    I liked it. It was somewhat confusing, being the third part of a story arc. Considering I hadn’t read the first two chapters, it was pretty easy to figure out what was going on though, so I won’t hold that against it. If I was a bigger Punisher fan, I might give it a higher grade but as it is, I’m giving it a B. It was a solid read, but not freakin’ amazing or anything. I’d probably pick up the trade.     While the goofy and comedic "Punisher War Journal" didn't quite work, "Punisher" succeeds with a more serious tone akin to "Daredevil" or the MAX book. Remember, Opena and Brown are a great team (see "Fear Agent"), working harmoniously, but the book suffers from the lack of its strong protagonist with the Punisher presented more as a thug-for-hire than the driven vigilante we're used to.
