When Gotham Underground was first announced, I rolled my eyes at the thought of another useless continuity-heavy mini-series that would only further muddle the greater story currently going on in the DCU. When the first few issues hit, I was pleasantly surprised at the goofy, whirlwind of action and character pieces.
