    Nothing goes quite as planned for Tim Drake in this issue, but its business as usual for Red Robin with another top notch issue. This is one of the most complex and densely packed issues of the series thus far, with a great amount of action and plot movement. Nicieza balances that out with strong character work, including an intriguing debut for the new character Promise. All of this is rounded out by another solid effort from artist Marcus To.     Even with these quibbles, the issue is still a good read. As long as the character of Tim Drake continues to be written so well I'm willing to forgive quite a bit. Worth a look. Read Full Review
