    Even if you haven't enjoyed most of the Mass Effect: Foundation series up to this point, I cannot recommend picking up this issue enough. I may not have really ever used Mordin in my Mass Effect 2 party, but he was still one of my favorite characters.     Mass Effect: Foundation #9was another step backwards in a rollercoaster mini-series. The last issue was great and focused on the main storyline, but this issue went back to the flashbacks. The inconsistencies in art and story forFoundation are very frustrating. The positive side of this issue? Mordin Solus in action.
