Black Magick is back and it came back strong. Greg continues to deliver a procedural drama that offers a believable sense of everyday life. Nicola continues with her career defining art with the beautiful assisted coloring of Chiara. Black Magick is a series you'd want to board again.

The rise of RAAM issue 4 is a great read overall with fantastic writing and wonderful art. I'd love to see more of the Gears of war lore in comics or expand on the rich story of the games. Kurtis Wiebe was an excellent choice.

This issue is both an ode to 90s Ghost Rider and a fresh look at the character, making it an exciting time to be a Ghost rider fan.

Jughead: The hunger #3 is a fantastically written issue, that give you twists and scares. The artwork is outstanding delivering an unnerving atmosphere and stunning panels.

Jughead the hunger reminds readers why Archie comics has a horror line and why it's so good. Frank, Michael and Dee do an amazing Job and it's a shame this is a one-shot as I'd love to see more from this team on this title.

Bryan Hill is creating another game changer for KISS comics

Long Lost Book Two #1 is a fantastically written and illustrated issue. Erman and Sterle are a wonderful team that is bound to take the comic world by storm. The story is excellent and a must-read for those fans of horror.

Lisa Sterle and Matthew Erman are on my top ten creators of 2018. Long Lost is not a book to sleep on. Issue 2 of book two is their best to date and it's bound to get better as we near the finale.

Erman and Sterle are the creative duo of 2018.

Long Lost Part Two #5 is a very special issue that demonstrates the hard work Matthew and Lisa have put into this book. I highly recommend picking up this book.

Long Lost Part Two #6 is the perfect ending to a perfect comic book series.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 is a fantastic read for both fans and newcomers.

Pumpkinhead issue 1 is a fantastically eerie horror with fantastic writing and unnerving art. Cullen is a master of horror when it comes to comics. Shepherd and Ribeiro are a perfect combination. This is perfect for any horror fan even if you're not familiar with the source material. Dynamite have another hit on their hands.

Pumpkinhead #2 is a definite must buy for any horror fan. Cullen is an amazing writer who will capture your imagination and intrigue. Shepherd and Ribeiro are a perfect artistic team that continue to impress. The mini-story is also a nice simple story.

A fantastic conclusion to a great series.

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #0 is the perfect introduction to this new iteration while having the charm of the 1980's original series.

Rugrats: R is for Reptar is a fantastic issue with five great stories. The creative team do an exceptional job along with Jim Campbell's letters. This one-shot is more fun than the ongoing which is great. Rugrats: R is for Reptar is an all ages thrill ride.

Issue 2 is a beautifully drawn and written issue that has philosophy that can be used in everyday life. Lights also doesn't include this ideology of thinking to sound pretentious and superior but to develop a character and explore their thinking. The story is shaping up well and I can't wait for new music & issue 3.

Issue three is a visual spectacular, that has a great story with heart. Lights has created compelling characters that continue to grow. The end goal of Skin & Earth is beginning to take place. I can't wait to see how the story progresses from here.

This is a beautiful character driven story with great art and sprinkles of cultural references & humour.

Issue five is a beautiful issue, the writing and art are stunning.

This is a great read that has the same vibe the TV series did. However this issue came too soon as there is so much to play with. This is a series with so much untapped potential, that the ending as great as it was felt a little cold. Tales from the Darkside is a great read with plenty of potential.

The Weatherman is a great read with the potential to be one of the best series of 2018

OverallThe X-Files Casefile Florida Man #1 is a must read for any X-Files fan and a great Jumping on point. Delilah S. Dawson is an exceptional writer who understands the characters while also adding her own voice. The Creative team Elena, Silvia, and Arianna have great synergy to create some beautiful pages.

Overall the JFK Disclosure is a brilliant read and addition to the X-file mythos. Denton and Menton3 are wonderful partners and I'm excited to see where this series goes. I highly recommend this if you're an X-Files fan or a JFK conspiracy theorist.

Issue 2 of the JFK Disclosure is a spectacular read that with have you on the edge of your seat.

In conclusion the X-files origins has the DNA of the X-Files running through it while also staying original. You don't need to know the characters to love this issue and series. The writing is great and the artwork is fantastic. I look forward to see where they go and you should too.

This is a fantastic series and a great final chapter. Matthew and Jody have provided an insight into the makings of Mulder and Scully and I thank them for this opportunity.

Vampironica is a great addition to the Archie horror line. Greg and Meg do an outstanding job bringing this concept to life and I look forward to where they take this adventure. Jack Morelli does wonders on lettering especially with the sound effects. Archie Horror continues with the home runs.

Overall, this is a great issue as it has so much heart that separates it from the current market. This is a great conclusion to Melanie Scrofano's first run in comics and hopefully not her last. The art and writing are fantastic and a dream team.

This is a great read with some fantastic art. Wynonna Earp fans old & new will love this. This is another great step into comics from Wynonna Earp Legends: Doc Holiday writer himself Tim Rozon. I look forward to the rest of this series and any other projects Tim does in the future.

Season Zero issue 4 is thrill ride packed full of action, emotion and Wynonna kicks butt.

Long lost is definitely a good read for those fans of horror/suspense comics. For those not this is still a great with Long Lost #1enough of a hook, to want you to read the next issue. This comic has a great look and an amazing cover also by Lisa.

If you're not reading this I highly recommend you do.

Long Lost #3 is a fantastic read that will leave you wanting more. Matthew has written a story full of mystery and intrigue that would make Chris Carter proud. Lisa's artwork is fantastic and gets creepier with each issue.

Overall Long Lost #4 is a brilliant addition to the series. This may be a filler issue for the first chapter however, it's an issue with substance. Erman and Sterle once again do an outstanding job. If you're not reading I highly recommend you do, you're missing out.

Long Lost issue 5 is a fantastic read with the creative team upping their game. This is well-crafted horror suspense thrill ride and a must read. If you're not reading this, I suggest pre-ordering the Long Lost trade paperback released June 27th.

Long Lost #6 is by far the best issue to date with a finale that left me at the edge of my seat. This is a must read issue and if you've not read this series I suggest pre-ordering the trade paperback at your local comic store.

Wynonna Earp issue 6 is a fun and emotional ride. Beau and Lora have worked together to create a issue that works well on it's own but more importantly as the closing chapter to this volume of Wynonna Earp. This is a fitting end that will please any fan of this series but also any new readers as it is a great jump on point.

This issue is an overall success due to the amazing writing and beautiful art throughout the issue. It is still unclear where Beau is taking this volume however the ride is just thrilling. The western and supernatural influence seems to be a winner here. This proves that westerns aren't as dead a genre as previously thought.

Jeepers Creepers #2 is a great follow-up to the first issue. Marc sets the tone going forward perfectly while the art is visually glorious. Taylor Esposito does a stellar job on letters. Jeepers Creepers #2 is a great read.

KISS/ Army of Darkness issue 3 is an outstanding issue with some great character development and dialogue. The art is fantastic with outstanding detail that the visual comedy works. The KISS references are fresh and inventive. KISS/ Army of Darkness issue 3 is a must read.

The creative team work perfectly together to produce an awesome issue. Bring on the finale.

This is a brilliant return to Mulder & Scully's origins. Jody and Matthew have written fun adventures that offer so many mysteries. This is a perfect comic for new & old fans of the X-files or anyone looking for a fun Stranger Things-esque story.

Issue three of Origins, is a brilliant read with a team that are perfect together. The scripts are beautifully written, with equally beautiful artwork. If you're not reading this, well you should be.

There should be more adventures of young Mulder & Scully as this was a great read.

Dead Weight is a fantastic all ages, Murder Mystery. The story is fresh, engaging and humours at times. The art is a perfect fit, with brilliant character designs. There are parts that are cringey however they don't affect the overall enjoyment of a wonderful graphic novel.

KISS: The End #1 is a fantastic read not only for KISS fans but fans of a good fantasy tale.

The creative team do an amazing job, and create a beautiful looking issue.

Betty and Veronica's Vixens is a fun read that is definitely targeted at a female demography. They hit that target perfectly. Jamie's writing is reminiscent of Archie of old and revitalize that fun here. the overall arch is possibly predictable however, if the writing continues at this calibre it will be an enjoyable ride.

Betty & Veronica: Vixen's is a great female centric, all ages comic. Issue four is a fun adventure that does have its faults is an overall thrill.

Betty and Veronica Vixens #5 is a great issue highlighting the power of friendship. The creative team are fantastic together with a great editorial team. Betty and Veronica Vixens is an Archie comics book to be reading.

Overall Rugrats issue 1 is a fun read, that is perfect for a nostalgic read. The concept Box has set up here has potential and we'll have to wait for issue 2 to know where he takes them. The art and colors are solid and faithful. I would recommend reading this if you're in the mood for something simple and fun.

Rugrats issue 2, is another great read by Box Brown, Eleonora Bruni, and Lisa DuBois. The creative team continue with an interesting story, that we've only scratched the surfaced on. The nostalgia is still fantastic however, that can't last forever but the good art and writing can.

Rugrats issue 3 overall, is a fun issue that hit their target demographic. The concept and arc are an overall success however, it would've been fun if this was explored deeper. Box Brown is a superb writer & the creative team have a great flow. In conclusion Rugrats issue 3 overall was a fun filled adventure.

Rugrats issue 4, is perhaps the best issue to date. Pranas, Jorge, & Elenora are a fantastic team who worked well together, to produce the most Rugrats issue. I hope this level of story and humour continues into issue 5 and beyond.

OverallRugrats #6 is a fun adventure that goes beyond nostalgia. This creative team work brilliantly together. Rugrats is a great comic that continues to impress.

A strong and intriguing read with stunning art.

Overall this is a great read. Although nothing spectacular happened and Kiss only made brief cameo like appearances, it however was a fun read that sets the wheels of this series in motion. Amy and Kewber are great in this issue and I hope that continues. This issue is accessible by everyone, Kiss fan or not, that's the beauty of Amy's writing.

Kiss #2 continues what issue 1 started and set the narrative wheels in motion.

OverallThis is another great issue that is written by KISS fans for KISS fans. This is an issue anyone can enjoy as it's fun and entertaining, that's what you want in a comic like this. The best way to read this issue is to have KISS playing in the background.

Overall KISS issue 5 is another great issue which expands its ambitions once again. Amy, Kewber and Schimerys continue with some of the best KISS related comics in a long time.

Issue 6 is a great read with plenty of emotion and development. The interior art is brilliant and the cover is simply breath taking.

Issue 7 is a great opener to a volume and starting point for any new reader. Amy, Kewber and Schimerys continue to demonstrate their chemistry with a series every KISS fan should read.

OverallThis is a great issue that packs a lot of action and story into a short section of time. Amy is doing stuff no KISS comic has done before and it's amazing because of that.

Issue 9 is a great chapter in this ever-growing tale inspired by KISS. With the mystery of Blackwell slowly being uncovered and the music of KISS weaved into the dialogue, what's not to love.

Overall issue 10 is a brilliant read and fitting conclusion to a great series. Amy has written a KISS title that will be remembered as one of the best KISS titles. Kewber's art is a great fit for the series. I would have liked this series to have continued as it would have been interesting to see the next chapter of their adventures. However, this is a heartwarming conclusion that doesn't disappoint.

This is a great second issue, that still feels like a Bill and Ted story. I am interested to see where this story goes and hope the art and colors continue this marriage of perfection. Brian is taking the characters in new directions and I hope he explores Rufus more in future issues.

Bill & Ted save the universe issue 3 is a great addition to the franchise and a sturdy mid-way point for the series.

Bill and Ted save the universe issue 4, picks up the pace from issue three which results in a great penultimate issue. The writing continues to develop characters previously overlooked with beautiful results.

This is a great conclusion and addition to the Bill and Ted mythos.

GlitterBomb: The Fame Game is a stellar return, if only the colors weren't too much.

Glitterbomb The Fame game continues to be an interesting commentary on the dark side of fame. The horror elements work perfectly and Jim continues to be a fantastic writer. Djibril and K. Michael have a wonderful partnership resulting in beautiful artwork.

Once again Image and Jim have produced a brilliant issue and series. The writing is fantastic, with a story that could continue if Jim Zub choses too. Djibril and K. Michael are a wonderful team who together produce fantastic art. Glitterbomb " The Fame Game #4 is a great read and a powerful read considering what's happening in Hollywood at the moment.

This is a very chilling first issue that creates a mystery that's begging to be solved. These characters have an amazing depth and history waiting to be explored. Sebel writing and Niko's art are the perfect combination in bring this unsettling tale to life. Demonic may be about demons but it delves deeper into the the feeling of surrendering your free will and living with the consequences. A chilling and unsettling ride.

Kiss: the demon issue two felt like the comic version of Detroit rock city, but done to a better degree. The writing was amazing along with the visuals. How this plays into the ongoing is anyone's guess but one things for sure it will be fascinating

This is a brilliant second issue to an engaging event. Nick Spencer is a fantastic writer and the art by Andrea and Rod is superb. This is a series to read.

This is a good issue overall, that has an interesting concept but is a slow builder. If you are new to KISS or Vampirella this is a good issue to ease you into both comic franchises. The art is great.

Issue 2 is an improvement on issue 1 in terms of the writing as there is a better sense of development and direction. The art is another great addition to Annapaola and Valentina's portfolios. The story has picked up interest in this issue and looks to continue in the next.

KISS/Vampriella's third outing is the best yet. Sebela captures the essence of KISS & Vampirella in this fun issue. Martello does a great job on the art as each pose is dynamic, however more motion is needed in order the keep the scenes from becoming static. The colors are great as they don't over power the art or the page. With only two issues left of the series it's shaping up to be a enjoyable ride.

Issue 4 is a great read, with amazing art & colors that are visually brilliant. The writing offers some great characterization, with grounded humour that gives this issue a unique feel. I can't wait to see how this all concludes next month.

KISS Vampirella was an unexpected thrill and issue five was a near perfect conclusion. I highly recommend reading this series and look forward to seeing what this creative team does next.

The Mummy is a great first issue. The writing and art live up to the Hammer name. Milligan does a fantastic job at setting the stage while Freire's art has a creates the feeling of a classic Horror film.

Milligan and Freire prove once again that they are the team to convert this classic film to the world of comics. The slow build-ups pay off and the realism art walks in perfect balance with the colors. The conclusion of this series is so uncertain it makes every issue a joy to read.

Overall this is a great issue. The focus of this story is Angel, however it is also about the men and how their perception of the world is disappearing and what they'll do to keep hold of it. The ability to add this political slant proves how talented Milligan and Freire truly are.

OverallThe Mummy issue 5 is a fine issue to a series inspired by a B-Movie. Peter, Ronilson and Ming have near perfect chemistry that I'd love to see them work on another project together. Issue 5 may not be a finale I was expecting but it was an interesting Finale that did deliver.

Overall this is a good first issue that just has not quite found its footing, in a universe that hasn't found its footing. There is great potential in this book and hopefully with the issues to come it will feel like the ghost rider that burst into our lives in 2014.

OverallGhost rider issue 2 finds it footing and feels like a Ghost rider comic. There is some great art and colors. The narrative is coming together perfectly. Where this arch goes is intriguing and what Felipe does will be great to see.

Issue 5 is the best issue of the series and a great end to a series with a rocky start. It's a shame this is the end but if the last line of the comic is correct this isn't the last we've seen of Robbie Reyes. As for now it ends on a high and there's not much more you could ask for.

This issue is a great read and a must for fans of Lovecraftian monsters and it mythos. The way they blend their reality with ours to create a whole new sense of reality is superb. The writing and art make this comic feel like a modernized noir crime tale, as a result making this an intelligent and enjoyable tale that adds to the Lovecraftian mythos. How this tale ends is anyone's guest but what I do know is that I will be glad I was there for the ride.

Weird Detective puts Dark horse back into the minds of comic readers again.

In conclusion Weird Detective #5 is a great story and finale to an amazing series. Fred, Guiu have done what most Lovecraftian tale fail to do and appeal to a larger audience while still appealing to the diehard Lovecraft fans.

'There's nothing There' issue 5 is an interesting read that has brilliantly stylistic art. This is not for everyone, something Patrick even acknowledges in a letter in the back of the issue. This series however, is for those who want to challenge their thinking and read a great psychological tale. I just wish there wasn't so much white people bashing as it felt unnecessary within the narrative.

This is a fine special and a good change of pace from the current series. This does suffer from some unanswered questions that does affect the development of the story. The writing is however, brilliant along with the art. This special has you wanting more and hopefully we'll see that.

This is a great first issue with a great creative team behind it. This is a series and team that could put Black Mask on the map.

No Angel is an adequate read, that has some impressive collaboration between artist and colorist. There are too many questions left unanswered which I hope are answered in the future. However, for now this issue was unsatisfying.

OverallReggie and Me is a great addition to the ever expanding Archie-verse, with a creative team that knows and understands the character. Where this tale goes, only time will tell.

Overall Reggie and Me is a must read for any Archie comics fan. This issue delves deeper into Reggie's character so much that you'll finish seeing a new side to Reggie. The writing is fantastic along with the art.

Overall this issue is a great issue, that set's up what will be a tense arc. Harris produces another excellent script that is brought to life with Smith's and Bellaire's art and coloring. This issue is good for current fans of the series and also a great issue for a jump on point as it's the start of a new arc.

Issue 16 is a great issue for anyone reading X-Files right now. However, if you are new to the series this issue isn't the one to start with. The writing and art are brilliant and what you've come to expect from a X-Files comic. The cover by Menton3 and variant by Tom Whalen are fantastic and great additions to the brilliant covers the X-Files have had.

Dishonored succeeds at creating a tie in that is engaging to read, regardless of knowledge to the franchise. The artwork with Andrea and Marcelo on colors are the perfect team up. This is a must read for fans of the game and people who love adventures and steampunk. This issue had a lot to deliver and I think it did and the coming issues will create a tie in the fans can be proud of.

Eleanor and the Egret is an interesting read that tries to bring a lot of originality to it. Some of this works fantastically while other parts need some development before it works.

Josie and the pussy doesn't knock it out of the park the same as the other Archie books. However it does get a home run. Mok's art and Andre's colors adds enough energy to leave you wanting more. Archie comics is the company to beat and Josie and the Pussycats are further proof of this. It doesn't matter if you're an Archie fan or not, this is a book to jump on. This issue may have been predictable you know with Marguerite at the helm we'll get something familiar yet original.

This issue is a great read, however it's the art that makes this issue. Porter produces some great art that's accompanied with Hi-Fi's colors to create some beautiful pages.J.M. DeMatteis and Keith Giffen do a fine job with the writing however the conflict with Velma and Daphne is getting repetitive. However with the apparent closure of this conflict could bring something new next issue.

Little Nightmares #1 is a fine issue for anyone who is a fan of the game, but if you're not it doesn't pack enough of a hook to keep you invested in the next issue.

Overall this is a really interesting concept, however Paul's art and Kevin's non progressive info dumps halts the enjoyment of this issue. Hopefully this changes with the next issue.

Overall issue two continues to be a sophisticated comic, that gets bogged down with exposition to be enjoyable. The artwork and colors are fantastic, but with two issues left, the pace and action need to pick up.

Planet of Daemons issue three is the best issue in the series, even if it repeats itself a bit. The art and colors continue to improve. It will be interesting to see how this series ends as so far it has been predictable but maybe that's Kevin's end game to seem predictable to leave room for the twist ending.

Power Rangers Aftershock is a solid read for anyone who loved the film. The book doesn't offer anything standout apart from a new character that if introduced in the sequel could take the film in an interesting direction. The team produced a nice follow-up to the film but don't strike a perfect partnership.

Cullen has an interesting idea that works, however the art is of an acquired taste and will be the main factor of if you pick this issue up or not. I personally not a fan of the art does want to read the next issue.

Overall, this is a comic Zombie Tramp fans will love, fans of a more perverted humour too. However, readers who enjoy extensive plots will be disappointed. DollFace is off to a slow start, but that may change once the arc fully kicks off. This is a character that will be cosplayed at the next comic convention though, and Dan should be proud of that.
