It takes more than a boomerang to survive a riot at Arkham Asylum, and all its super-powered rioters. This in particular sucks if a boomerang is your weapon of choice, and your name is Captain Boomerang. So, to survive you join up with some allies. But be careful who you join with, because nobody is to be trusted, and your allies just might be worse than your enemies. Presenting the most brain-bending, backstabbing, boomeranging-est episode yet of Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League! Each print issue includes a redeemable code for a bonus weapon doll digital token in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League inspired by the comic more

A prequel to a game that's already largely come and went, this is an odd projectbut it has a strong creative team, with some unexpected twists. Read Full Review

The issues keep getting stronger and Suicide Squad: Kill Arkham Asylum #4 is no exception. There's definitely been a pattern to the last three issues and I'm curious to see if next month's chapter will continue it. Read Full Review

    ComicBook.com - Chase Magnett May 8, 2024

Even if much of Kill Arkham Asylum has lacked charm, issue #4 makes the most of a tie-in premise to make for a fun bit of anti-hero action that fans of Boomerang will definitely want to seek out. Read Full Review

    Batman-News - Aaron Ray Jr. May 7, 2024

Even without the cold open, there is no sense of peril for Boomerang overcoming his foes in a prequel for a video game. Conversely, it is still fun to read. The somewhat decent art style, creative enemies, and precarious (but hilarious) situation Captain Boomerang finds himself is entertaining. If anything, it is abundantly clear that Amanda Waller is becoming far more sadistic in every incarnation. Waller doing bad things to bad people isn't so surprising, but the level of masochism she displays to find a way to kill heroes is insane. Overall, this is another readable issue of this entirely skippable series if you like Boomerang on top! Read Full Review

Decent artwork and colors cannot cover up an at-best-mediocre story in this lackluster tie-in. Read Full Review
