Sure, the Gang has finally figured out who Harley Sinn is and, more importantly, where she's holding Harley hostage-but considering it's a place called The Island of Horrible Death, they might be thinking twice about going there...

The Gang of Harley's get their own part of the story, as they're also tracking down Harley Sinn, and although their detective work is a little messy – it makes for great reading. Harley Quinn and Her Gang of Harleys#4 is hugely enjoyable, and doesn't stick to the constraints of the mainstream continuity. It's an excellent companion to the other stories that Miss Quinzel features in, and still manages to be just as fun. Read Full Review

I have been a little hard on the past few issues so I'm going to be a little lenient on this one. The story is moving along very nicely. I've given up on having the Gang members develop as individual characters. Once I let that go, I've been able to enjoy the story more. My favorite page is the nearly full page of Sinn's island hideout. There are lurid reds on top of a dark wine sea full of danger. Looks like a cool place to hang out. Read Full Review

The Gang itself remains the main focus, but do know there's enough good material with Harley herself to satisfy fans. This might be the best rescue mission to an island since Arnold Schwarzenegger saved a young Alyssa Milano from a guy wearing chainmail and leather pants in Commando. Read Full Review

Weird Science - Reggie Hemingway Aug 3, 2016

The tale of Harleys continues on, and the team leaves New York for a more exotic locale. Did I write "exotic locale?" I meant "likely spot for violent death and murder." We learn more about Harley Sinn's past and finally find out what's up with Hannukah Quinn...and it ain't pretty. All that and a subtle dig at Donald Trump! Not a bad outing when the usual high-quality art and colors are considered. A worthwhile read for Harley Quinn fans. Read Full Review

    Batman-News - Elena Carrillo Aug 3, 2016

Last month I called this book a "slow burn". This month it starts to ramp up as Harley's Gang closes in on the location where Harley Sinn is keeping the Mistress of Mayhem captive. There's no bottom to the wacky imagination of Conner and Palmiotti as they throw everything (and then some) at Harley's cohorts in an attempt to keep them from their rescue. A fun cameo from Captain Strong, great input from Big Tony, and an amusing Joker shark that looks vaguely like Jabberjaw are some of the highlights of this whirligig of lunacy! Read Full Review

    AIPT - David Brooke Aug 3, 2016

The villain introduces a playground of horrors that will be a delight to read next issue and offers some entertainment here and there in this issue. All in all though, this is a slow and tedious sort of read that's not very funny or clever. If Harley's gang is good at anything it's whining, which isn't much fun at all. Read Full Review
