Front Towards Gamer - PNeafsey Apr 23, 2013

The Being has been busy: releasing the old magic back into the world and threatening not only the fairy tales, but the entire world. It's an epic start to a new chapter in the Grimm Fairy Tale saga. The addition of classical creatures in the already diverse and amazingly storyline of Grimm makes the Unleashed arc incredibly monumental and promises much more in future issues. There are five other crossover titles that hint at the creatures and dangers that will befall the guardians of the world: Vampires, Werewolves, Demons, and Zombies. After the well paced and impressive amount of setup that Unleashed #1 establishes, I can't wait to see what the Huntresses do next. Read Full Review

Unleash The Fanboy - Harrison Rawdin Apr 23, 2013

Carlos Paul, Jacob Bear and Miguel Mendonca work together to deliver a solidly rendered set of illustrations. The visual aspects found here work in concert with the script in order to deliver some potent sequences. There were a few illustrations that didn't seem up to the same level of detail as the rest but they did little to detract from the overall quality on display. Read Full Review

This one has me hooked... Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Samantha Roehrig Apr 24, 2013

The Being has strong potential to be a great bad guy. For me most times the story works when the villain scares us. If the fear is real the story is better. I saw some sparks of magic in him, so I will keep reading this series to find if he lives up my expectations. If not I will take more Sela in her Clark Kent glasses and will still be satisfied. AIPT - Brendan Harvey Apr 25, 2013

Overall I think that this is a book that caters to Zenescope fans and few others. If you're a hardcore fan, you'll be buying this no matter what I tell you. If you're a casual fan or a newcomer to the Zenescope line, I would suggest doing some research with back issues before diving into this event because you are going to get lost, quick.
