    It's quite understandable that this book won't appeal to a sizeable portion of the comic book reading world. But I am proud to see that sales are on the constant upswing, as it clearly shows that a large number of fans would like to see more of this kind of work. You certainly won't find Geoff Johns doing it in the sister title, Teen Titans. Read Full Review

    Art this issue is subbed by ChrisCross, who has some fun with the characters (a look back at the last Brotherhood of Evil is especially fun), but he's no substitute for Raney, who's found an ideal canvas with this team. Still, the sequence where Roy and Grace plan a little respite for two shows CC has learned a thing or two about comic timing from his long collaboration with Peter David. Read Full Review

    There are times when I can see why people love this book, but on the whole Im just disappointed with it. I was really hoping to see Nightwing (one of my favorite DC characters) take charge of this team the way he did during the Obsidian Age in JLA, but that hasnt been the case. Instead, Winick has focused on new or unused characters from the DCU, and that pretty much takes away my reason for reading Outsiders. Read Full Review
