All that being said, Thompson's dialogue between Moon and Franklin is more than enough to make the issue worth reading. We also get a nice moment with Moon's supporting cast, who I was worried would be forgotten about in this arc after it moved from New York to San Francisco. We also get a great cliff-hanger that should provide quite a bit of conflict for Silk along with the various factions inside New U itself. Read Full Review

While I am a huge fan of this series, we seem to be enteringa bit of another crossover slump with it. We get an issue that startssemi-exciting only to end in the most predictable and boring way possible.Maybe something will happen later in this storyline that will give us more togravitate to but right now this issue is only a little better than theSpider-Women crossover issues. Silk‘s creative team is setting up a longer story, and this second issue puts the pieces in position without pushing the plot forward too much. Despite little action in this episode, Silkis a deeply engaging story with likable characters and relatable themes. Cindy Moon stands out as one of the most down-to-earth heroes in the Marvel universe, and we're here for her every adventure. Read Full Review
