To my mind, there's no doubt that The Fuse will read better in trade, as with a month between the issues I found myself needing to go back to earlier issues just to square all the events and clues in my head. But that's the mark of a great story. Noir, revenge, detective or sci-fi, if you have an itch this series will scratch on some level. The Fuse brings it's first arc to a close, with this sci-fi detective story showing tons of drama and suspense. Along with this it also finally reveals the story behind the arc title, as well as hints at future twists this is easily recommended. Read Full Review

In its conclusion, the first arc of The Fuseis a strong one. The opening mystery is wrapped up well, and readers are even treated to an explanation as to why their shift is called “The Russia Shift,” with a very cool panel.
