Sweet Tooth #21 is a masterful display of understanding the comics medium. Lemire truly shows off his talent here. When the structure and layout of a story alone can make you gasp in awe, then something is simply connecting between you and the book you're reading. On top of that, Lemire's beautiful, purely visual telling of Gus and Jepperd's reconnection is more powerful than anything he could have possibly written. It's a perfect example of a creator knowing his characters as well as his own strengths, and putting them together seamlessly with a result that is nothing short of stunning. Read Full Review
