Weekly Comic Book Review - M. Staples Sep 10, 2008

Well, with only two chapters remaining, I can't wait to see how this will end and what will be left open for later. This is easily one of the most entertaining comic book reads of the year and if you're not reading New Ways to Die, you are seriously missing out. Read Full Review

New villains aside, the most rewarding element of this story has been Peter's interaction with more familiar faces, like Venom/Gargan, Osborn, and Brock -- and having Romita Jr. draw it should only please fans who want to feel a little more of the Spider-Man magic that they've missed with all the focus on spinning a new web to surround the character. The Weekly Crisis - Kirk Warren Sep 13, 2008

It's mindless fun and very little story. Sets up some interesting quirks with AntiVenom (change that name already, jeez), but I don't see anything that screams 'must read' to me and I probably won't be sticking around after this storyline unless something drastic happens. Read Full Review
