  I like the idea of this origin story, and am interested in seeing if it carries into an ongoing series. I dont know of many ongoing series set in the twenties, so the combination of the time period and the unique abilities of the main character could make for a successful series. Read Full Review

  In The End: Try as I might I wanted to like this book, but there is much there to work with. Crill and Frey have the potential but, as of right now, don't have the talent to pull off the kind of story they want to tell. Read Full Review
