    The Reporter begins to make some sense of his world with an old-fashioned typewriter (one assumes computers await in his future). Westons realism and Straczynskis nuanced character work are both perfect for figuring out just how these outmoded concepts might update themselves (or fail in doing so) for a new age, and the Twelve continues to intrigue as it tracks their various cultural shocks step by misstep.
