I kept asking myself why is this supposed to be funny? It's more like Tony D. is saying that the spy genre itself is a self-parody, and as any Alias, the television show, fan will tell you that's patently untrue. The artwork by the usual Travelers art team is decent, yet it doesn't make use of the mod sixties spy trappings usually found in that era's Bond films. The lack of silly decor further makes me question whether or not this "time-traveling" adventure is meant to be spoof or simply a straight transference of characters. Neither attempt works.
