This is another fantastic issue , and well worth buying for any fan of the Top Cow universe. Even if you're not a fan, it's not too late to pick up issues 1 and 2 and catch up"something I would highly encourage any fan of fantasy comics to do. Read Full Review

I've read the first four issues of Artifacts so far. The only problem I had with the book was that I didn't know the characters well enough which is, of course, my fault and not Top Cow's. If you've enjoyed what's come so far you should give this a shot, it's shaping up to be a massive event" Read Full Review

I can't say it enough: Buy this comic. If the idea of it being an event put you off to it then I assure you its better than anything Marvel or DC could ever hope to put out. It's got the great characters that make up any great storyline and it's got a huge building plot that's sure to please. Artifacts is still building up but the journey as it builds up is an excellent read that no one should miss out on. Read Full Review

Artifacts #3 is a weird beast. In some ways, the flurry of character introductions puts you in information overload, but on the flipside, the lack of story movement makes you wish there were more meat in the issue. This draws and interesting parallel with the absurd number of artists who touch this issue, but don't seem to touch it enough. I'm intrigued by where the story is going and I want to know more about the characters we are introduced to here, but I need something more than what we are getting here. This issue is on the right track, it's just not going anywhere yet. Read Full Review
