    Comicosity - Mexi Gremillion Feb 8, 2017

Steven Universe is a comic mostly for fans of the show or children. It doesnt seem to be going in the direction of the darker themes seen in the series, but this is just the first issue, so who knows? As far as returns go, the latest return to store shelves for Steven Universe is pretty much the best-case scenario. Read Full Review

Comics Bulletin - Kristopher Grey Feb 13, 2017

The popular television show and comic miniseries is recommended to explain the background that leads the characters to their current setting. Anyone looking to enjoy the story, however, can read this as a standalone since it does not further the main story, or even touches the primary conflict. This comic is kid friendly, and for anyone who takes joy in the animated TV series. More main characters and story advancement to come! Read Full Review

Multiversity Comics - Robbie Pleasant Feb 9, 2017

Fluff, but nice fluff, and properly takes some of the things that make the show great and puts them in comic form. If youre a fan of the show, youll enjoy the comic too. Read Full Review
