Wow! If nonstop action is your thing X-Men Gold delivers. Character development is slow, but since these have been around a ling time most readers will know them. Solid writing by Guggenheim. The art by Silva is bad, just plain BAD. Did I say the art is bad? Well, I can't say it enough.
Overall, a title well work your money tho.

Marvels forced attempt at a major gay character. The writing by Sins Grace makes Iceman a totally 1 dimensional character. The art by Alessandro Vitti is possibly some of the worst I have ever seen. This book is a total waste of paper.

This is the book I've been searching for since the Punisher MAX run ended. Bendis delivers! He takes you inside Jessicas' mind, I honestly felt, her pain and joys through his writing. Gaydos' artwork is unique, I get an Indie comic feel from it and his work has grown on me with each issue. The covers dine by David Mack are beautiful! Maybe the best cover artist since Tim Bradstreet. I anxiously awa more

This is a builder issue. Not much action, but needed to move the story along. Oliver delivers his usual solid writing, with great dialogue and keeps you interested. I'm not sold on Fabbris artwork, tho. Overall a good 9th issue that kept me wanting more.

Another very solid issue. Simon Oliver does a great job writing this title with a biting sense of humor to offset the dark super natural tones of the story. Phillip Tans' art is a perfect fit with Olivers writing still. The teen rating should be dropped in favor of a mature rating which would favor Oliver's writing style better.
Overall, " Hellblazer" is a fun, rollercoaster of a read. 1 of more

I'm not sure there is a word in the English language to describe how bad Cloonans' " Punisher" run has been and issue #10 is no exception. With the passing of artist Steve Dillon, the only reason to buy this title is gone. Time for a writer change and a total reboot.
