    AIPT - David Brooke Jan 25, 2017

This is an excellent first issue due to its fast pace and downright hilarious moments. Bennett and Doe are crafting a series that gives new meaning to treating animals fairly, but doing so with big laughs and high entertainment value. Read Full Review

A shocking story that will have readers being extra nice to every animal they meet. Excellent, creepy story with visuals that will make you jump. Recommended, if you can handle it. Read Full Review

After the initial wave of books that impressed, AfterShock, for me at least, fell intoa kind of holding pattern. This was always going to be likely as a new publisher looks to make a splash then solidify their place in the market. Overall if you want an apocalyptic tale with no zombies and an attempt at doing something slightly different I'd recommend this as something head and shoulders above the mass of those type of comics out in the market right now. It's also worth checking out if you're a fan of stories where nature runs amok against humankind, and who doesn't enjoy a bit of that? As a race we deserve it. Read Full Review

There's still some great one-liners here, like a seagull shouting about getting thumbs, but newcomers should read the main series first. Read Full Review

One day later, really? This didn't add anything new to the series, I don't know why they thought it a necessary story to tell, maybe we run into these characters later in the main story.
