I've never been a big fan of Dan Jurgens art, as frankly it always struck me as being a little too simplistic. However, I will say this issue managed to impress me with it's ability to tell the story in a visually exciting manner, as there's a great sequence in this issue where we see Black Lightning shifts from a happy-go-lucky father, to an angry man who accuses Nightwing of playing a role in his daughter's injuries.
