    Star Trek #50 was a sensational celebratory issue, setting up what is sure to be an excellent story arc. Giving us the return of a familiar foe, as well as a rather intriguing twist, the creators certainly build excitement. Let's just hope the next fifty issues are as good. Read Full Review

    This isn't the first time the Mirror Mirror universe has been mined for story material, since its first episode. The Next Generation crew have visited it in novel form, Deep Space 9 visited more than once and there has been an anthology novel covering every type of Trek's version of it. There was even an Enterprise two parter. It may seem that this new time line is boldly going where everyone has gone before, but at least its looking good whilst it does so. Read Full Review

    This wonder aside we have Mike Johnson's story building and I am interested to see where this is going, along with this Tony Shasteen and Davide Mastrolonardo are delivering some impressive art as well as some brutal hair styles for the ISS bridge crew. With numerous interviews and features – after the main story – along with two brilliant covers, these all make #50 an anniversary issue that you need to have. Read Full Review
