David Lapham has made a kid-friendly book which seems to be rare nowadays. Im seriously going to consider using this book to teach English to some of my students in my day job. Its eye-catching enough to keep them interested. The story isnt too overwrought so its easy to follow. And, like every good storyteller, theres enough left to explore in the next story. I sincerely hope Juice Squeezers pops back in the not-too-distant future. I think this book can be a great gateway into this wonderful world we all know and love called comic books. Read Full Review
The fact the heroes are teenagers make this appealing to younger readers. This fills like a great move as we need a fresh generation coming into comics or else the business will die. The very young are being catered for but there is an early teenage section that feels empty of content and Juice Squeezers is filling that gap. I enjoyed this series and this issue it’s fun and great to read. However it may not appeal to all readers but those with a sense of fun will be hard pressed to find a better read. Read Full Review
Overall, the ending of Juice Squeezers was okay, while the artwork in the book was great, the story had to really ramp up to get everything tied together in 28 pages, and also get a setup for a possible return of the series. Read Full Review
