But speaking of a messed up past... Patti reveals her connections to the origin of the fire, and it's not long before a mysterious set of headlights moves through the mist, coming to pay them a visit in Trier...
A story that grabs, shakes, and disarms readers in the very best ways. Read Full Review
Slow Burn continues to suffer from something of a pacing problem something I think is probably remedied when you have the whole story all at once and can read it in its full form rather than issue by issue, but that doesn't help here. Read Full Review
This issue had me very lost and I have no idea what's going on... maybe I'll reread it maybe not..
I feel bad giving this a bad grade. Maybe when I get time, I'll reread the whole series. I don't think the back and forth timeliness did it any favors, but I couldn't remember any of these characters and what the hell was going on. There's parts of this series I've liked but a lot that hasn't made an impression enough for me to care.
