Following The Nerd - Jake Tanner Sep 6, 2013

I'm so glad I made the decision to start this series. It's the perfect blend of raw human emotion and classic heroics. I really wish it was getting more attention, but even if it never does, I'll be following this creative team wherever they go! Read Full Review

    IGN - Benjamin Bailey Sep 4, 2013

The art for this issue really caught me off guard. I've been a big fan of Lapham's art since I first read Stray Bullets, but I never realized just how well this would fit in with the current look of Daredevil. Hell, if the main DD book needs a fill-in, Lapham would be the guy to call. You wouldn't naturally think that Daredevil was a character who could sustain two ongoings, but between 8 issues of "End of Days" and now four issues of "Dark Nights," Daredevil has essentially had a year's worth of a second series. It's hard to say why it's working. Perhaps it's the quality of the creators, but perhaps it's just because it hasn't been tried before. Whatever the reason, Daredevil fans are spoiled for choice with two top quality titles on shelves. Read Full Review

Geeks Unleashed - Chris Romero Sep 6, 2013

The title transitions from serious to quirky with this book, with Daredevil chasing Martin "Buggit" Wigum after the miniature "garden gnome" has stolen a murder weapon from the police station. Incorporating flirty moments between Daredevil and the ladies, Lapham keeps his story moving quickly, with just enough dialogue to develop a larger plot in the fold. Read Full Review

    Razorfine - Alan Rapp Sep 10, 2013

After a mostly fun lighthearted affair I was a little sad to see the comic take such a dark turn on the final page. Although I'd recommend this issue, I'm not sure I like where the story is headed. Worth a look. Read Full Review
