Weekly Comic Book Review - Rob G. Jun 10, 2009

Millar and Hitch continue their roll with this issue of FF. As I mentioned in previous reviews, I never had any interest in the FF until Millar started crafting these insanely entertaining stories andscenariosthat the team has had to deal with. This arc is head and shoulders above the previous installments for both its art and content, as it features the most novel and daring concepts of any comic on the shelves. Well, except for maybe Old Man Logan. Read Full Review

    Comic Book Bin - Herv St-Louis Jun 13, 2009

Hitch continues to deliver superior renderings in these pages and he will be missed when his and Millars run end. He clearly defines how the characters should look, although I dont like how he draws Doctor Dooms nose. It seems like something DC Comics Hawkman would wear! Read Full Review

Comics Bulletin - David Wallace Jun 9, 2009

The knowledge that we now only have one more issue of Millar and Hitch left gives this issue a bittersweet feeling (the final issue of their originally planned run, #569, is being co-written by Joe Ahearne and illustrated in its entirety by Stuart Immonen), and I can't help but wonder if the creators have left themselves enough time to come up with a finale that will do the story justice. However, on its own terms this is a very enjoyable issue that will confound most readers' expectations of where the story was headed, with Millar making this as much a Doctor Doom story as a Fantastic Four comic. Happily, for fans of the character, it's a very good one. Read Full Review

No doubt this kind of thing is going to piss some fans off. If you can't stand Millar's "Old Man Logan" style whimsical alternate futures and off-the-charts cruelty and violence just for the sake of it, this probably isn't going to be your idea of a good time. But if you can do without nitpicking the thing to death, FF #567 is a funny little curio and does its thing as well as can be expected. Read Full Review

The Weekly Crisis - Kirk Warren Jun 13, 2009

Enjoyable read, but Millar, for as much as I enjoy his works, is becoming a bit of a one trick pony in terms of storytelling. You're enjoyment of the issue will depend on how much you like or dislike Millar's other work. Read Full Review
