All in all, a really good issue, and mid-to-late point of a first story. There's payoff to hints we've seen thus far in the series, and the reveals show there is so much potential for what's to come. The art's nice to look at, the characters seem to have practical designs, and the story's got me hooked and looking forward to Heidi's development, as well as seeing what's up with the Queen. I’m not only curious to see what Humphries does with the story in the next issue, but how the characters develop as well. With this issue the story no longer needs to be explained to us, although I’m sure there will be an issue that covers Rex’s plan to stop the parallel earth exploitation system. Higher Earth definitely has a lot of potential. The concept of one Earth ruling all others in a multiverse is exciting and unique. There are some daring things that Humphries can do with this book and certainly some surprising twists and turns that he can throw in. At this stage Higher Earth is still falling a little shy of its full potential. This book is still a good one and a very fun read. If youre a fan of sci-fi then I encourage you to check out this book if you havent already. There is a lot of untapped potential here that could make this book an amazing one if Humphries handles the next few issues properly. Read Full Review
