THE FINAL ISSUE OF GHOSTBUSTERS! Mass Hysteria comes to an end and the Ghostbusters discover the price of driving Tiamat from the city, county, and state of New York! But just because the Big Bad is beaten, it doesn't mean psychokinetic shenanigans are on the wane -- there's always another job on deck for the boys (and girls!) in grey! Don't miss the bombastically chaotic conclusion to IDW's ghoulishly ground-breaking GHOSTBUSTERS run!

Ghostbusters goes out on an incredibly high note. Burnham and company not only end a great story arc, they end a great comic in a very fitting way that serves as a true end if this were in fact the last Ghostbuster story (and we all hope that isn't the case). Whether this is the true end or a slight rest, Burnham and company have knocked it out of the park. Read Full Review

Another volume of GHOSTBUSTERS comes to an end and I absolutely loved it. It may not be as "epic" as some expect, but it has a whole lot of heart and feels like a more than proper conclusion. Sure, it would have been great to see a little more focus on more of the characters (something which is countered in the very end), but the developments with Zeddemore are handled so well and there's still plenty of fun with the other three leads. There's a few laughs to enjoy, some ghosts and action to marvel at, and a surprising amount of emotion and optimism when all is said and done. Thanks for the great ride, Mass Hysteria! Now, bring on the TMNT crossover! Read Full Review

Although not exactly the finale I was expecting, GB #20 provides a fitting end to a thoroughly enjoyable run. The door has been left open for future instalments, and it will be interesting to see how the franchise develops from here. Read Full Review

A great ending to both the current arc and the ongoing series in general. It is sad to see the series end but it has gone out on a high note! Read Full Review

Comic Book Resources - Doug Zawisza Sep 29, 2014

"Ghostbusters" #20 is, simply, another sequel to the original Ghostbusters movie. As with all successful sequels, though, this one lures readers into wanting more and leaves the door open for future visits. I'm not sure where the "Ghostbusters" franchise is set to go or change into at IDW beyond this series and a crossover with "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," but true fans of the Ghostbusters brand will have this series to return to. It is only fitting that Burnham, Schoening, Delgado and Uyetake furnish readers with an issue that is as much a new beginning as it is an ending, and a satisfying one at that. Read Full Review

    All-Comic - Erik Gonzalez Sep 23, 2014

This review may have come off as a little harsh, but I expect quality from the creative team on Ghostbusters. They incorporated numerous Easter eggs, blended elements from the all the animated series and films and finally gave readers a look at a sloars appearance! The passion and appreciation for the property is evident in every issue they put out, including this oneI just expected a little more. This is still a solid book and a decent end to an awesome run. Definitely look for these guys to come back in the four-part Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Ghostbusters crossover event! Read Full Review
