In the end, as far as adaptations go, this is one of the most impressive undertakings I've ever seen. As things move forward, it should be interesting to see how, or if, Yost attacks the Demosthenes and Locke ascension in the upcoming chapters. But even if he's forced to completely abandon some of the subplots, the author continues to show he can capture the basic themes of the novel without sacrificing its heart. Read Full Review
