If you think that Rose Red is truly ready to suit up, grab a deadly weapon and save the day, you may be in for a rude awakening. Or you may be absolutely right. Regardless, heads will roll, blood will spill and Snow White and Rose Red, the loveliest sisters in all the lands, will be forever changed after "Rose Red" part 5 of 5.
There isn't much to complain about here, as both Willingham and Mark Buckingham are in fine form. If anything, there is the sense that the story is in a waiting pattern for the big anniversary, but Willingham still gives us plenty of smaller developments to digest and absorb. The series is likely to benefit immensely from moving beyond Dark - Willingham has hinted at too many possibilities to stick with this direction beyond the two years already spent. Read Full Review
