The take-home lesson of Pencil Head " from what I can glean from it so far, anyway " is that no matter how hard the world may try, you just can't kill an artist. For anyone interested in a deeper read, however, I'm not sure what to say. Mostly because I'm not sure who this book is for. McKeever's friends and colleagues? Industry veterans? The new blood who would acknowledge some of the references? I'm not sure, but barring the stuff with the weird little creatures, I'm pretty sure it's not me. Read Full Review
