogue. But it's still an enjoyable read.

This is a really good issue. The action is a lot of fun. It's cool to see Wonder Woman fight Grail again and I always love seeing the Amazons in action. My only real complaint is the inconsistency in the art although I understand it was probably necessary to get it out on time. I'm still not a huge fan of Xermanico's art but it doesn't detract too much from the issue which I think is really enjoyable.

I loved this issue. There's a personal nature to it that's really appealing. It's nice to have the missing Themyscira story resolved and that Diana can travel between both worlds again. It's solid development and it effectively allows the reader to catch his breath before this big conflict with Cheetah. The art is great and I really enjoyed reading it.

This is a solid issue. Like a lot of these anniversary anthologies, it's going to be hit and miss. I absolutely loved some stories and didn't care much for others. I think a lot of the art is gorgeous but there is some that didn't work me. The sentiment is ultimately what matters. This is a major milestone and it's full of heart.

This is a really fun issue. It's a familiar premise but executed well. I like seeing Diana go to outer space and fight on an alien world. It's a fun break and I like the self contained nature. My issues are minor and don't take away from my enjoyment that much.

I'm mostly happy that this story finally started; the build started to bore me a little. Thematically, I love what Steve Orlando is doing here. There's a real challenge for Diana's character that could be fascinating. The art looks good and the action is exciting. I enjoyed the issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a decent issue. The action is really strong with some great art to back it up. I think Orlando knows how to write Diana and Donna; they're both compelling and fun characters that are written well in this. But the villains are generic and lame; they do nothing for this story outside of plot. There's no emotional connection and it brings the story down.

This is an okay issue. It's well written; Orlando knows how to write Diana. And the art is great too; there's cool action in this. But the overall story does very little for me. It's not bad; I just don't think it's that interesting.

This is highly enjoyable. It feels like a natural counterpoint to the Power Rangers comics at Boom with great writing and art. If you're more interested in the Justice League than the Power Rangers, you might be disappointed because only four of the members show up and it's rather brief except for Batman. I am okay with that because I love this version of the Power Rangers and those books have been some of my favorite reads recently. I imagine the League will show up more in future issues but this is definitely Ranger-centric. I still don't think the fight happens naturally but if I can accept it in The Avengers film for the sake of fun, I can accept it here.

This is a really good issue. The action is fairly minimal so it may not be the most exciting issue for some people but I found reading the tragedy of these people very engaging. It's sad that Veronica, Doctor Cyber and Dr. Minerva all become villains. There's not a lot for Diana to do but that's not what this story is about. I recommend reading this issue.

Honestly, I would recommend this to people who haven't watched the show over fans. The book is self-contained and gives the readers the information one would need in order to understand context. For people who have watched this show, the dump of exposition is incredibly tedious. Most of the characters from the show don't make an appearance which will more than likely irritate fans but people who didn't like the show may find this more bearable because the CW element is taken out entirely. Personally, I enjoyed this book. It features what I enjoy about the show and this character in a fun story with great art. I ultimately recommend it to fans of the character Supergirl and people who want a fun read.

If you're someone who likes a lot of dialogue and sound effects in comics, you might not like this. A good portion of the book relies on the art which I think is fantastic. Everything you need is given to you through action, facial expressions and page layout. It is really incredible. Unfortunately, this means there is a lot of dialogue at the beginning and the end of the issue which is somewhat tedious. There is some great writing here. I think the mayor is an effective character that makes this story feel relevant and thus, intense. The scene between Ollie and Dinah has great dialogue. However, the exposition-heavy dialogue bothers me. Percy does have a sense of humor about it; he seems to be self aware but that doesn't help me that much. It feels forced and unnatural. This is a solid issue. The script is great; I think the Benson sisters knock it out of the park. The first part of the story immediately allows us to sympathize with Ollie due to how he's handling his renewed relationship with Roy and that's combined with powerful social commentary and a scary new villain. I have really enjoyed this story and this is a strong conclusion. I do think the dialogue is a little on the nose toward the end but that's my only issue. This is a really fun read with some great art.

For a final issue, this is somewhat underwhelming. Obviously Green Arrow isn't going away forever but this issue feels more like a season finale as opposed to a series finale. It leaves major cliffhangers instead of resolving any kind of mystery. The consequences of Ollie's decision on his relationship with Dinah is really engaging and I like those scenes a lot. I do appreciate that the final issue feels as personal and intimate as this does.

This is a solid chapter. It's an interesting story that comes from real and is then combined with the insanity that comes with a Harley Quinn story. The action is cool as well. I don't love the art but it's an enjoyable read.

Overall, this is a pretty fun book. The dynamic between Constantine and Swamp Thing is hilarious, there's some interesting plot set up and the art is fantastic. I have a couple of issues but I still recommend reading the issue.

This is a solid issue. It looks good and there is some fun in the action. I like Huntress kicking ass and the ending has potential. Additionally, the art provides a solid tone for the piece. The issue is a little boring in certain elements due to its use of certain tropes but there's fun to be had with it.

This is a solid issue. What really brings it together for me is Constantine's ultimate plan to save Margaret. It is the definition of messed up and absolutely the thing Constantine would do. I kind of hate the ending with Huntress but it's an enjoyable read outside of that.

On its own, this is a great issue. This is a wonderful script. King is hyper focused on the characters' psychology, good and bad. The work he does with Wally and Harley is really impressive. And combined with Gerads' art, I really enjoyed this. However, in the context of this series, it feels too little too late. Structurally, it kills the momentum of the mystery while also telling a much more captivating story than what the main plot of this is supposed to be.

This issue is very well-written. The personality of the characters really shines through but Bryan Hitch knows how to balance the characters. This issue is heavy on Jess, Barry and Clark but leave hints and clues as to where the other characters are going. The art is really great as well and I enjoyed getting a story on a smaller scale. It's a fun issue and I recommend it.

I enjoyed getting a character focused issue. It's nice to see the League just talk. There are sweet moments in which Flash talks about their Christmas party and Batman even references Star Wars. It's nice to see the characters portrayed in such a human way. It's fun and interesting. I have little quibbles but this is pretty good. I recommend reading the issue.

This is a solid first issue. Mera is an engaging character that can easily lead a story. I like that Mera is being compared and contrasted with Ocean Master; that's a neat and interesting touch. The art is gorgeous which really is what makes the issue worth reading.

This is a very good issue. Most of it focuses on the characters just talking to each other like most of the series which is still engaging. This is a great set of characters that I love more with each issue. I am sad that these characters probably won't survive the Rebirth but at least we have them here. Charretier makes a great replacement on the art and we get to see Syl'Khee. I recommend picking this issue up; it's definitely worth a read.

Overall, this is really good. The characters make a good first impression and I want to see more of them. The writing in both dialogue and narration works well with some nicely integrated humor. The art is great throughout and enjoyable to look at on its own. Every problem I have with the book is more about personal preference and taste; there is nothing technically wrong with the book. However, my personal tastes did make the book somewhat less enjoyable. It's still a solid read and I recommend people check it out.

This was surprising for me in how much I enjoyed it. A mystery is set up that I never cared about in the past and I ended being interested in it by the end. The art is fantastic, especially the colors, and there are a couple of great small character moments that are actually funny and humanizes this team. I like seeing Raven, Beast Boy and Power Girl just hanging out joking around. This is a solid read and I recommend checking it out.

The art is the best part of the issue. It looks fantastic and fits the scale and scope of Olympus. Anderson's colors are put to great use. If you like the Greek mythology aspect of Wonder Woman, you might like the plot more than I did. It's not a bad story and I am intrigued to see what happens but I am a little tired of the Olympian politics. That may just be my sensibilities. I just don't find the other characters interesting outside of their appearance. Despite that, I still recommend checking this out. It's a decent jumping on point and was a fun read.

I rather enjoyed this issue. The art is beautiful but there was some heart to the story that was able to draw me in. That emotional connection really sells the issue for me. I am so tuned in with these people now that I want to see more and I was somewhat indifferent based on previous issues. I recommend checking this out. It's a fun read.

Overall, this is a good issue. Greg Rucka excels at Diana's characterizations both as a young girl and as an adult. Adding Minerva into the origin this early is a really good idea and I'm excited to see where that goes. The art is really great as well. However, the issue is a little dull in places with a little too much focus on the military not understanding Diana. I still recommend checking the issue out; there's a lot of good material in this one.

Overall, this is a solid issue. While the story is a little dull, it's not bad. It is fun to see Diana interact with Etta, Steve and Dr. Minerva. And the action is well presented and creative. This is a solid issue. The artwork is good throughout; the characters, backgrounds and colors all look great. I recommend reading the issue.

This is a solid issue. As a follow up to Rucka's run, there are loose ends that were tied up in between the stories, which is disappointing, but the story works so far on it's own. There's a lot going on with Diana that I really like. I genuinely feel like depression is a factor in what's going on with her and that's interesting. The action is cool and is paired with some great art. I recommend reading the issue.

This is a solid issue. I like the themes Wilson is dealing with and they form Diana's arc. It helps these stories feel more connected. It becomes more clear with each issue that Wilson has a defined take on Diana that she is willing to challenge and explore. I don't love the art but the issue is still enjoyable.

This is a fun and compelling issue until the ending. When it's just a story about Diana and this A.R.G.U.S. agent she saved as a kid trying to protect the citizens of Gorilla City, it's great. The writing is solid and it's a lot of fun. The ending and the nature of this being a tie in takes it down for me. It's still enjoyable for the most part but DC needs to relax on these big event stories.

Overall, I think this a good story. Morrison has a good grasp on Diana as a character and Paquettes art with Fairbairns colors are truly excellent. If youre looking for a truly new take on the character, you might be disappointed. Morrison sticks to the main ideas and concepts with new details here and there. Most of it works really well but a few things dont. I definitely recommend this book. Its an engaging read that is fun and quick with some interesting ideas.

This is a good issue. The art is great and I think it's a solid conclusion to the story. However, it is mainly action so I think it would read better as part of a trade or just back to back with the previous two issues. It's not a stand-alone issue that one can enjoy on its own. I would recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

This is an okay issue. There's a lot of solid material. The art is great and the book has a somber tone that fits the aftermath well. I like certain story elements and what Percy is setting up but it's hard to get too invested without context. However, I do think this is a good issue for new readers. If you haven't been reading Green Arrow but are interested, this is a great issue to start and I highly recommend reading it because it's a good place to jump on. However, if you have been reading, it feels a little slow on it's own and I would recommend waiting for the trade.

This is a solid issue. I have my complaints but the issue still works for the most part. Superman is fun and enjoyable and there is some amazing art throughout. The dialogue between Oliver and Lex works and is an interesting dynamic, and the Ninth Circle's plan for Metropolis is super creepy. I like that Percy works in this relevant issue to the story that grounds it a little but also makes it more unnerving because it's such a real thing. I recommend reading the issue.

This is an okay issue. The art is good especially during the action scenes. Merino does a lot of cool stuff when Diana takes Grail on. That action scene is a lot of fun and, along with the art, makes the issue worth reading. Personally, I don't find this story interesting. It's not horrible but Darkseid feels dull and generic and I still don't really care about Jason. Despite that, the issue is still enjoyable and fun to read.

Overall, this is a disappointing finale. I've truly loved this series and this team so I'm sad to see it end; I just wish that the book reflected those emotions. The dialogue is still fun and the action is cool but the heart this team usually conveys so well, for some reason, doesn't come through for me. It's not terrible or even bad; I'm just ambivalent towards it which is disappointing. I would recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

Ultimately, I just wish this issue stood on its own a bit more. I tend to want issues of a comic to be enjoyable on their own and I don't think this one quite accomplishes that. However, the ending is amazing and I'm incredibly excited for the next issue.

I loved Snyder's earlier works on Batman but both “Endgame” and “Superheavy” were disappointments to me. They're unnecessarily long without the meat to justify it. I recommend waiting for the trade on this one mainly for the art.

Benjamin Percy is very creative with how he uses the villains and their actions. Heis clearly having fun with that and creates a nice sense of scale. This issue feels a lot bigger than the previous ones in this run. I just don't think it's all that interesting. Maybe if Oliver had been talking to someone instead of narrating I would have cared about that more but it does nothing for me as it is. But it's pointless; there is no reason to read this. A minor detail is discovered but you don't need to read this to know that. It can, and probably will be, summed up in a line of dialogue in the next issue of Metal. It's a harmless tie in. But the only occasion for story right now is the death of a few characters and that is not enough to pull me in. The art is stunning throughout and I look forward to more of Mann and Morey's work. Overall, I think the issue is fine. King is a great writer so I am still curious to see where this story goes but this issue only elicited mild indifference from me.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is fine. I like the intentions and the thematic ideas are great. I love what this story has to say about trauma and how King applies that to super heroes. But the issue doesn't have much beyond these ideas. This story doesn't have much to offer in terms of plot or even character development. I'm not sure why Batgirl is even in this or why the Trinity was such a big part of the early issues only to disappear from the narrative. The story comes from a good place and that is worth something even if I didn't find it that engaging to read.

View Issue       View Full Review

The issue has a lot of good ideas and some nice scenes but is ultimately too analytical without being enough of a story first. It feels more like a term paper on the Justice League. However, the art is strong and I do like what Bryan Hitch is setting up. I recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

Overall, this is an okay issue. It is well drawn and colored and Tim Seeley does his best to make it engaging. I did enjoy the little character moments for Steve. But, the issue feels pointless and a little dull.

This issue is fine. There are some solid moments throughout. Greg Rucka is a great writer so the dialogue is great and the characters feel consistent and engaging. And of course, Perkins' art is amazing. But it's a little slow. I don't think the issue gets enough done. It feels like its struggling to reach the 12 issue length but the execution is solid.

This is an okay issue. The art is gorgeous. This series has been worth it for that alone. But the story left me behind a while ago. This relationship between Elicia and Renee is interesting but there isn't a lot that can be done since the next issue is the last one. It's not bad; I just don't find Lois Lane #11 engaging.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. There's some interesting social commentary and I like the character development with Harley but much of the issue is fairly dull. And if you're looking for the Suicide Squad, they don't do much in this issue. Most of it is Waller interrogating Pesta. It works but it's not the most exciting read.

This is an okay issue. I love the art and Raven is very well written, especially her narration. I normally hate narration but Wolfman makes it work. However, the high school aspect seems a little stock to me and there's not a lot that allows this issue to stand on its own.

This is an okay issue. The art is great and I like how Raven is written. However, the actual plot is fairly dull and just not engaging me in any way. I recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

Overall, this is an okay issue. The art is fantastic throughout both in the character moments and in the action. Everything looks great. Raven is well characterized and the book does have personality that stands out among all of the DC books right now. However, I think this story is being dragged out too long to its detriment which results in a somewhat boring issue.

This is is an okay issue. It is certainly worth checking out for the art which is incredible. But the story is too dragged out and it isn't engaging. I'm bored and I feel like I shouldn't be. I recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

Overall, this is an okay issue mainly because of the art. It is gorgeous and worth the price in my opinion. There are solid moments in the story especially the ending which I do like. However, most of the issue is just spinning its wheels as it has been. Unfortunately, the issue ends up being dull.

This is an okay issue. The art is great especially in the fight scene between Robin and Snowfox and Wunderfox. However, the plot isn't all that interesting. I like that Damian's way of coping with loss is getting to work which is consistent for him as a character as well as paralleling him with his father. Other than that, Damian fights a handful of lame villains that won't shut up. They're very irritating. I recommend waiting for the trade on this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is the best issue of the series so far. However, that isn't really saying much. I enjoyed the opening scene. Bendis' dialogue is quite good and I love how long it is. Bendis takes his time and it works. I feel like I do have a sense of Scarlet's personality now. But the ending is pretty uninteresting from both a character and plot standpoint. Most of the goodwill earned by the first scene is gone by the end of the issue.

This issue is fun. Starfire is getting more playful and there a lot of good exchanges with good dialogue. The art is great and I still like the supporting cast. However, the plot isn't that engaging and I'm not sure if we really needed to bring Grayson into this. Other than that, this is a good read.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is consistent with the first seven with it's colorful art and fun dialogue. Starfire is still incredibly funny especially as she now knows more about Earth and attempts to make references but still doesn't understands things such as ASAP. She continues to be highly enjoyable. However, the main plot isn't that exciting and I don't understand the need for heterosexual women to comment on Starfire's attractiveness. It's an okay issue but it's the most problematic of the eight.

Ultimately, this issue is somewhat forgettable. The Deadshot works for it's backstory and there is great art in the Katana story but it's a dull issue overall. I recommend waiting for trade on this one.

View Issue       View Full Review

Overall, this is an okay issue. I like the struggle of Kara's life and her attempt to fit into Earth. It's a nice continuation of her story in the New 52. And the art is really cool. However, Director Chase and Cat Grant really irritated me and took the book down a few points in my mind.

This is an okay issue. It's wonderful to look at with great art, layouts and colors. I do like the scale and some of the action is neat. I just had a hard time getting engaged in the characters because so much is happening. I recommend waiting for the trade with this one.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is a somewhat disappointing end to the story. It still plays with a lot of the same ideas and themes and does so very well while featuring some cool artwork. However, the ending feels forced. I'm not saying that the ending needed to be horrifying and feature everyone being miserable but I would have liked to have seen the story have a bigger impact on these characters than it ultimately does. I think it's worth a read but I would wait for the trade.

Overall, this is a decent start to a Year One story for Diana. The art is fantastic and there are some sweet moments with the characters that I really appreciate. They're small ones but they matter. However, so far, this feels a little too familiar to the point where I'm questioning why it's necessary to tell another story based around the origin of Wonder Woman. It is worth a read mainly for wonderful art but I would recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

View Issue       View Full Review

Overall, I think this issue is okay. The art and colors are great, Diana is very well characterized and there's some cool mythology worked in. However, I still find the issue to be boring. It works on a technical level but it doesn't resonate with me that much. I would recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

View Issue       View Full Review

Overall, this is a great book purely based on technical merit. I love the art and Rucka is a great writer. However, I don't feel like this story is interesting and I have a hard time reading through the issue with much enthusiasm. I would recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

View Issue       View Full Review

Overall, this is an okay issue. The art is good, for the most part, and I like a lot of the concepts. However, I don't like how Diana is drawn and I find the plot of the issue to be fairly uninteresting most of the time.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. The art is great which especially helps the big action scene. I like some of the ideas and I'm still interested in the story. But the issue feels a little padded to me; not enough happens. Sometimes this happens when stories are trying to fill up a trade so they have to be stretched to six parts, even if it's unnecessary.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. The story feels like a waste of time. Nothing is moved forward in any way and no new information is learned. However, the art is gorgeous which helps the issue quite a bit and is worth taking a look at simply for the art. I recommend waiting for the trade on this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is fine. The art is solid throughout with some very pretty visuals. The action is a lot of fun and the art is at its best during those scenes. What hurts this issue is I don't find Jason particularly compelling yet which kills a lot of the fun since he's such a big part of this issue but we'll see where Robinson takes it. I recommend waiting for the trade on this one.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. It looks amazing and is worth buying for the art alone. I think the conclusion is a little disappointing. I thought Vanessa was potentially great and the story became a little generic for me. Wasting time on a Darkseid subplot didn't help either. It's still enjoyable; the action is cool and Robinson writes Diana well but it could have been more.

This issue is fine. The art is good and there is some fun crazy action to go with it. A lot of the dialogue works and I do think Orlando writes Diana well. Ultimately, I had a hard time getting invested in what was going on and was slightly bored by the issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. It's not the most exciting thing in the world but it is very much a middle issue. It does its job and I am excited about the next issue. I wish I liked the art more because this could be a visually stunning book and I don't think it's living up to the potential.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is okay. The art is fine for the most part. The problem is that nothing in the issue grabs my attention. There's nothing awful or bad about it. It's just kind of there. This run has been doing interesting things with Diana so I'm hoping that this issue was just an excuse to go crazy and have some fun with big action. And that next time Diana's character will come back to the forefront.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is okay. It just didn't grab me. The fight with Hippolyta is cool and it's done well. But a lot of the interesting thematic elements from earlier issues aren't as present in this. There's not a lot in this issue. Again, it might read better in the context of the rest of the run once it's done. But on its own, it was fine but nothing that interesting.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue is fine for the most part. There is a compelling weight to Aphrodite's death that comes from both solid writing and great art. However, the issue does kind of lose me towards the end. Diana being unable to fight due to Aphrodite's death even though she was just able to fight literally a minute ago was weird. It's an over-simplification of her powers and feels anti-climatic.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. It's a decent finale to a not great story. The conclusion is a little easy and requires little to no effort on Diana's part. Atlantiades solves everything by giving Diana new armor and, seemingly, new powers. There are some interesting moments and ideas that could be cool in future issues but there's not a lot in this to grab onto.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue was good but not great. The art is good and there are a lot of solid scenes. Orlando adds some new dimensions to Cheetah using Rucka's previous run as a springboard which is cool. But it's a little dull for me. I feel like this Year of the Villain thing has outstayed its welcome and I'm ready for something else.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. Most of it is taken up by the fight between Diana and Valda which is fun. The dialogue is solid and I like how Diana resolves the fight. Orlando knows how to write this character. But that story being part of Warmaster's machinations takes it down. I don't find her to be a compelling villain due to a lame and over used motivation. I'm curious to see where some of this goes such as how Donna fits in but this issue wasn't super enjoyable for me.

View Issue       View Full Review

I did not enjoy this issue that much. Focusing on the twisted relationship between Richard and Jennifer helps because they're a little interesting. But the art doesn't appeal to me at all. And I have no investment in Sheila at all. The series feels padded out and dull.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is probably the best issue so far but I'm still not loving it. The increased focus on Jennifer is captivating. She gets more interesting every time we learn something new about her. She's a great villain who knows the evil of her actions and does them anyway. But there's no one to roof for. The villains are interesting but horrifically racist while the heroes are boring one note jackasses. Combined with the art that I don't love, this issue loses a lot of potential.

View Issue       View Full Review

I didn't like this issue. The intentions are noble with interesting themes and commentary on both Barbara Gordon and violence against women. That's all great. But, personally, I'm tired of Babs having to face Joker and prove her worth over and over again. Combined with a version of Joker that I find dull and artwork I'm fond of, the issue falls short for me.

View Issue       View Full Review

This isn't a great start. I love the art and I like the world a lot. This has potential and I am curious to see where it goes now that the set up is all out of the way. But the copious amounts of exposition and lack of character really brings it down for me.

View Issue       View Full Review

I didn't care for this issue. The art is solid and I like a lot of the aesthetic choices. I like Barry Allen's small inclusion because that was the first time I felt invested in something. Barry discovering Wally's death was effective. Other than that, this issue isn't working for me. I don't find the story interesting yet.

View Issue       View Full Review

Mostly what kills this issue for me is tone. The mystery finally took an interesting turn and the art is enjoyable. But the issue feels like it's all over the place and I don't think it works. The comedy doesn't make me laugh and intrudes on the heavier subject matter which, while interesting, feels like a backdrop as opposed to a focal point.

View Issue       View Full Review

This issue borders somewhere between okay and bad. It has its moments. I had fun with Batgirl and there are some good jokes. But I am not invested in the plot at all and even if I was, it is moving at a snail's pace. The art is good but it's not enough for me.

View Issue       View Full Review

I'm not in love with this issue. I feel like the story has stopped. I'm not sure if this was a mandate by DC or if Rucka just wanted to include this farewell to Jon in Lois' book. And it's fine; I think a lot of that is sweet. But it doesn't do much for the plot of this story. The book went a weird detour. The Question stuff could end up grabbing me but I'm somewhat indifferent to it right now. I'm still excited about this book and the art is great but I didn't enjoy this issue.

I didn't love this issue. It's fine; the art is great and the dialogue is fun. But nothing else really grabbed me. This whole series has felt strange lately. I loved it early on but I'm not sure where it's going and I don't know if I care anymore. It is by no means bad but it's disappointing to me.

This issue is fine. The art is incredible; I love Perkins' style and Troy compliments it well. There are some fun ideas and Rucka is a talented writer. He knows how to make these characters compelling. But the story lost me a while ago and this issue doesn't do anything to bring me back in. I think it's ballooned too big and I don't think it's nearly as interesting as the early issues.

View Issue       View Full Review

As a finale, this is fine. Everything comes together in a decently tied bow. There's great dialogue and banter; Rucka is a great writer. And the art is gorgeous. But the only thing the issue made me feel is relief that it's over. I don't have to talk about it anymore and that's not a good way to feel at the end of a series.

I did not really enjoy this issue. The art is solid and enjoyable to look at. But the narration is very obvious and the story loses a lot of impact because of it in my opinion. I also don't really like the characterization of Diana in this; she's a little too blood thirsty for me. Overall, the issue is underwhelming.

View Issue       View Full Review

The issue doesn't play for me. The art is great and the action is fine. There are some decent character moments as well. But the whole thing falls flat. This story has been built up for so long, since the end of "Darkseid War," and it doesn't feel like it added up to much of anything at all.

View Issue       View Full Review

This is an okay issue. I'm still not that invested into even the premise of this story. It's not fun or interesting to see Diana sit around sadly while every other character drives the story forward. And I don't think losing love will cause Diana to be like this; that's a hurdle I'm having trouble with. The art is good and there are interesting ideas throughout the issue. It's all well constructed but it's not coming together for me.

I think this issue is fine. My big problem right now is Warmaster. I don't find her motivation compelling and she's not doing much of anything. The issue feels like a lot of set up with a cool fight scene thrown in. But the art is gorgeous and there are some decent character moments.

I don't love this issue. There some okay elements. It has a solid sense of humor and the big action sequence is great. But the story itself isn't that interesting; I don't think Diana and Maxwell Lord make a good buddy cop duo. It's flat. Additionally, I didn't really connect with the art. For me, the issue was underwhelming.

The art is good despite the artistic clash and I like a lot of the ideas behind the story. However, those ideas are too obvious and spelt out for my taste. It doesn't really continue the story to a place I was interested in and I don't like the characters this issue chooses to focus on. Overall, I would recommend skipping this issue. It's got some merit but is a disappointing experience overall.

I do not care for this issue. There are a couple of scenes that are okay but it's mostly dull and unpleasant. The art only makes it worse.

View Issue       View Full Review

There honestly isn't much to say about this issue. Like the last story with the Suicide Squad, this feel like it is being dragged out way too long with too much mindless action. Kirkham's art is fantastically detailed as always and makes the action a little more fun but this really isn't that engaging. It may have been more interesting if Slade had fought Mercy more instead of the robot. With that, we could have had some more dynamic martial arts but every fight is just a beat down with the losing side never having a chance. It's not terrible but I think it would better to wait for the trade.

View Issue       View Full Review

Ultimately, I find this issue to be dull. The art is great and I am intrigued by Rose's motivations; I want to know what is going on with her. However, like the last several issues, this story is too padded. It's more concerned with Deathstroke fighting than telling a story. Action is fine but it gets tiresome after awhile. I recommend skipping this issue.

View Issue       View Full Review

Besides the tone, my other big complaint is that there are several different stories going on at once that don't relate to each other. Maybe the plots will connect later but it feels a little tedious now. They could structure it differently and make it more of an anthology book instead of cutting back and forth between these different tales. It might be a little more fun. As is, the art is nice but the issue itself is dull. There's too much going on that doesn't connect and it's just not any fun. I am curious about the Amazonian plot so I am hoping that the series will pick up and these stories can come together.

This story has potential and interesting ideas but it is not working for me. The two sides of this conflict are too over the top and extreme to really take seriously but the book has a fairly serious tone so it ends up just feeling tedious. I like seeing Emiko again and she has a lot of good dialogue. The art is nice but this issue is something that I think you can skip.

I'm not sure who this issue is for. It tries to make the material a little darker in order to appeal to older fans of the show. But it also tries to appeal to children in other scenes. There's a tonal dissonance that bothered me throughout. There's also not enough characterization for my taste right now. Adam gets some nice moments but the Thundercats are fairly generic. Ultimately, I just did not enjoy this issue. It's not terrible but I don't recommend it.

This doesn't quite work for me. The beginning is promising. The other dimension is cool and the scenes there are engaging and contain strong dialogue. But the rest of the story is a little disappointing; it doesn't live up to the exciting cliffhanger at the end of the last issue. And everything just happens too easily for Constantine because it's the last issue of the story. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot to say about this issue. It's part of an incomplete story and doesn't stand on it's own well at all. There are moments that I like but it's mostly build up with no pay off. It just isn't fun to read by itself; maybe it will work better in context once the rest of the story is published.

The only interesting thing in this issue is the conversation at the end. Deadshot is able to make good points and obviously hits a nerve. People often cannot help who they are. We can be trapped by our personalities, disabilities or simple choices and the various members of the Squad are all trapped in one form or another including Waller. However, other than that, this comic is boring. Sage isn't much of a threat and there just aren't any stakes. I'm not really invested in either side. Frankly, it might have been more interesting if Sage succeeded and Waller was disgraced and lost her power. That would be a change of pace but this story just re-establishes the traditional set up instead of doing something new and interesting. Overall, this is a disappointing finale.

This issue feels like padding which is strange considering it's the first issue. The ending is the first point in which an actual plot point happens; the rest of the issue is just establishing the characters and the world. Maleev's art does that well but the dialogue makes this issue drag and I honestly know very little about any of these characters. I understand wanting to take an issue to set up the people involved; that seems like a good idea but it's ineffective here and the issue ends up being very dull.

This issue is probably my least favorite so far. There's nothing to grab onto. Scarlet has yet to display any genuine traits that make her interesting or even charismatic. In the context of these five issues, she seems to be rebelling for the sake of it but I have no idea what for other than some generic speeches. Plot wise, it's slow and meandering; there's nothing driving this story. It all feels empty and dull. However, the issue does win points for a very sweet tribute to Stan Lee and I loved that very much.

As much as I hate to say it because I have loved this series, I recommend skipping this issue.

While there are some thingsthat I like about this issue, there is a lot I don't like about it. The main thing that bothers me is the art. Some of it works well but the parts that don't really bug me and take me out of the story. Said story is pretty good and there's solid characterization for Kara as always. The tone and mood work well and there are some wonderful panels. But the panels that bother me take a lot out of this story and stop my enjoyment. I don't recommend reading this issue.

Overall, I don't like this issue. There are cool moments; some of the action is neat and the art does work in places. Kara's characterization is still consistent and I think Steve Orlando is doing a good job with that. However, the issue is not all that engaging. And if an issue is going to rely on action, the art needs to work more than it does here. The way a lot of the characters are drawn, their faces in particular, kills a lot of this issue for me.

This is a boring issue. The art is strong and worth taking a look at, but nothing else really lands. Nothing happens in this that is essential to the story so far; we learn nothing. It feels like this whole issue could be cut and no one would miss anything. I do not recommend reading this issue.

I did not enjoy this issue. It's very dull; I feel like the story is padded. But it's the first issue of a new arc so I'm not sure why it already feels that way. The issue kind of wastes time on seemingly nothing. It's hard to tell without if some of these elements work their way into this new story later. But this issue is not engaging as its own piece.

This issue isn't that bad but it feels superfluous. Outside of the ending, nothing is really accomplished. A lot of time is wasted on the fight with the Furies which looks great but feels hollow. The issue feels like the story is being stretched out and it ends up being a fairly boring issue.

I didn't enjoy this issue. The art is great and there is some spectacle to be had in the action. But the Dark Gods are a generic threat. There's nothing unique about them as villains at this point and they don't seem to have much in the way of personalities. The issue ends up being a bit of a slog.

I don't care for this issue. The art is the immediate thing that put me off. I have tough time enjoying a comic if the art doesn't suck me in. In terms of the story, I think it's a little dull and played out but I'm still curious to see where it goes.

I didn't love this issue although I feel like I should have. But I'm not invested in these events. Part of that is because of the art. I can't see Diana's hardship the way I would like to and that takes a lot of the power away. I'm told she looks like hell but she looks fine. Another part of it is that I'm still not sure about the death of love taking away Diana's powers. That threw me off at the end of the last issue and I'm still unsure about that choice. The pacing is weird and I think the issue is dull.

I did not care for this issue at all. Until this story, I have really enjoyed G. Willow Wilson's take on Diana. But in this story and this issue especially, it never really feels like Diana. She's dumb, easily manipulated and ineffective. Obviously, there needs to be a great challenge for a character like Wonder Woman. But she's practically inept and it kills a lot of the fun for me. At this point, I just want this story to end already.

I didn't love this issue. Some of the colors are great and the two sections of the more abstract art are great. But the main art is just okay. And I found the story to be a let down. Most of what I was excited about in this story was immediately dumped down the drain. It's not horrible but I think this is a generic issue that could have been a lot more.

This is a very disappointing issue to me. While Rucka's ideas are brilliant and the art is great, this is a boring read. It is certainly not terrible but there isn't a lot in the story or Diana as a character that is engaging while reading. I had some fun thinking about the story and what it could mean but when I try to read it again, I'm still bored. I honestly don't recommend checking this issue out. Hopefully, it gets better from here.

I didn't care for this issue. It didn't work for me on really any level. I don't like the art. And I found the story a little dull like it's just spinning its wheels.

I really did not like this issue. The immediate turn off is the art which I think is weak. There's nothing in terms of character or story that I find compelling. There's some potential in the concepts but it's not going anywhere.

I really didn't like this issue. It's a somewhat fitting end to this disappointing series. There are a lot of great ideas here. I was interested in some of the characters dynamics and relationships. But not enough was done with any of it. This conclusion feels rushed and abrupt. It's not satisfying in any way. It's not a happy ending but it doesn't have the punch of a tragic or even bitter sweet ending. It just ends without making any kind of real impact.

What started out as a terrific premise has ended in disappointment. The story isn't explained in a way that is satisfying and the villain is pathetically weak. The issue has very little to offer other than some decent artwork.

I really don't like this issue. There are some neat character designs but that's the only thing that works for me. There isn't anything in terms of characters or plot that is interesting or engaging. It's dull and I don't recommend reading it.

I don't like this issue at all. The art is unappealing to me despite being well drawn. The story and characters are so flat which makes reading the issue an agonizing chore. I don't recommend the issue.

This series is two issues in and I feel like I don't know anything. Scarlet really isn't coming alive as a main character; she's obnoxious and rude. That's the only take I have on her right now which makes the issue really boring. The art is good which does help but not enough.

I didn't like this issue. I really want this story to work because I think it has a lot of potential. I want to love it but it just isn't grabbing me in any kind of meaningful way. Despite some cool art, I think this issue is dull and a little mean spirited.

I didn't enjoy this issue. The spectacle of the action doesn't play for because I don't like the art. I find the style to be unappealing. And because there is no sense of conclusion, it feels a little dragged out. Maybe if I found the reveal more interesting, I would be more engaged. But I was mostly bored reading this.
