    With passable art that neither amazes nor fails, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe #1 will please nostalgic fans of the old minicomics or animated television series. But with poor dialogue and pacing, it fails to draw in a new generation of readers like myself. You may think that I should have familiarized myself with the He-Man universe before reading, but its the comics job to do that. Especially a first issue in a new series. Read Full Review

    This digital short of "Masters of the Universe" might not be very effective as a story in itself, but there is something to be said for it whetting your appetite. It's a shame the main effect is suddenly wanting to see more of this universe we all love delivered in a much better fashion. Read Full Review
