After a concerned Betty Leeds calls him, Spidey follows Ned & Marla Madison to a dive bar where they are meeting an informant about the Brand Corp. The Cobra attacks them when he thinks the informant is talking about him, & Spidey steps in to keep them from being killed. (Cover date: August, 1982)
