A bit repetitive but it might work better if you're not up to speed with Eternals or maybe it will be too much info. Still looking forward to A.X.E. but will skip almost all tie-ins except for what I'm pulling already. Pasqual Ferry is rough and simple on purpose. The excess and rough lines on the male figures vs the female figures is a nice touch but the style doesn't suit the tone of the story. Still, props to him for the eternals designs of sets and the antimatter bomb.

It's ok. Has moments but as an end to the Eternals and Judgment Day, it's lacking. The art from Villanova didn't help either because it was muddled and rushed.

Has me interested after a nice opening. Gillen certainly writes everyone well here and weighs his words carefully. Schiti's art and Gracia's colors are a great fit for this event. Here we go Jim! Toooony Stark plans have me intrigued too.

Enjoyable event so far with many predictable and not so predictable moments. Gillen is good at this and I like his take on this world. This event also benefits from Immortal and Red being great setup and expanding issues. There is way too much going on here and I suspect the avalanche of tie-ins incoming will expand on those angles. I do want to explore them but can't follow them all since I can't print money or have any more space for useless books. Schiti and Gracia on art make it all look and work well too.

It's a good read from Gillen but unstable on its own. It is a link to the next and can't carry the weight alone. Schiti and Gracia are doing some nice work which makes it all read much better.

It's an interesting read but the jumping around is all over for me even when making it personable especially when absorbing the different points of view. I obviously have to re-read this to get a better idea of what I think. The art is great and some pages by Schiti are wonderful but many other panels are not clear enough and too rushed. Still one of the better events we had in years.

This has all the plot points to work but I just couldn't get into any of the same plans being done again. It took me a while to figure out why I just couldn't get into this event until I remembered how the Eternals by Gillen worked so well with the machine narrating but this one is narrated by the progenitor. That is the main hold up for me because I could follow the machine's narrative while this progenitor is not suited to be narrating this at all. Some scenes make sense then the next 3 are nonsensical and the rules are there are no rules. Then comes the Cap moment at the end and I have to have someone explain to me how Cap gets out of the egg with his shield in hand? Seriously? Just because it's a made up story doesn't mean it can't have logical steps. I'm not even going to discuss the complete loss of meaning to death in comics. Schiti's style is strange yet again when the characters are different from page to page and the progenitor's physique and especially arms drastically change throughout the issue. The guy is very good and delivers some very nice pages but there is plenty of rushed work and inconsistency.

It's ambitious but it ends with a whimpering pause. I get we're asking the readers to do better and be better but man is this way off the mark. I appreciate Guillen showcasing regular citizens view of events and have proper repercussions even if things will go back to normal as they always do but not as fast as before. I appreciate him dropping some heavy questions about the idea of God and his attributes as existential endeavors to find answers and he did ask some good questions as this made up god can never be truly worthy of judging creations while it is itself a creation no matter how powerful it is. Also the criteria for judging was erratic and unknown. It was the delivery and the pacing of this issue that killed the pondering. I never wanted a huge fight to justify an end to this quest but We needed characters asking better questions and we didn't get that. At least not the ones that count. If you're going to ponder, mate you need to go further because you're only at the surface. We never get proper answers and this final Host was not a good vessel for giving any. Schiti and Fiorelli on art were good but Gracia relied heavily on red tones that it took out of what was happening. I get that doomsday with blood and fire need to have red but it needed nuance. Still he is good overall.

Great start and absolute joy to read. Really liked the Eddie and Spidey pages. Never been a fan of Carnage but with Cates and Stegman, I'm willing to give a shot. Also JP Mayer and Martin Jr. did an outstanding job too!

You know it's good when you're left wanting more at the end. Spoiled with the last bigger issue so this one felt over too quick. Credit to Donny Cates for creating it. Stegman's art is just wild man! Mayer and Martin complement his style very well.

Still good but I feel like I'm missing something because the switcheroo was done weird.

It's good. It was saved in the last few pages. Obviously the art is great but the story by Cates is a bit inconsistent. I'll hold full judgement to the end.

It definitely was interesting and kept my attention. Ithad me invested in knowing what comes next so props to Donny Cates but the ending is just the end of another arc so a bit of a downer. This would have been weak without Ryan Stegman, Bagley, Mayer and Martin. The art team was fantastic!!

Great start. Duggan using some points from the movies to bring you in (not my favorite) before adding some of his zany sauce plus add Kuder's beautiful art and you got a promising story.

Man, issue 2 is even better than the first. Duggan brings the action and the humor and the intrigue. Kuder draws his butt off here. Amazing book to look at.

Wow. Nice Gamora mystery focused issue. Loved it and the art fits very well!!

Fantastic and mysterious story by Duggan. Awesome art by Kuder and lovely colors by Svorcina. I'm excited for the future of this cosmic tale.

Nice story with beautiful art but just a bit short.

Gerry's story still good and Hawthorne's art with Groot and the way he portrayed Rocket's reaction to Groot's ordeal is worth it.

One of the best books out right now. Duggan is having fun and Kuder is churning out some of his best work!

Duggan continues his story and fills in all the pieces and solves the mystery bit by bit. Nicely done! The art was good and fits this story well. People complaining about the missing cosmic side, Abnett and Lanning's threads not being part of the Guardians Legacy should be reading this book. It's all there.

Another Stellar issue with some of the best art by Rod Reis.

Enjoyed this issue a lot and loved the dialogue in many instances. Cabal's art is great and fits well with some nice colors by Woodard . Gabby is just too adorable with a new hero codename.

Taylor and Rosanas pulled it off! Nice work!

Tom Taylor delivered the goods with this story. Enjoyed it very much. Rosanas crafted some incredible clean art and just crushed it. Woodard applied the right tones of colors to make it pop yet feel subdued! P.S. is it wrong that i enjoyed this more than the Hunt for Wolverine?

Outstanding mix of stories from "Amazing" to OK. The one that stuck with me and is worth the price is Slott's which made me misty eyed especially with the way Cheung channeled Ditko in his art. Rainbow Rowell/Olivier Coipel and Hickman/Marco Checcheto were great too. These anthologies are almost always money grabs but this one had the goods.

Good issue but i don't think Peter would have went for it that easily no matter how much Ben went through and he wants to help him.

Immonen and Slott work well together and the story flows with good developments. Camuncoli's story with Slott is also good and very promising. But the rest is filler. This is not going to help this book get any new readers.

Great follow up and this run is looking good. Story and art compliment each other.

Nice issue and great art but it isn't a proper conclusion. Slott is always setting up the next thing that it takes away from the now.

Great end to Parker Industries and maybe Peter Parker as we knew him but not as emotional as it should've been. Immonen in with the awesome art to make it so much better!

Great premise and Fantastic art but feels off in many moments especially spidey's deal with the symbiote. Maybe it's me but it feels a bit much.

Good but the setup for what's next is always Slott's undoing. He seemed to do it much better in his early spidey work. It takes away from the Zodiac story not that we needed more from that one but it comes and goes just as quickly leaving me with very pretty art from Immonen/Grawbadger/Gracia to admire and looking forward to the next issue.

Enjoyable side issue that doesn't advance the plot much. Art by Hawthorne that's easy on the eyes. I especially liked the vibrant colors by Marte Gracia.

It's the build up to the final showdown. MJ shows up and great Hawthorne art!

Great stuff! The story starts chillingly with A sinister Osborn well illustrated by Immonen. Hope Slott keeps it going.

Great stuff. This was more of a greatest hits journey with the Amazing Spider-man artists as it was the finale against Red Goblin. That was a bit underwhelming but Slott still delivered plenty of stories and cameos. Worth the admission ticket.

Fantastic Homage to Spider-Man issue by Slott showcasing how important he is to us. It's like i'm 10 again reading his book for the first time. The message of this book wouldn't have had the impact it had without the Marcos Martin's art and Vicente's colors. The duo that i loved back in issues 578-579 is just as good as they were back then! Kuddos to Slott and MARCOS Martin for a sweet and heartfelt issue!!

What a debut by Spencer. He took the character and infused him with his usual humorous style while dramatically bringing Peter/Spidey's world down around him but still leaving room for redemption and oh man what sweet redemption is being teased here. Wonderful read with a lot of words but anything with Ottley's pencils just looks amazing. Kudos to Rathburn and Laura Martin for making Ottley's art even better. You all produced a very pretty thing here.

Spencer has truly taken what Slott has done and used it well to make a fresh start without feeling like it's disconnected from what has come before it. It really is a fun book to read. Ottley's art is great and is even better thanks to Laura Martin's colors.

This a fun book by Spencer that has me enjoying spidey. Has everything i want out of my Spider-Man book. Ottley's pencils are great and once Rathburn inks them, Laura Martin's colors make them look fantastic!

Great stuff. Loved Spencer's take here on a mundane story that was well executed. The black Ant bit was too good. Loved the art by Ramos/Delgado that was well inked by Victor Olazaba and the classic Superior Foes flashbacks by Steve Lieber/Rachel Rosenberg. Great all around!

Great stuff. I continue to enjoy Spencer's humor and love his take on these characters. You know you're good when you make me care about Boomerang. Humberto Ramos and Delgado can be a hit or miss but they again deliver a great one here. Miss the Superior foes with that Lieber spread!

Great issue. Better than the last. Picked up those threads and ran with them. I like Spencer's stuff so far. He's handling those angles very well. Ramos and Bandini delivered the goods and fit well together.

Great set up. Spencer proves he's fit for ASM. His take on Craven is both heartbreaking and hilarious. I love his use of Black Ant and Taskmaster!! Ryan Ottley, Rathburn and Martin cannot be praised enough!!

Great writing by Spencer. His use of Spidey's villains and orbit characters is excellent. Made this tie-in well worth the money. Coello's art is just splendid to the point that he needs to be a regular artist on ASM. Delgado's use of color was a great match and well done especially in the present/past scenes effects.

Enjoyable clever moments from Spencer. I have to say though that the 2 previous issues(16 and 16.HU) were better but I'm still looking forward to this mini event. Ramos, Olazaba and Delgado are always a treat together!

It's a good chapter. Moves the needle a bit more but still inching there ever so slowly. Look it's an enjoyable read but nothing outstanding. But to Spencer's credit, I'm here and still here because of his previous writing in the build up. Sandoval is a great match to Ramo's style as they both have weird angles on their silhouettes. Fits well.

It's entertaining but not groundbreaking. I enjoy it for what it is.

I just couldn't get into this one. It's missing something.

It was a let down for me. Spencer had some good elements but overall Hunted had more misses at the end.

It's great! Hunted didn't end well for me but the epilogue was much better at easing me into liking the outcomes. Love Spencer's style. Ottley, Rathburn Fairbairn work well together.

Well here we go for year two and I'm still excited about where Spencer is going. New villain and hopefully new angles. Love Ottley's art and can't imagine it without!

Pretty good stuff. All of the stories were good and delivered some nice moments (even the last few pages). I'm enjoying this title and steadily been good with some nice art to go along. Finally, I know it's a broken record but the prices on these books is just not gonna help get any new young readers on board if anything some will drop it. I get it it's almost 3 issues worth of material but it doesn't have to be this way. It doesn't bother me, I just drop another Marvel book to buy my ASM. They're only competing against themselves. Too bad!

Well this book has turned into The Spidey Foes with a guest role by Spider-Man. It's enjoyable for what it is but it does not feel like the Amazing Spider-Man book we got last year. I hope we get that focus back on where it is needed.

Yes we're back in business. Spencer and Ottley should be on this book for a while because they're great. All other material was just filler. Peter/Spider-Man and his supporting cast should front and center most issues. I loved issue 24 and 25 a lot. I can handle a one shot here and there but many arcs where Spidey is a sidekick in his own show was just a waste.

I quite enjoyed this start to the new arc. Spencer does just enough to keep me guessing with this overdone 2099 world but I'll bite for now. Obviously Gleason's art is incredible and perfect for ASM. Add Wilson's colors and it's a beauty!!

It's OK. The art is not the problem here even as Gleason is testing out styles throughout the issue. Just the LMD bullet Head banger is worth the price of admission! But Spencer is cramming too much in an issue where Spidey 2099 does nothing. What's the point of leaving threads hanging and starting others and not answering anything about 2099?? Two issues in and nothing just so I go and buy the 2099 event books? NO! Silver Sable's story is OK but not enough to keep me paying attention. I'm always there for ASM but I can't wait for January when we go back to regular schedule.

Much better than the first 2099 related outings. I'm still skipping the mini-event because it's not grabbing my attention at all mainly because we've seen this before and it's stretched too much. I get that Spencer is laying the ground work for some stuff later on but his structure did not work well in the last issue. There is enough here to keep me interested but my enjoyment comes from Gleason's art that brings the narrative to life.

The execution of this story is not any better. I can't wait for this poorly executed 2099 nonsense to end. Art was OK.

This was just bad all around the writing and the art. At least it;s done now and we can move on from this 2099 mess.

This is where the book should stay. Spencer and Ottley as they established in the first year. Classic Spidey stories feel with new twists.

It's a good setup up issue. Hopefully Spencer can do a better one this time around because Hunted was underwhelming. We'll see how Kindred's story shakes out since it's pretty much the whole kit and caboodle of his run. The art was good with Jacinto but Oliveira was not up to the standard of ASM. This books double/triple ships regularly and sometimes getting artists to deliver 24-30 issues a year is quite a demanding. Even with Ottley and Gleason they can't cover it.

It's a good issue. Still waiting for Sins Rising as a mini event to hit me with it but as an ASM story it's good with plenty of call backs and intriguing questions. Ferreira on art was good but It's just weird to have 3 issues with 3 different artists so far. I get the prelude had a different vibe and the art there was perfect for it but for the main ASM book it takes me out of it to transition through different artists. The cover is wonderful though!

It's everything I should like especially Spencer's poignant writing but The art didn't work for me and Still feels like we're hovering and waiting for Kindred. The art has great moments and the detail in some scenes is great especially when the characters are masked but the faces and certain layouts took me out of it. Ferreira is good but he needs to work on his craft/faces. the cover is top notch though.

OK this issue puts the story back on track for me. Spencer is always good with his writing and this is no exception as it let's you in Spidey's head and you really feel connected with his dilemma. Having Bagley on pencils gives it the feel like a classic book. Dell's inks over Bagley's art were tight and Curiel didn't go crazy with his colors which fits the tone.

It was a great read. I enjoyed the Green Goblin and Spider-Man team-up/conflict because that is the core of Spider-Man story from eons ago and Spencer rehashes it in a good way. Still drags in bits and pieces with the Spidey Squad parts but overall worth a read. Ottley was very good and he will be missed on this book. Ramos and Bagley are veterans and gave their parts a nice feel to them, It wasn't jarring for me because I like all of them plus I was too deep into the story. I can't wait for Kindred and it's about time. The bonus stories were mostly OK and did like the trippy Tradd Moore story and Spidey's curves lol.

I enjoyed it and was turning the pages in anticipation so Spencer did his job well there and Gleason delivered some tremendous detailed work (Even though his big headed Spidey in some panels has yet to grow on me but everything else is fantastic). But I can't help but feel underwhelmed at the end. I hope there is more to it than that, so we'll see. Two years in and Spencer has not delivered one arc that defines his run yet. It's good and had great moments in sporadic issues but I hope he can put together a full arc/story that resonates with me but maybe it's just me.

Much better than the last one and I have no gripes this time. Love all of the hints and I hope they do deliver. Gleason is just straight fire here. Delgado is perfect on colors.

I'm following along even as we crowd this thing but we'll see how Spencer and Rosenberg bring it in with so many balls in the air. Vicentini on art duty is great as his style makes this much more enjoyable.

Very quick read but still good. It's outstanding on the art front from Gleason and Delgado as that kept me in it. I'm still not sold on this story until they deliver. I'm tired of the bait and switch (insert own carrot and stick analog here). I'll revisit when they deliver answers. Next!!

A quick read that leans heavily on the Harry Osborn resurrection from way back when. I remember it but not all of its details. Obviously Spencer will address One More Day and there are no winks to be had anymore but will he fix it? I don't believe anything until it happens. These next few issues will be immensely crucial. Bagley's art is classic as ever but Dell's inks made it look like an old sequence which it was so that worked well. And all of the green hues from Delgado were nice too.

The weakest in narrative and art. I get what they're hinting at but we're stretching this sucker to death. Not necessary as this can be done in 2-4 extra pages in regular ASM. The art change mid book took me out of it too so that's unfortunate.

It's good at times, hard to read at times and has good art to boot but for a 10 minutes read it's a disappointment at the end of the day for me. We really need to stop dragging stories like this especially with all of the .LR issues because it just dilutes the product and kills the story for me instead of enriching it. I get we need to build drama and I can see great ideas from Spencer that get lost in the sea of the dragged out process. Too bad. I still hold hope they don't finish this without proper answers because I can see them drag this story for another 2 years from now where they will tease OMD/Mephisto yet again. I've become so cynical from the shenanigans they pulled over the years.

The best LR issue and actually quite an important chapter for this story so finally we end the LRs on a meaningful chapter and Vicentini actually delivered nice pencils for this one that helped the intense drama. Miyagawa just doesn't fit the tone of this book. Very hard to wrap up the threads in one issue but we'll see next.

Well it didn't deliver the end it hyped so much for 10+ issues. As a chapter to an ongoing story it was great from Spencer! It had the drama build up, the beautiful Gleason art but it ended on a bit of a whimper where Kindred just disappears in a tiny panel with some suspected magic from Norman/Kingpin that somehow took care of the Ultra powerful Kindred that couldn't be killed?? We'll see where it goes next but it's a bit of disappointment. I have called it many issues ago. The ASM board/editors just won't let the OMD story get fixed naturally over a 10 issue story arc, they wanna milk it for the next 50+ issues for another 2 years if they ever resolve it. Mephisto is all over the Marvel landscape right now and is going to be a prominent element in the next big event sometime in the next year or two so that holds up ASM in a drag until we get there. At least that's my guess for now.

Again as a chapter in the Last Remains story, it's good with an 8 rating and worth the price of admission and even has classic Bagley art to give it an awesome look to boot but the problem is this story got us nowhere near the payoff following the teasing that happened for 10+ issues and going back to 50+ total issues. This is not necessarily Spencer's fault as I would expect the editors/CB/Quesada to have a heavy input in the ASM book especially with OMD. Furthermore it appears ASM is now a weekly book so you gotta stretch those stories to death.

Still aftermath still DRE I guess? Aside from what came before it, it's fine as is. It's good Spidey/Osborn dynamics with Bagley art, it's as classic as it gets. How can we decompress this story even more...oh wait I said a while ago we're going another 50 issues before we get any real resolution and It looks like that was a good guess. Now let's hope at issue 100 we actually fix OMD and not just do another 100 issues teasing this crap.

Not bad. Still can't grab me but just enough to keep me interested. The art from Ferreira wasn't as good as previous issues in my opinion.

This is not bad but it's not great either. I'm glad we're moving going back to the tablets since there are more questions than answers at the moment but I hope we get a closure or at least a connection with what came before instead of dancing around and stretching stuff endlessly. The art was very inconsistent and was bad in some places which didn't help at all.

It's very good but I have no idea why this wasn't done 5 issues back. I like Spencer but this run has way too much filler and drag. The ideas are great and few issues are exceptional but the sum is very OK. I hope he ends it well. Bagley is fantastic as usual and gives it the classic feel it was going for.

The suit is not good and aesthetically unappealing in my opinion but the story around it is good and has potential no matter how many times we've done this, I still fall for it. We'll see!

I actually enjoyed this issue and it felt much better put together than the previous entries. I hope Spencer keeps it going. Gleason's art is nice but that suit just looks off.

It's a fun issue especially with some of the dynamics but after such a great issue last time it's tough to keep it going. Vicentini is a great match for this book and his style is a nice addition to ASM. I hope he is part of the rotation.

Moving the story with nice art but ultimately just another run of the mill Spencer ASM issue. I will always read ASM but I do wish it was better than this.

Not bad but not great either. Fun read with fitting dynamic art. I am still underwhelmed by the stories juggling way too many side characters leaving Spider-Man as a supporting character in an average story. Still gonna be here for the conclusion (Maybe? nothing ever truly ends in these books). This book is headed towards a weekly publishing schedule this summer with Sinister War so I am not optimistic on the quality picking up but hope springs eternal!

This issue finally clicked for me after so many letdowns. It blended old threads and new ones well to satisfy the negatives I had with the Kindred/kingpin threads. I was wrong to think Spencer was gonna stretch it for another 50 issues but he is actually blending the webs so well in this issue that I enjoyed it tremendously and made the previous problems much better overall now that I look back at them. Bagley's art was good as usual but wasn't his best overall. His classic style was good in many spots that it actually helped me feel like I'm rereading a story from 20 years ago if that makes sense.

At this point just when I get excited about something, another arc comes in and drags plot points I gave up on from 50 issues ago. Feels like a person I met 3 years ago that's a friend of a friend and then try to remember what we talked about then. Oh well, I will be here to hope for the best that Spencer ties his plot points better this time around. If only the art was good but man where is Bagley or Gleason or Vicentini?? This almost weekly shipping is destroying the art on ASM.

It still reads busy and unfinished somehow. Maybe the mystery plot points all over the place are not helping. Spencer knows ow to grab your attention but He does carry too much and loses things along the way only to bring them back when you completely forgot about them. But if only the art was great and consistent. The 3 art teams in 1 issue here do not help at all. Once you get used to one, another comes along and slaps your eyes. Again this book is good and the stories are interesting but going almost weekly will destroy the editing and the art.

This book has too many moving parts and I finally understand why. It just went nuts these last few issues as Spencer is leaving and he's trying to resolve the narrative threads. It does not help that the 3 art teams are not complementary to each other. This is all over the place in all facets.

Finally we get this train back on track! Good prep work and set up with good art from a single artist: Vicentini with Nice Sinclair colors that flows well together. Why can't we have this instead of cramming crap together all these past issues? I'm actually looking forward to Spencer's last few issues.

The story is good and I'm all in trying to give Spencer the benefit of doubt to finish but damn man how many fricking artists it takes to have on these books. It takes me out of it the second I see it, I'm done and my interest is gone. Having ASM at 2 or 3 issues a month is stupid unless you plan way ahead and have scripts to artists months in advance. Give Federico Vicentini time...I can wait.

It is too much and not enough at the same time. Too many hints and switches to keep you guessing but very frustrating at the same time because there cannot be satisfying answers for all these threads. I will still be here to finish this ride simply because after 80+ issues I can't stop now. I am also prepared to forgive as long as Spencer doesn't make this another Chameleon fake out or some BS like that. I gave up on the art way back when, so this is on par with the ping pong ASM has been on for the last few months.

Confusion here, confusion there and confusion everywhere. It gives 2 answers and leaves 4 unanswered. It came out of nowhere and although I'm happy Sins Past is addressed and "fixed" by Spencer, I can't get my head around Kindred's final form and his relation to Mephisto. I get AI Harrry's work with Chamelion/Mysterio but the link to Mephisto and having demonic abilities to kill and revive whoever is not explained? Maybe next issue. As usual, the art is a mess but what else is new here. I am not as excited by this issue as some as it can't even begin to fix the mess I had to endure this past year with ASM. 875 better deliver but alas I don't have much hope here.

Great first issue. Just when I think I'm out, Zeb Wells pulls me back in!! Wells is an outstanding writer as usual. I remember liking his writing the best along with Mark Waid in the 550s when there was a team of writers doing ASM after OMD. It is crazy to think that was 13 years ago and we're in a bullpen of writers yet again after a disaster set of issues...Yes Spencer I can't forget the mess you did. I didn't care so much for the back up stories especially because of the subpar art. Speaking of art, Gleason was FANTASTIC!! His inks were not as overpowering as usual so he played it tight and made his foregrounds pop and I liked it very much! Menyz's colors made his art look beautiful! Great start!

It's nice. Kelly Thompson does a nice job here although disjointed sometimes, it works for now. I need more though and we need to get there sooner than later. I'm all for slow building but give it some substance and I'll ride with you. I'm a big fan of Sara Pichelli but her art was mixed between outstanding pages that were a 10 and then some panels just felt off and just not the same level. Maybe her health issues are still bothering her and some days are just better than others. But Woodard's colors killed it.

It's a mixed bag of things working and others are just nonsensical. Thompson's dialogue in some parts sounds odd or off. Morbius was just weird all throughout with no payoff. Sara Pichelli's art wasn't bad because some scenes were fantastic and others are off. Her new style is odd to me but it has its good moments. Also she couldn't finish the whole issue so I assume her health issues aren't gone. I wish her the best!

Not worth the price but the story and last page might matter in the long run. A weekly book with tie-ins is a bit much! Squeeze those profits I guess....bad in the long run.

This is your standard ASM issue with great art. Much better than the first part. I know where we're going so I hope they throw some curve balls soon otherwise it will be a story I read many many times before. Dowling's art is really good here and Aburtov's colors were a nice match!

It's OK. Getting a bit tedious and good art won't save this generic story about Beyond is bad but we won't say until issue 18 and just let things go on like this taking the air out of the story. Get a real hook and get the show going with some serious consequences. Good art by Gomez won't save this. Now after Spencer's letdown I am ready for this to be over and move on to the next thing. I am not having fun with ASM and it's a shame.

It's not bad at all. Ahmed's horror take on ASM is cool and Fornes art is great with nice moody colors from Brown! BUT this was a very short read that felt like a tie-in more than the .BEY issues. Weird setup up for the beyond story and wasted effort in my opinion.

I am sucker for these AMS issues and this beyond era needed it badly to at least remind you of why you're here in the first place. Ben Reilly isn't getting the service and is rudderless at the moment and I fear the whole thing is waste of time. So I'm glad Gleason brought the focus light back on where it oughta be. Great writing and even better art from Gleason. Hollowell and Fairbairn's colors were great and I couldn't detect when they switched duties so that's impressive.

Yeah this is very average ASM. The Beyond era is officially a lull spot holder until we get to the next thing. Ziglar is OK. Paco Medina is good and Grundetjern colors were OK (his skin tones are weird though). Can't wait for this to be over already.

This one actually worked for all the distance we endured to get here, it shouldn't have but it did.

Zeb Wells brings it every time. I remember he was one of the very few bright things during Brand New Day (along with Waid/Martin) and 13 years later he is still good. His issue with Paolo Rivera with Punisher is one of my favorite ASM post OMD. Here Wells doesn't go crazy, he just takes normal predictable angles and lays them out in way that unfolds well. Dowling elevated this issue too. His art has morphed since the last one he did and it's even better. All the characters look distinct and have their own vibe. The last splash page of ASM history is a thing of beauty. Valenza colored it all spot on.

What a turn around from the first half. I'm not gonna lie they had us with that messed up mix headed nowhere fast. MacKay is a great writer and he gets to play with dynamics that put a smile on my face. Enjoyed it! Gomez has pumped up his art a notch and delivered some great visuals with vibrant Valenza colors!

Great chapter heading in the right direction. Wells just knows how to setup up and move things around. Dowling's art style changed in every issue throughout this beyond run. He is still evolving and still finding his style and maybe he went a bit heavy with shadowy figures and pencils in some panels but his inking is great! I get a Alex Maleev vibe sometimes in some panels but he's not there yet. He still has to make his action sequences gel better but it's great stuff overall. Valenza's colors were fitting and his little details like on Maxine's eye shadow were nice.

This was OK and passable but felt completely out of place and just another way to get $5 from ASM readers. If I knew it had almost nothing to do with the main story I would have skipped it. The art was also passable and nothing to write home about. Waste of time at the end because these threads serve nothing for this story and the editor tells us so on the last page. Stupid.

Gleason is good at this thing. Maybe he'll get a mini soon. Now Bagley is always great as expected. He had 4 or 5 inkers and 3 colorists on here and they all made his pencils shine. Some of those splash pages were a joy.

It was fun and bit of change from the previous ones. This beyond series doesn't have one unique identity by design and it suffers for it. Kelly Thompson does good and has many good quips but the way the issue goes around itself to get to the end was forced. Sara Pichelli style has changed and she can't finish issues anymore because of her back injuries. It's good but it has changed. The second artist change was jarring and took away from the issue overall.

Nothing is here interesting enough to warrant this book 92.bey existing. A waste of $5.

It is a tale of many threads that really didn't connect well at the end. They said they wanted to do some drama and something new with Ben Reilly and created Chasm after all this although this was done before in the clone conspiracy where Ben Reilly becomes the "Jackal" after all the shenanigans he went through from being killed over and over again by Miles Warren having his mind become corrupted. The dude will never get a proper treatment because as they said in the issue that Peter Parker and Miles Morales are untouchable so we have to mess with Ben Reilly. He is slowly becoming the new Hank Pym. I'm a big fan of Zeb Wells so I enjoyed his issues the most but this was not a true end but rather a link to his ASM era. So I have high hopes for that. We'll see. All of the artists did great, Gleason and Pichelli were outstanding and Bagley is always welcome on ASM because it just feels right. Valenza on colors was spot on, fresh and bright or gloomy and moody when it needs to be.

Great attempt that somehow worked. The beginning all the way to the second/third part and at the end were tight and beautiful. It got crazy loopy and stupid at the middle but I think Spencer and Duggan pulled off the ending. Also can Smallwood do like 100 issues straight of Spider-Man I'll buy 2 of each!!

OK now I'm excited for Sins Rising. This one shot was really good. Spencer as usual does a fantastic job in these character in depth explorations. The whole vibe was dark and borderline horrific in some places. I'm surprised this one was rated T and not Mature, at least it should have been a T+. Don't matter to me but if a young one reads this, they are not getting any sleep for a while. Guillermo Sanna was spot on with his art and fit the tone well. Bellaire was good too with her dark and moody colors and Joe Cramagna made his presence known with some stellar bubble work.

OK. Some payoff with a classic Boomerang moment that was long coming but overall it needed me to have had read Daredevil Vol2 to get a better idea of the weight of what just happened. I never read Daredevil because I never cared for the character until Zdarsky wrote it. Good for Daredevil fans but for me it's a meh?? It also needed better art to help the story with sharper art. I don't know why people don't understand that comic books are a visual medium and without proper visuals to enhance the story then I might as well read a book where my imagination can do better.

Again the convoluted story telling that actually doesn't accomplish much for how much it goes on an on gets the better of this story. Again 3 different teams doing the art just kills the flow for me and I couldn't enjoy it because the art changes drastically every 2-3 pages. This feels like running out the clock to what's next. A waste of time and money.

Edit: I went back and read it a few more times and it was actually better then I remembered and Romita's art just grows on me for good or bad. Had high hopes for Zeb Wells and concern over Romita Jr. before reading and afterwards, not sure what to think. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. It actually read and looked better the second time going through. As if I'm reading a run from 14 years ago that I forgot about. This is the problem with ASM right now because they can't break Peter Parker and that's why Ben Reilly's life is a bigger mess that Peter's. They choose to keep feeding us nostalgia and while that's nice, I am ready for a bit of a shake up. I know I know, MJ's reveal at the end is a shake up but not what I had in mind. We Spidey fans know and don't know what we want at the same time. No wonder they keep killing characters because we just reached a time when we can't escape continuity and many writers can't do an Immortal Hulk with ASM. Romita Jr's art actually looked much better here than the last few years or since Cap's Dimension Z a decade ago. I have to credit Scott Hanna as the inker and Marcio Menyz as the colorists for making it pop and shine. I'll be here because I trust Zeb Wells and he has a lot of credit in the bank. I just hope he doesn't go as Nick Spencer did or Nick Lowe doesn't restrict him too much.

This has the mystery and I am intrigued but it gives me the feeling that I do when an ASM story I read 15 years ago that I forgot how it unfolded and I'm re-reading it. It doesn't help that Romita Jr is doing the art because while it is good because of the inker and colorist, it doesn't scream new but more of a call back to what I already saw and read. It's a weird one because while I'm all for classic and sentiment in ASM, this doesn't feel like that. Anyway at least Zeb Wells is doing OK with some "familiar" beats. (Yes the bar is that low after Spencer's run) My hopes are very low right now and I expect nothing but heart break from ASM, so why change now?

It's good and I did enjoy reading it after letting it sit for a while. Wells is good with his narrative and words so it comes through easily. Romita Jr is consistent so far and Hanna inking/Menyz coloring makes it all look good!

Nice work by Wells. I loved the switcheroo at the end. Obviously this run like many comics these days read better in collected forms but this one still worked well as a single. I say it again but it needs repeating: Scott Hanna's inks and Marcio Menyz's colors are making Romita Jr.'s pencils look almost as good as it was a decade ago and I hope they stick around. That being said Romita Jr' still has good and bad and you gotta take both like it or not.

It was a very enjoyable issue that felt like a side story off from the main one we had in the arc that just closed so it makes complete sense to me. Yes it is very old school and feels like a story pricked from different eras and mixed in here but somehow it still works for me. Zeb Wells and Mark Waid are the two writers I trust with these stories. The art has never looked better! Ed McGuiness is welcome anytime he feels like it. The guy draws a great Spider-Man and delivered some wonderful pages that still looked consistent even with 3 other inkers and 3 colorists. I like when the team jells together. I can't say I like the back up stories that much. I wish they just do 70 page story and move on but no we gotta get $10 instead of $6.

It's good but these issues nowadays read much better as tpb or at least 2 or 3. Romita Jr Hanna and Menyz are about the same so it's consistent whether you like or not. I like it although I would take McGuiness in a heart beat.

Enjoyable shenanigans. I like this run but It's not breaking any new grounds. Enjoyable for now.

This ASM issue is just out of place with this run except for a few pages. Zeb Wells script falls flat for me. Some of it works and is fun but the dialogue and action sequences are weird. I'm starting to not care about the 6 months gap because there are no answers 9 issues in and so the mystery just disappears for me. The art by Gleason is really good but it didn't help me read and understand this issue especially when Moira and MJ are talking. His choices to represent them in that weird format where I one second MJ is there and then Moira shows up was very confusing. Great art but the script and drawing choices didn't help this one on top of being a tie-in to an event from 2 months ago.

It's a predictable Tie-in albeit a nice one. Zeb Wells is good with ASM characters but I need more here than a nice little story that beats the same drums as before. Dragotta style is the same but it's ASM with characters that have been pre-defined so he can't do the same flair with East of West's new characters that everyone expects.

Not bad and actually has all the ASM books elements to work for me so I'm enjoying it. I just wish this 6 month gap mystery isn't hovering around too long because once you hype something and drag it forever then you don't deliver, people just stop caring all together. Romita Jr. and Hanna/Menyz on art just deliver that classic familiar look which works well with these stories. It could be better but it could also be worse. You either like it or you don't.

It's good enough but just feels like reading a run I did 10 years ago and forgot the details. It works as an ASM book but nothing earth shattering. Comfort food for 12 minutes.

It was OK and not a bad setup for an event but this is supposed to be an ASM book. Where is Peter Parker and how in the world is this related to his MJ and Felicia story? I guess we are spreading this over many books and that is just not a good thing for the current story which will have to wait until this is over. Art worked well for the 4 parts which is good but man the ASM office is killing me right now.

It's plain dumb humor in a story that doesn't require your thinking cap. If you ask questions it all falls apart. I'm just enjoying the amazing Ed McGuiness art that has been inked flawlessly by Rathburn and colored exquisitely by Menyz and even Caramangna lettering was spot on for the tone of this dumb story. I had high hopes for Zeb Wells on ASM but I guess I keep lowering the bar of what's acceptable.

The dumbest and flimsiest of event premises that I have to ignore in order to enjoy McGuinesse's art. That's it. His fantastic art with some tight inks by Rathburn and beautiful colors by Menyz makes this bearable so I can see an electric scooter get thrown around and enjoy it while I ignore why and how we got here. I can't wait for it to be over.

As a whole, this Dark Web event is a dud but props to Zeb Wells for his zany humor in this issue because it works here(and only here so far). I love McGuiness's work and his art is a perfect fit here with Rathburn/Menyz's wonderful inks and colors. As the great philosopher of our time once said "No question about it I'm ready to get hurt again"-Michael Scott.

It was OK. I just couldn't get into it even with a good premise but it just felt off for me. Also I'm the one dude who doesn't like the Dodsons' art so here we are.

What a waste. There is no end to this cycle rinse and repeat. Dodsons were poor on art and gave a very rushed job. What a waste of time and money.

It's a decent first issue in this arc on its own. Basing this ASM run/story on a continuity minor blip that I vaguely remember was not a good option at least for now. Also waiting a year to start this arc is ludicrous especially when the previous issues were all filler low level payoffs. I have to say that Wells is usually a good writer but I'm noticing that these writers are being crushed by the 60 year history of ASM so I'm still waiting for an Immortal Hulk moment but I fear it will never come. These characters are not allowed to grow or move up so we have to keep building just enough to collapse it all and start over. Romita JR is his usual self here and love it or hate it it's just about the same as it has been. Except for kids because those things were ridiculously hilarious with those big heads lol

This actually was good after the previous 2 not making me care. Zeb wells nails the urgency with Peter and MJ and actually does a classic setup up here that works. I know the bar is low but here we are. John Romita Jr. is his usual self and does well enough to make it good. No kids yet so we're in the clear ;)

2 steps forward and 3 steps back. I have to move to trades because reading this in singles for 20 some issues to find out what happened is agony. But even then I doubt it will improve it. Avoid it if you must but escape it? You can't. I'll wait for the arc conclusion to make a full judgement. I have to say the FF parts were good and Romita Jr. is as he's been so far so it's good/quirky in his usual style. Wells style here is playing with fire. But I'm starting to believe that no writer can even fix ASM and will crumble under the 60 year history and continuity. I hope I'm proven wrong in the future. I wish Spider-Man will get his Immortal Hulk 50 to 100 issues era to bring back order and move Peter Parker forward but as the powers in control at Marvel have said: Peter Parker can never grow up because he has to be sold to new readers over and over again and older readers just have to accept it or exit.

It's a very lackluster story where all the beats are recycled from the time gap where the hero can't save the heroine and grew apart and blah blah and then add a very mediocre villain acting like a 50s idea of what a cliched bad guy would be. There is nothing here that inspires or infuses a hint of suspense of hope in building proper characters. A year wasted on the dumbest premise. Zeb Wells and the editors dropped the ball just like on Spencer's run. I don't have hope for ASM ever recovering and this title will continue to sell and top the charts riding on the 60 year old history of cool Thwips and slogans "With great power..." that are both celebrated yet are the main hinderance to its advancement. I will finish the arc then it's sayonara and I'm moving to trades because at least then I will have full arcs to pick and choose from.

It's not bad and is fine for a finish to an average arc that's there to invoke feelings of sadness, loss and quite possibly anger. Also the art is good from Romita Jr. Hanna on inks and colors by Menyz. The problem is the story itself. First, the antagonist is one of the worst things about this. He and I don't care to remember his name is just as bad as the time-jump-gap and other previously overplayed ruses. Also Paul is a very average character. I just do not care about his story because relating him to the antagonist just does nothing to build any sort of background when the bad guy is a dumb idea. Second, you sprinkle Kamala Khan for a few panels in 25 issues with no build up or explanation then do an info dump for a few pages and expect readers to care about her death in an ASM book? I care about Kamala and was there from 2014 when G Willopw Wilson and Alphona knocked it out of the park for years. So I'm expected to not be pissed off that you just kill her here like that. Yes Wells does enough to make it work but man does it leave a bad taste in your mouth. I'm off singles for this book for the first time in a decade and will follow TPB if they are good. These editors and Wells think they got a golden goose but they have no idea what they're doing and just might strangle it in the process. But don't worry it'll still sell for a while because 60 years of Nostalgia is a hard thing to destroy.

After stopping this in singles since the whole Kamala death debacle, I can safely say this reads much better collected. Zeb Wells delivers some decent stories but still underwhelming and not in any meaningful direction. It's fun but Spider-Man and Peter Parker are and will always be stuck in a circular motion storytelling where he is doomed to experience the same things over and over again with nothing really changing. Otto and Norman was fun but it's quickly resolved and it feels redundant. The status quo is tiring man. I've read this before many times over and over. Then we get Felecia and Peter breaking up just like that after what happened. This is just dumb storytelling. Not sure where Zeb ends and where Nick Lowe starts. At least the art was amazing from Ed McGuiness who delivers a near perfect Spider-Man. Kudos to Farmer on inks and Menyz on colors. I can't fault the art here at all. JR Jr was also great and the Mafia wedding was actually going somewhere so we'll see if that delivers... This is was an decent book to read at least until I got to the nonsensical stories at the end because simply put I don't care for spider-boy, I don't care for jackpot and bringing superior spider-man yet again is tiring and stupid at this point. I know this is groundhog day for Spidey but I can't quit it yet. I'll have to wait for Hickman to give me some movement forward in the Ultimate Universe.

It felt safe for me. I love the art and i liked the story. It's the beginning so we'll see what happens.

Stegman makes this book look so beautiful with Help from colorist Sonia. Splash pages Galore. Conway writes a great MJ and it's just pure joy to read and look at.

Good story and great art but the pace needs to pick up......i already said that last issue....seriously you can give everyone time to shine and develop but 3 issues of different angles to the same story can feel slow.

I loved it and was chuckling a few times at the scenarios Zeb Wells cooked up for Scott Lang! Wells was very good in his ASM issues back in the day and he's just as good here. Burnett's art is fantastic and looked tight and well inked. I love his style a lot and with Spicer's beautiful coloring it was just easy on the eyes for me. I recommend it!

Almost everything coming from Ewing right now is fire. He pays attention to continuity and uses it just at the right dosage to give his stories weight. Tom Reilly delivers remarkable looking classic yet fresh art and Jordie Bellaire makes it all shine with great coloring!

Ewing/Reilly/Bellaire are a great team delivering a nice homage to Ant-Man.

Finally an issue that actually works and mainly because of Del Mundo's art. He just slayed it. I mean Soule's narrative is intriguing from Charles Xavier's point of view but it's still seems disconnected somehow. Maybe that says something about this particular Professor X but i'm just glad that the art elevated the script.

Soule's story moves along with no major shockwaves but Aco illustrates it all beautifully. Facial expressions were off in many panels but his panels layout and compositions are a thing of beauty!

Great art! Mike Del Mundo is really the star of this issue. The story has a great premise and well delivered. I loved it!

Kang by Waid and Del Mundo is better than i thought and i had high expectations.

Great having Avenger X pop in after the mini series and she was a good villain for the team. Nadia must be Waid's favorite new toy and he uses her well. Phil Noto is a great replacement and makes this issue look beautiful but he's no Del Mundo.

Del Mundo makes Waid's beautiful story look amazing. I just wanted more.

Well Waid tried and Delmundo gave it his best shot and in some panels they succeeded but overall this tie in didn't deliver and many characters are not well handled starting with Deadpool and Odinson. I might seem harsh but i know Waid and Delmundo can be better. At least there was no redemption for Taskmaster.

Waid delivers a great issue where the teammates duos bond in the midst of the chaos of their world. Del Mundo delivers a beautiful book and i can't get enough of his art.

Great work by Waid bringing the old school feel with the new in this story. Fantastic art by Saiz. I'm on board.

Waid is doing a fine job. Nothing earth shattering but just solid fun storytelling. Would like to see what happens next in Champions with Viv. Miss DelMundo and Saiz but Pina and Diaz hold their own here enough to keep me interested in the story.

Great work by Waid that's elevated by Saiz's art. Seriously this whole crossover should've been illustrated by Saiz or at least artists of his caliber. It would have felt more coherent. But as a standalone issue, it's the best one so far.

Very well done issue that builds on the mystery and keeps the classic Avengers story feel going. Pepe Larraz is fantastic as usual.

I love this book already. Very classic avenger feel with modern vigor. I think every issue so far was from an avenger's point of view guiding us through the narration and this one nailed Pietro's persona well. The reveals keep coming and the weekly format suits it here because a monthly release wouldn't work as well. Larraz and Curiel continue their fine collaboration that make this book a thing of beauty. Panels, whether in splash pages or small moments are on point. Is it next Wednesday yet?

This feels like it was mostly scripted by Ewing. Ewing pulls the curtain back on what's happening and it felt clunky at first as it always does with Big concept writers but he brings it all together towards the end. Jacinto does a nice job following Larraz with the help of the same colorist Curiel, it looked much better and not too jarring. Waid's pseudo-scientific explanation at the end about how Metal Master was able to take Mjolnir was well put and made sense based on the Marvel U science.

The weekly format is what's best for this kinda story that covers fewer things based on the massive roster of players but still advances the narrative. It would have been a drag as a monthly. Jacinto is doing well.

Continues to be good overall with everyone on board and the Voyager mystery keeps me guessing. Excellent art by Jacinto, No seriously it's really good. Flatter pages by Perkins. At least David Curiel's colors keep it together. The Hulk tease is going on 3 issues and it will be 2 more before he shows up....just a tad annoying.

I love the roster and how each issue allows someone to shine. Red Wolf was done well here. Izakse fills in well before we move on to the next artists and Curiel's colors keep the vibe similar between the transitions.

Great series. Continues to deliver on story and art. Feels classic with modern beats.

What does it mean to be an Avenger! Great stuff! While all the heroes do their thing a very obscure guy saves the world. Fantastic story and Larraz is a fantastic artist that illustrates it all in a beautiful and epic manner while Curiel's colors fill the pages with every color imaginable. Just fun!!

Just as i finished the very enjoyable No surrender weekly, this fresh start comes along and ups the ante with a splendid first issue. Jason Aaron has done a great job here juggling different sides and times while Ed McGuiness just killed it with his pencils. I knew he was good but he outdid himself here. Well complimented by Morales on inks and beautifully brought to life by Curiel's colors. I truly loved the gold Hues on Thor's panels. Highly recommend this one!

This story feels important but the delivery is lacking. It feels crowded and slow. I like the art by Paco Medina and Ed McGuiness and what Aaron is trying to do but he needs to figure it out sooner than later.

This issue does a much better job than the last two and brings back the story on track. More coherent story telling by Aaron that does a better job juggling the moving parts and characters while delivering answers in much better way than before. I actually enjoyed this one a lot. Very little McGuiness but Medina picks it up nicely and delivers his best work in sometime. Vlasko and Morales do a nice job inking while Curiel's colors tie it all and make those scenes pop!

Great stuff. Aaron manages to continue telling a story so big in scope and he succeeds in many things even the ending that is absurd but completely has me on board because of the setup. The art by Medina and McGuiness along with Curiel's perfect coloring has a lot to do with why this comic book succeeds. Medina is doing his best work here!

The story got too big and while the last issue was great, this finale was rushed and kinda not satisfactory. Aaron had a good idea that took way too long to explain and was hurried at the end. It's still a good book with great art. McGuiness is good as usual and i'm glad Medina is here to make it mesh without being too jarring of a transition. Medina is doing a fine job here!! Also Morales and Vlasco's inks looked tight. Curiel's colors looked beautiful and it helped that he colored the whole issue.

I liked this issue very much. I needed the slow down and team developments after what happened. We don't need constant earth shattering action every issue. David Marquez is in top shape here and his craft is amazing. Justin Ponsor makes it all look beautiful. His use of colors and shading is outstanding. These two should be the regulars artists.

Great story. Aaron is headed in the right direction. I wish Marquez and Ponsor were along for the ride full time. Only down side is the movement of certain characters underwater should've been slowed down a bit. Ahh Stingray, why must they mess with you like that.

Outstanding issue from Jason Aaron. His story just got immensely intriguing by all of the insane twists and reveals. That JLA nod was great especially with Agent. Marquez and McGuiness were perfect. Plus Irving, Kubert and Sorrentino delivered even more set up/future stories. This is the best $6 i spent in a long while.

Aaron does a great job putting things in motion and transitioning between stories. It's a lot of things to juggle but he's successful so far. I would really like what he's hinting at. The art is what keeps me from being 100% in sync with the story. McGuiness and Morales are outstanding in their pages but Smith and his inkers are inconsistant. One page is great and the next is too rushed. I'm just greedy and want McGuiness doing it all.

Aaron is building quite a roster of a support system. Laying that ground work. Quiet and nice enjoyable issue with complementary art. Ed McGuiness and Cory Smith should work well going forward when Marquez is off.

Fun script although a bit too many quips for my taste but the book overall has the right tone for the right moments by Aaron. I love Marquez and Ponsor together!!

Outstanding issue! I loved the Justice League of America's introduction into the Marvel Universe :-) Since the Squadron Supreme was wasting away, this is a nice way to bring them in. YES the idea has been done before but man is the execution done well. Ed McGuiness is a Master of his craft and he elevates this issue beyond the satirical one it would have been. Morales and Ponsor shine as well!!

It's a great issue! I'm not not even reading war of the realms but there is enough here for me to enjoy! That's the way it's supposed to be. McGuiness and Morales are a great combo for some great art. I also think this might've been Justin Ponsor's last colored book from the hospital. His stuff is unmatched!!

Great story with some hick ups in between and beautiful art. Much trolls smashing which was my favorite part. Also if you think this story is attacking you, maybe check yourself first.... but Yes!

Solid fun book with some nice team dialogue.

It's a Jason Aaron comic so it's fun. A bit drawn out but still entertaining. The art was great too. It's Caselli so of course it's great!

Good enough wrap up with no real meat to chew on. I guess you gotta leave some for the Ghost Rider book. I enjoyed Aaron's Avengers so far but this is weak stuff although it does look great with Caselli's art.

A bit of a let down compared to the other origins. This book is dragging right now. The momentum is gone. I hope Aaron gets back to telling the story he teased. Too many fillers right now.

OK this is a much better direction than the last few outings. Still weirdly put together but I'll hold judgement when the dots are connected. I hope Aaron doesn't just lollygag for arcs at a time because the momentum just dies and the whole thing becomes pointless. I mean we still haven't seen the Squadron Supreme of America for more than 6 months now? What's the point of spending so much time on something just to drop it and not hint at it for more than 6 months and counting??

OK it was fun and much better from Aaron. It's a shame that things are dragged out so slowly but at least this issue didn't feel like a shore to read. The art from MsGuinness, Medina, Morales and Keith was fantastic and made it very enjoyable. Those details, ink lines and colors were pretty pretty good!

It's an OK end to this up and down arc. rushed at times and decompressed at other times. Aaron has great ideas but his delivery was off with some characters doing things just because? Brood Thor as an example was just a waste. Aaron succeeds in tying the story with baby Starbrand and we'll see where that goes but somehow he misses with too many other ones. His Black widow moment was way off but I did like Cap delivering the baby! McGuiness and Manna combined for the art along with Morales on inks and Keith doing colors. The art was OK. McGuiness was sharper the last issue and Manna was decent but nothing spectacular.

It was interesting for sure as an exploration of who Tony Stark is and where Iron-Man fits in there but three things stand out and don't really work well. One, Tony Stark believes in THE devil (as Mephisto likes to claim) but not God makes no sense to me (But maybe his ego keeps him in denial). Two, How in the world are you gonna drop such a big retcon like that where it just don't fit especially that Bendis recently blew up the whole thing to pieces for no reason. Three, obviously the fatherhood claims by Mephisto are him completely F-ing with Tony's mind but combined with the other retcon becomes too much. Yes some of these threads will be resolved but too much was crammed here. The art didn't help as way too many jarring changes took away from the story. Should've been Zaffino all the way or at least the pre-historic pieces with Lulis on the present sequences.

It's not bad but has so much potential wasted by stupid things like Namor at a bar getting played by a bartender....seriously? Also the art gets my appetite wet with some amazing opening pages by MsGuinness only to get Manna's art for most of the issue. This bate and switch is killing me and my interest in this story.

The story was OK. The art was good!

It's a shore for me to read this book right now. Garron's art and Keith's colors are great but the whole package feels incomplete. The writing is intentionally evasive to evoke suspense but lacks the punch it thinks it's making. I'm still here because I just wanted to have the JLA=Squadron Supreme take on the Avengers as promised last year so every story feels like filler waiting for that showdown.

Just waiting for the end and something better. The art is nice.

This is was ok at best. I get what JASON Aaron is trying to do with Moon Knight but did we really need all of these issues to do it. This series is keeping me around just because of what was promised back almost 2 years ago for the JLA knock off with the squadron supreme. But holly cow is this taking forever. I didn't care about the war of the realms or the ghost rider stuff and this Khonshu nonsense takes the cake for dragging out stories that get us nowhere. Javier Garron is great in the art but this book is a shamble of what it promised to be.

I this point I'm glad it's over. Garron and Keith delivered on the art department but Aaron's stuff was a mix of some good ideas and other stupid ones just dragged over many issues and some overturned in one panel for almost no reason. It is what it is at this point. I'm not optimistic about the phoenix stuff but 37 issues in what am I supposed to do.....quit?? lol

While the ideas are great and the art is amazing, it's a very frustrating book. This book is moving at a snail's pace. We get it: Mephisto's up to no good and we've been hinting at it for years now. Now we'll spend another 6 issues playing with the phoenix and hint at Mephisto some more. No Coulson and No Squadron Supreme and no resolution to anything, we're just brewing threads for 38 issues with no pay off whatsoever. And now Marvel says this book has hints for its 2021 slate so of course I'm sticking with this because I must like punishment.

We are trying to set up the phoenix event and have the prehistoric Avengers have meaning but at this point I'm almost done with this series. We are dragging this to death and if only this issue delivered more than a cliched story, I would be more forgiving. The only reason I'm still here is because this is supposed to be an integral series to Marvel plans for 2021 and Mephisto's part of it but 39 issues later it's ridiculous what Aaron+Editors are doing here.

Good issue by itself away from the previous mess of 39 issues but Aaron is doing it again where he lays it all out and makes you hope for the best but if the last few years are any indication, this will be another disappointment. The main reasons this gets any respect from me is the CAP monologue along with the best art Garron has done in years.

I gave up on emotionally attaching myself to this book a while ago now and I just enjoy the fireworks and new costumes because that's all there is left below all that prolonged narration by Aaron. It's not as deep as it thinks it is. Garron is fantastic as always.

Finally done with book and It was a waste of time for many arcs now. Spinning wheels on nonsense. I'm off this dumb ride. Javier Garron is wasted here. He needs better writers.

I had to quit reading this book after the Moon Knight and the phoenix arcs debacles and waste of time. I had to pick this up so I can see where we are and I was pleasantly surprised by it. But it is still mostly setup for the next 50 issues where things would go unfulfilled. It reminds me Avengers 700 when I got so excited for the future and was slowly crushed for the next 35 issues. Aaron does what he wants and I get where he's going but man does he need some fine tuning and someone to get him to skip the nonsense for 6 issues and deliver something worth it. Right now the Avengers and X-men main books are just on a holding pattern for most of the time running the clock to get us to some event. Waste of time. With that said I will pick up Avengers Forever and see what he does there. Expectations are below zero right now so who knows? Art wise this book was great!! McGuiness, Kuder and Garron were fantastic! All the colorists were pretty darn good just too many to list'em all.

Back on this train for the arc to see where we go and Aaron is still at it and his style isn't going to change. I just ask to be entertained at this point with some form of story telling that doesn't take 25 issue to make a point. So this was a good start I guess. Frigeri is a good fit here with good art although some faces need work. Curiel is absolutely spot on with his colors.

It's not bad with a few descent woven threads. Frigeri is good but his Captain America and especially the face/Mask are just off for me.

Aaron just tries too hard to explore his unresolved religious issues but this is not the place to do it. The story starts somewhere interesting and ends up where he needs it to be and not necessarily following his logic. It takes away from the previous setup up. I hope Aaron can get some clearance someday and sort out his beliefs because every book I read from him you can clearly see he is struggling and is trying to fit things together but Avengers should not suffer for it.

Going downhill fast. Thor fights Echo/Phoenix for how many issues then in 2 panels does 180. Just one example of so many threads trying to be made into a story by Aaron but it's not cohesive enough following what was built so far. Frigeri is OK but not a strong as he was at the beginning.

A bit better than the Thor nonsense and the art is better with Javier Garron.

We're traversing the multiverse forever looking at what if stories that we hope make sense but how long can this go on? It get tedious and boring after a while and needs to make a landing with some purpose sooner or it's back to the desert that was issues 20 through 47. And with deserts come mirages which is what this Avengers series has been: a desert full of interesting mirages that keep escaping me as soon as I think I get to them. Same thing is happening with Avengers Forever. Jason Aaron can't go on like this until issue 100?

This series while nicely introducing cool characters that will be wasted away, isn't an Avengers book anymore. I accept that we are on a 30-50 issue drip by drip to the finale and that just kills it for me no matter how well the characters can be sometimes. This book gets a 7.5 mainly because Javier Garron is flexing his art muscles and is killing it with his designs and tight inking. David Curiel is almost out-doing Garron with his wonderful colors. The art makes this issue work. Still it might be time to drop this book and Avengers Forever and wait for the Avengers to start doing some avenging in their own book. I'll give the next issues a shot but I already know the answer.

What if ramblings continue. This is not an Avengers book. The art is the only saving grace here. Garron and Curiel are the only positives. Can't leave out of sheer commitment and It's almost over but man is Aaron not good at developing and writing the issues between his good concept ones like 710 and 750. Too much garbage in between.

Nice tie-in that tries to expand on the progenitor's frame of mind through Hawkeye's eyes as he goes about his day. It's not bad but feels like we are talking about a different progenitor here because this doesn't align with what Gillen is doing. Land actually was good on art duty with some good stuff and his usual similar exaggerated faces on all characters was toned down a lot.

It's just weird how an Avengers book finally has the Avengers show up for 4 panels and just be background characters. You know exactly where we're going but it's just not structured well. This series has all the components and ideas but Aaron and Editors' execution is not good.

Still here just because why stop now with less than 10 issues to go after 4 years. Fiorelli as an artist is good and has a lot of potential.

Much better from the previous horrible primer issue that left a bad taste. Still the story lacks a proper connection between these teams that are fighting to kill each other 1 minute and the next are back to back brothers? It just doesn't work. Jason Aaron failed to lay basic explanations in this story like how did any of these teams travel the multiverses in both Avengers books. The starbrand explains this final traverse but all the other dozens/hundreds are without any grounded explanation. The art from Garron is the one positive thing that saves this issue because at least I can enjoy his tremendous work on the pages along with Curiel's wonderful colors.

It's very fair to say this is a decent issue but the road to get here was marred with long, useless stories and wasted opportunities or just lazy story telling. Javier Garron does an outstanding job as usual. I'm still here since we're so close to the end and I can't wait to stop after 4.5 years of this miserable crap. I just can't quit this close to the end.

The disappointment here is just...I should be used to it by now. On paper this should work but the weight of the story after 4 years is too much on Aaron who delivers a sub par script with stupid lines and all too predictable stuff. Javier Garron works his butt off here on art and is wasted.

Man what a waste of time and money. Let's oversize this kick off issue and spend half of it on a unnecessary fight and the rest on a horrible idea for Ghost rider who could kill the Doom Above all last issue by himself only to stop him and then depower him because Aaron can't write a proper script ending to his crap saga. This close to the end after 5 years I have to finish and I will never ever read another Jason Aaron book when these Avengers books are done in a few months.

I will never buy or read another Jason Aaron comic. After investing 6 years into this we have a weightless run that promised so much and yet never delivered what it thought it was delivering. I tried and gave it every chance to matter but it will never capture what it did in those early 10 issues or the 50th issue which were the high points that sucked me in and strung me along. Aaron mistakes big spectacle and multiverse explosions with amalgamized characters as substance worth following but the many throw away stories, throw away characters and fake outs stood on shaky ground of a story that really had no real substances or characters worth investing in especially in the last 25 issues of Avengers and Avengers Forever. The only bright spots came from the artists such as Kuder and Garron who did awesome work and made these ideas shine but only superficially.

I actually liked this one better than Avengers 51. It was fun and enjoyable. Kuder never disappoints and his art is fantastic and well detailed. Keiths's colors were nice too and infused the art well. For now I'm parked here and I already have my expectations at a 3 with Aaron so we can only go up.

Sometimes I fall for Aaron schtick and I know it yet I can't help but enjoy the over the top stupidity and stupendousness of it. This issue was enjoyable! Aaron Kuder's art was phenomenal with great attention to detail here. The guy kills himself on the page and it shows. Carlos Magno blended his art style to fit Kuder's and the jail cell scenes were spot on. The inkers Scott Hanna, Roberto Poggi and Cam Smith all were just tight. Guru-eFX's colors blended it all very well too. This was a great book to feast your eye on.

This book just delivers for me and I'm onboard the multi-verse shenanigans even if some things are over the top but it works for me. I can't say that about many Aaron books lately but I remember the Avengers main book's first 10 issues were great before things went off track. It helps to keep that in mind and just enjoy the stupid @#$% coming at us. Especially when Aaron Kuder is the artist. Fantastic art and his work has never looked better. I think that Cam Smith and Scott Hanna's inks over him are seriously the tightest inking I have seen in ages. The lines are perfect. Then Guru eFX delivers outstanding colors from the many different skin tones to Ben Grim's technicolor rocks. I love it when artists gel well together!

This book's scope is way too big but this issue works. You know where we're going but it was well done especially with Aaron Kuder's art. Jason Aaron can be tedious sometimes but I have to enjoy the little things and hope he makes it all mash well at some point.

Jason Aaron is taking his time to introduce characters but the connection is just not there to the A-team. Aaron Kuder is killing it on art though and he is the only bright spot in this book along with Guru-eFX.

I immensely enjoyed the first half of the comic book where Jason Aaron Aaron Kuder brought a great story to life That I think needed a bit more time to breath even if I criticized this series before for taking way too much liberty running around. The second half was way too quick and the leap (pun intended) for Carol Danvers came out of the blue. Aaron Kuder's art is so good and he is a great strength for this series. Guru eFx on colors was right on.

Things are happening and I just don't care for this at all. No idea where anybody is coming from or going. Aaron has dropped the ball here and that fight between Doom above all and Ghost rider ended in a really stupid manner. Towe James's art is not good enough and he needs to work on his faces and figures.

The fight years in the making and I just don't care even as these characters are re-showing up in splash fashion. Aaron Kuder is the only reason to get this because it makes all the noise happening worth looking at.

Much better but it's hard to get hyped for the reveal after so many years of filler crap. This run had all the makings of a great one but the structure of the stories and the bloated multiverse characters/scenarios were just not good. Jason Aaron just stuffs too many things with no real sense to how it affects the story. It just becomes noise. Kuder's art makes it all look awesome. I really like Mark Farmer's inks and Frank Martins' colors on his work. Too bad it wasn't for a better story.

The only reason this is not a 5 is the outstanding art from Aaron Kuder who delivered wonderfully detailed illustrated multiverse art and shenanigans that I wish I cared about but that is on Jason Aaron. Kuder's art is just straight fire! Kudos to him and Frank Martin on colors.

This story was not satisfactory for the build up it had. We could have solved this way back and didn't drag it like this. Why not do this early on over an arc? Oh no we gotta have Thor be mad with the Phoenix for a while just for the heck of it to stretch this nonsense. The Avengers series is really a jumbled mess over 4 years with a few very good singles thrown in to keep idiots like me coming back. Jason Aaron didn't do a good job here at all. Plus his stories are way too much of a therapy session for his own internal monologue. I hope he figures it out for his own sake. Walker's art is good but Dean White's colors experiment in some pages didn't work for me. I know he tried to give it a certain old look but maybe next time. Dean White is a pro and still had some good pages.

Great start. Enjoyable first issue with some pretty good looking art. Hope they make it interesting!

Wow! Yes this team of writers is actually delivering a second issue that's better than the first. Great job by Paco Medina whose awesome pencils and smooth lines are enhanced by Vlasco and Aburtov. I loved how they intertwined the story with Clint Barton's POV. Tough to keep it at this level but i'm hoping they do!

I'm enjoying this book! The ideas are good. Hulk is a bit off in some scenes. Medina's art is just superb!

Nyx's story is good even as present day story gets lost a bit. For me this wasn't as interesting as i thought it would be. The art is nice and the story is good but i was hoping for a bit more. Hope they pick it back up next week!

It's fun. I enjoyed it very much so. Step up from last week. That's all I ask for in these things: fun reading with some nice art and this book has both. I laughed out loud at Hawkeye!

It was great. No matter how the purists see it. This issue was well done by the writing team and Zub's touches were good. It had me interested in Conan and i really don't give a damn about him at all. Sean Izaakse is outstanding here. I think it's his best work yet. Greatly enhanced by Ramos and Menyz's colors which made full service of all hues of the rainbow. Great job everyone!!

First hick up of the weekly event. A bit of a letdown since all of the previous chapters were great! Hope they finish better than this. Barberi's style is ok and maybe it didn't fully match the previous artists but it's OK.

It's better than the last one but felt disjointed at times. The art by Medina and Aburtov is phenomenal and couldn't have been better but the story while succeeds initially at getting your attention with Euphoria's scenes of soul searching purpose, it quickly goes sideways. It's good but feels disjointed at the core especially at the long island scenes. Hope they deliver a special finale but I'm not holding my breath.

A great read from Zdarsky. I like his world building about this distant future that feels inevitable based on our own trajectory today. Some might not like the social commentary but he is spot on. It is the future where new generations can be re-educated and rebuilt into whatever fascist leaders (Domestic or foreign) want because we human beings choose to stay ignorant or are pushed that way by design (Tragedy, etc.) and never learn or easily forget whatever the previous generations have built and gone through to achieve them. It's a classic story that has been done before in media but what makes this one great is the art by Acuna. The glorious art of this man is immaculate and it almost looks like paintings. It's not a 10 because what the heck were those Loki/Avengers origin pages doing? They're great on their own but feel completely disjointed here. We needed more clues.

Almost perfect. I'm a sucker for Old Man CAP. A man destined to always be out of time and out of sync and I love Zdarsky's take on him in this future dystopia. I like that we are getting answers and reveals in a nice pace and this is where a mini series beats a 30 issue slow burn that could go stale unlike a mini. But the star here is Daniel Acuna! His art is phenomenal, beautiful and serves the story with his futuristic design and attention to details that immerses me into it. His stuff belongs in a museum lol

It's a quite nice blend of many topics and ideas addressed many times before but it is done well and has the feel of a movie I watched before yet I continue to enjoy popping it again to re-watch. I like the action here much better and Acuna on art is perfect. To make things pop in darkness is a skill and his rain sequences and the shine on all surfaces is exquisite.

This series is a comic book done right period by Zdarsky/Acuna. I like how it feels, how it reads and how the art is perfectly matched to the tones and fully enhances it. Acuna is fantastic and I love everything art wise here. No notes!

I like some Mark Millar books and dislike others. It's a mixed bag. Trying to wrap my head around who the characters are since I didn't read all the series and definitely didn't like Nemesis. Still early but looks like it's a straight forward Good vs Bad so far. Pepe Larraz can illustrate the phone book and it'll look fantastic so I'm all about the art.

It's a good one and gets my attention in good and bad. I hope Millar can make it work without having used shock for shock only instead of building on it. Larraz's art is phenomenal and worth the price of admission. Props to Giovanna Niro for the great colors.

The effing killings continue but at some point we gotta get this train on track.....right? Anyway still interesting read. But for me this is a book for Larraz to flex his art muscles and he destroys.

Nice work from Millar. I did enjoy this issue with all of its angles but my unfamiliarity with the prehistoric futuristic (lol) characters hindered my full enjoyment. It would have added more layers if I read all these stories beforehand but I also have kids to feed and you can only read so much Millar before you have to pause. What can you say about Pepe Larraz? He is phenomenal and exquisite in his work, maybe the best of this generation. Giovanna Niro colored his work beautifully.

It's not bad for a finale but it's a let down after the time travel aspect was leaned on so heavily here. It unravels quickly if you take a minute to think about it. As a popcorn comic book for Pepe and Giovanna to flex their art muscles it's good but as a proper story it feels weak. Still enjoyed it but I really hoped Millar wouldn't MacGuffin this event. Pepe Larraz was fantastic and it's obvious he spent many nights and days on this wonderful art. The art is 10/10

Saladin is getting in the groove with a nice supporting cast plus Ward is just trippy!

Saladin Ahmed obviuously has a Black Bolt story to tell with a supporting team i would have never thought of or think it would work but he sure does that with twists and more. Ward is a perfect fit with his psychedelic visuals and beautiful colors.

Wow Saladin Ahmed and Christian Ward almost had me in tears at the end there. I actually felt for Crusher Creel. Beautiful story telling and art.

The last issue was such a high note that even though this one is really good in both art and writing, i somehow felt underwhelmed a bit. Not a negative against it because i wish i can read the next one yesterday.

Great work by Ahmed. Nicely paced storytelling that took its time and made the payoff much better at the end. Ward's art couldn't have been better here. He's the perfect fit for this trippy cosmic book.

What a nice ending. Had my doubts about this series when it started but man was it worth the ride! Got misty eyed a few times, so kudos to Ahmed and Ward!!

Good start and I don't care for Knull but this tie in is intriguing and doesn't stray from what came before it. Villa's art is good but needs polishing in some panels.

I'm trying to like this book but just can't get into it. I'll check back later.

I'm glad I tried this issue after not caring much last time because the story is well told by MacKay here and I liked it much better. Dowling's art is really good here and it has grown on me. Reber's colors/tones between the 2 different stories was well done! 2 things: 1) Yes the wrap up is quick but feels appropriate with the story. 2) The last page is out of nowhere and adds almost nothing to this issue for me so I'm not sure why it is there. We'll see going forward but I will add this to my pull and find out.

Started rocky but ended up being great and it makes sense that Coates might wants us to relate to T'Challa this way. The art of Acuna is what sold me on it and the story being a mystery is a plus.

Coates story is good but what makes it above the usual is Acuna's art which is amazing!!

Coates is hitting a wall here where the story progresses but i can't keep track or care about it and both options are bad. It's difficult to stick around but i'll have to see where he goes after that ending. Walker makes it all work together well and probably would've been worse without him.

We're here and I can't say that it's a fulfilling issue as it lays out what happened but it's fun and some great art from Walker! Coates isn't there yet in my opinion when it comes to making the heavy beats land right. But I'll keep going since it's still enjoyable.

Great one! Although this obviously reads much better collected like all Coates's work, I do think I like Acuna's perspective the best.

Slow build and finally a chapter by Coates delivers some nice rewards. Even if T'Challa isn't as prominent here, the surrounding characters got plenty spotlight. Daniel Acuna is a master of his craft. This book would not have the same impact without his ridiculously good art.

Calm and great issue where T'challa and his supporting cast have to come to grip with what his empire and legacy mean in Earth Prime and galaxies abroad. Very enjoyable issue from Coates with killer Acuna art that makes it look beautiful!!

Again this story is moving along but somehow all is mismatched. I still feel like I should have waited and read it all in collected form to enjoy it better. Acuna is perfect again!

I quite enjoyed this issue. It took its time to bring certain important characters in and let them breath a bit. Acuna is an absolutely masterful artist so I will miss his art.

I think I'm done with this book. This took forever and we've taken an issue just to explain what happened the past 17 issues? Really that's not good.

I skipped an issue and came back and it's like I almost missed nothing. So I'm back on as this issue got my interest but the pace is a way too slow sometimes. Also Acuna's pages and cover were fantastic!

The ideas are there but the execution and the art killed this issue. Coates tries to swerve back to some earlier scenes with deflective ideas onto the reader but just ended up losing me as it didn't land as he hoped. The art was OK but the lack of movement and energy in these scenes made them fall flat as there was no urgency or sense of direction to the characters or galactic ships. Don't get me wrong, the art was descent but it didn't fit the big galactic scenes and it lacked the right touches to deliver the message of the narrative. Acuna gets criticized for his art and how it's static by some people (I don't know why) but his galactic fights and drama scenes always have energy and I can feel them. Anyway Acuna is coming back to finish the last 4 issues of this book and I hope Coates will end it well because it's dragging right now.

Slow as always but it actually works for this issue because of the underlying message. Glad to have Acuna back because El Maestro delivered some pretty great visuals and scenes.

A year later and I wish I can enjoy this book but I just want the story to end so I can get closure. Acuna's art makes this worth the $4.

It's finally coming together as a story although Coates style is hard to follow especially for all these heroes showing up and all of them being specifically Black heroes with no other heroes of different ethnicities partaking in saving Wakanda? This doesn't make sense for T'Challa to only bring in black heroes when he knows he is going up against an Intergalactic Empire. Maybe I missed something. Daniel Acuna is a Maestro as usual making all of the scenes look FANTASTIC!!!

This was OK but a disappointment after going through the whole intergalactic empire of Wakanda stuff for so long. The end was just very unfinished. Maybe the crazy delay was part of the problem but to me it just feels unfinished and so much left on the table. Also how are the only heroes showing up from North America/world only black so what? The other heroes won't save Wakanda or is T'challa stupid enough to only reach out to black heroes. This is a stupid plot point but just takes me out of it. I get we are trying to get a black power moment here but give your allies a place at the table because the Avengers and the X-men can help so why not have them there too??. I mean the Black Panther is the leader of the Avengers so WTF?? Can he not ask them to join in. Let me go to intergalactic war but only invite the black heroes. How is this advancing anything. Dumb if you ask me. Acuna is outstanding as always although some panels seem unfinished with less ink (maybe on purpose?) but not his usual strikingly inked stuff. But his colors were on point.

It's good but I expected so much more from Ridley and Cabal is capable of so much better! I mean the art is great but the crazy compositions I grew to expect from him are absent. We'll see where we go from here.

Great as usual. Loved Matteo's pencils and the art was great, especially the nod to Kirby in that splash page with the ship.

You can't go wrong with this book. Remender ups the stakes while Scalera and Dinisio churn out pretty art.

As dependable as ever to deliver the best SciFi in the crispest pulp art around. Great stuff!

It's good. The ending is near and some beats are obvious and can be seen coming 2 pages away but if you like the book, you'll still enjoy the trip. Remender says he's going out of his comfort zone to end this series a different way. I don't know what that means but we'll see. Scalera is always awesome. The only thing destroying these book is the insane wait time between issues. Wait for the trades, it'll read much better.

Remender delivers a fairly good story with a familiar tone done in other media before. But it feels like the correct approach to this chapter. Liked it a lot and with Scalera killing on art and dinisio colors are just perfect you can't go wrong!

It's a good issue and has some classic tropes about choice and anarchy that have been done before but it is needed to be seen from the eyes of Grant Mckay. Let's hope the landing delivers something unexpected. Scalera and Dinisio are a 10 as always!

I'm sorry to say but this finale just did not deliver. I feel for Grant McKay but damn that was not the right thing to do no matter what the alternative realities dictate. The first pages were very poignant and totally had me hooked but lost me toward the end. Also Remender had done a great job all along and had this amazing world built but somehow he fumbled the ending a bit where he tried to juxtapose the ramifications of alternate realities while leaving the door open for something? but who knows what? Matteo Scalera and Moreno Dinisio are perfect as always since the art was not a problem here at all, if anything the art saved this final outing.

Pretty good even if the twist was obvious for me but well done nonetheless. Kelly Thompson is good at this writing thing. Casagrande is awesome as usual but can work on some motion figures for certain positions when characters are moving in action but look static. Still the Hawkeye spread and the other 90% is fantastic!! DeLatorre looks like a pretty good one too. Looking forward to his art on issue 6.

Fun at times and a bit dull at times but does enough to keep me interested. Noto's art is wonderful and the difference here. Without Noto I will not read this book. PERIOD.

It's not bad. Fun little moments with a nice hook at the end. The art from Noto keeps me coming back.

Duggan is actually making me like Kid Cable (yes he will always be kid cable to me) and the way he has so many threads going is nice. Makes me want to know more. Deadpool is here and Duggan didn't miss a beat. Also That letter toward the end is hilarious. But this book wouldn't work without Noto. Fantastic art!!

I like it and enjoyed reading it. Obviously the art from Noto helps a lot in said enjoyment. So I'm not sure I'll follow it without him. We'll see.

I enjoyed it even if it doesn't appear to tie with X of swords much but Noto's art makes anything worth it.

This one actually made sense in a sea of senseless romps. Duggan and Noto are a great team. But having your 19th chapter trying to make sense and tie up loose ends of the other 18 chapters will take away from it. I actually believe Hickman when he said he was trying to get fired but I guess the editors didn't question anything or even took it further than he even dared to go.

I enjoy this series and Duggan does just enough here to keep me coming back. Well, Noto is half the reason anyway who am I kidding?

It's not bad but not great either. Domino was a fun addition but the whole story didn't land well together. Omitting certain things creates mystery but if the story suffers for it then it's not worth it. Noto was great as usual.

This was like watching someone walk around the neighborhood looking for his lost dog? The most mundane decompressed story telling by Duggan that could have been shown in 3 to 4 pages. Noto is good as usual.

It is there to usher Cable back to his place so feels almost pointless to have gone through all the mess we did years ago with baby cable. I don't know how Duggan is going to make me care for the last 2 issues. Noto is gonna Noto.

Not Bad!

Fantastic storytelling by Waid and Samnee! Those two are just a dream pair! Samnee's art is a wonder to look at and makes this book feel Classic and Fresh at the same time.

And another one!

Waid, Samnee and Wilson just put out a great ending to this mini-story. Not perfect but it hit on so many notes that make it a worthy story of what Captain America is and should be. The second story with Kirby's art just put a smile on my face and had me asking how did Kirby make this art so many decades ago. It's beautiful. The only down side to this comic is the price. Yes we have 18 more pages but if you keep raising prices i have no choice but to drop other books. I can't afford them all especially when multiple issues come out in the same week costing 5-6 dollars. Yes this book is worth the money but i had to skip X-men Blue this week because it was also 4.99. Sorry but this is a short sighted tactic that will hurt the industry long term. Rant over.

Nice little story spanning past and future by Waid and a good combo of artists to illustrate it. Romero made it look like Samnee never left..almost. Hughes was a pleasure to see!

It's OK. A Cap book about Cap but without much Cap for many issues now.....why? Romero's art saves this one.

Good start and a slow churn from Coates. I like what he's setting up and i hope he does deliver on the big ideas he's going for. Yu's style is a good fit and detailed. It doesn't suffer from being rushed as is the case sometimes.

Bet issue yet. Not ignoring Secret Empire and actually building on its main ideas. You cannot just brush that whole disaster aside like it was nothing. The complexities of what America has become today features heavily here. It doesn't go for the easy road either. Coates still has room to improve as his transitions are still off a bit. leinil Yu is in top form and is aided by Alanguilan inks and Gho colors. Beautiful panels.

It's all there from the creative team. Great script and art. It just has to be structured to flow better.

Great chapter but i have to say that i read it twice and enjoyed it but it took me 15 minutes to read it twice. Some more exposition to go with the beautiful art from Yu/Alanguillan/Gho would have made more sense to me. I want more to read (yes i know i'm of the minority here). Just like all books nowadays, they read better as a collection. I wish i can wait for the TPB but the story is good and don't want it spoiled.

Great stuff. Coates is slowly building to something here and i hope he does deliver. Kubert's art looks good especially with Martin Jr's colors.

The tension is there and kudos to Coates for creating that environment. Kubert's art was never my favorite but it's OK. Frank martin Jr. makes it better with his colors.

I somehow enjoyed this one better than the last few ones even though it's still the same inching of the same story which has been a negative on the side stories. Coates managed this script better for sure and had the right tension but he needs to bring in the side stories around better. The art is good by Kubert who's made better by Martin Jr. moody colors.

It's good and Coates delivers some good lines and scenes but I have high expectations so I'm still waiting for it to reach next level. Kubert is a legend who delivers some nice panels but I'm ready for another artist. He loses me in some scenes where the art is sub-par. Martin's colors are great and help the art a a lot.

This actually is a pretty good issue. I stopped reading months ago because the narrative was lost for me and it dragged on without payoff and no sense of direction but I decided to pick this up since Acuna was on art. This issue actually shows Coates strengths as a writer where he takes these moments and deliver on the characters angsts juxtaposing it with others to make his points come through effortlessly. Acuna's art helped tremendously as the settings and faces landed well because it didn't look cartoonish for me as it was before. I wish Acuna can do more issues because they work well together.

It's just steady and there. The pulse never gets going for this series and it feels like a waste except for the beautiful art from Cranero and RB Silva. The extra stories don't add much and don't justify the $8 price. Marvel is on the cash grab while can business model.

It is a nice tribute and a collage of great artists giving these classic stories life again!

This is not good enough from Kelly, Lanzing and Onyebuchi. I'm not excited for the rest of this mini-event. Magno on art on the other hand delivered detailed and moody art that fits the tone but his art is far above what the writing is achieving. Kudos to Carlos Magno for giving a 100% always. Guru-eFX's colors weren't bad either.

Beautiful art from Carlos Magno could not save this event. The fact that you had to have a page of Bucky Cap-Splaining to Steve what happened in this run says it all.

Nick Spencer...man you said everything that needed said back in the perfect issue when Rage and the Americops clashed and Sam had the best response. We get it man! Only question is when someone needs to be stirring the pot on the victims side......who's speaking for the real good police officer. It's not all one sided issue either? But i digress, this book has not 1 but 2 vampire birds....so yeah :-)!!!

Great issue showcasing what this book was about this whole run. Great nod with the cover to Steve Rogers quitting is just the start. Spencer and Acuna make this comic too good!

Nice jusxtaposition by Spencer but the art switch was distracting. Saiz doing the whole issue would have made it better. Not bad but not great either.

Wonderful start here! It has everything I wanted and more. The writers team up looks to be working well! Also Carnero's art is a perfect match for that old time and classic feel while still maintaining the new edgy spy look and feel when needed. But man those Woodard colors are fantastic!!

This book is a far better one than its Sam Wilson counterpart. The story by Kelly and Lanzing is far more intriguing and the suspense building is there. Also the art is fantastic! Carmen Carnero is a fantastic artist and she illustrated the world of CAP/Steve Rogers very nicely. Woodard's colors are also well layered to fit the environments and objects well without being flashy. Just beautiful.

This story had everything you would want in a great Cap/ Steve Rogers book. The dialogue and voices are good, the mystery and intrigue, and even better a lot of beautiful art by Carnero/Woodard. But this issue just didn't land right. Too many holes starting with the shield that had a secret message from its original maker....hhmm but this shield was broken by Thanos decades ago and heck even shattered just a few months ago in Savage Avengers. How has this message remained there untouched for almost a century? Was it put back by whoever rebuilt it? I can't reconcile this point and the new organization aka the new Hydra just hasn't worked for me. Plus the nonsense overplayed bickering between Bucky and Peggy isn't working. I will stay with this book because I will give the writers enough time to answer questions and the art from Carmen Carnero is phenomenal. That splash page in the middle is gold!

The narrative is not as tight as it should be and has may plot holes but with Carmen Carnero on art elevates this book to something worth reading.

As a script and story doesn't make much sense from Bucky's angle. Carnero does the heavy lifting with her art. It has to carry the story and emotions to move the story forward. Without the beautiful art this would have been average.

It's fine as a story but the Outer Circle is just not the big bad that the writers think they are. The main thing to keep up with this book is the Carmen Carnero art that is simply phenomenal 10/10. Woodard's colors here only make it look even better and I like his play with greys and colors in certain pages.

What a visual treat Carmen Carnero's storytelling is! I liked this issue but I was confused for a few pages which hinders a bit but overall I'm on board even if the Outer Circle thing is a joke of an antagonist.

I'm here for Carmen Carnero! The story from Kelly and Lanzing is solid but is nothing without her art. Nolan Woodard's colors are spot on perfect too!

It's a good Cap book and the art from Carnero is phenomenal with Woodard's beautiful colors. I wish I cared more about the outer circle narrative and that's the holding obstacle. I wish Kelly and Lanzing did a better setup. They went too big and You'd have to erase so much canon, history and use so much disbelief that it bogs the story down. It's enjoyable when you erase those elements. I keep reading mostly because Carnero is a master of her craft.

I'm so cold on this event. Only few issues to go but the pacing, dialogue from Kelly and Lanzing is just not hitting the spot and the art just didn't work for me. To be fair though some action scenes were well illustrated and retro panels to Dimension Z were well planned and colored nicely by Woodard but I've been spoiled by Carnero and she is missed here.

It has its moments but the whole outer circle just doesn't work for me. After that no suspension of belief helps me follow what the characters are doing.

Carmen Carnero is an awesome artist that elevated this book beyond where Kelly and Lanzing had it. They initially set up the story with such high stakes and epic fanfare but in the end the outer circle running a 100 year game in full control defeated in the easiest way possible. The problem is every point where this story is supposed to get you onboard was a letdown. For example anyone can see that Bucky hasn't turned on Steve and was doing exactly what you'd expect. If this is your first espionage comic or first Captain America comic then yeah it's good but with the back drop of what came before it, it's not up to the standard. I mean you had Bucky with Steve blessing drop Wulfgang Fortunov at Dr. Doom's door and act as if you didn't kill him....alright cheerios our hands are clean and Cap is still the good guy YAY! Problematic. Props to Woodard for the amazing colors all around and especially how he made Nomad's skin and bucky's arm really different.

Great script and art. This book is heartbrakingly awesome.

Great characterization of fascism by Spencer that's undermined by the passable art.

A decent start that feels off in some parts because of the 3 writers I assume. The art on the other hand is amazing from Mattia de Lulis!!

Great start from Onyebuchi! Awesome RB "Leipzig" Silva art with Aburtov on colors making it look so fresh.

The story is clunky in its narrative and transitions but I'll give it a few more issues to see how it works. RB Silva makes it better to follow for now.

The series is all over the place and it's not holding my interest unlike the Spencer/Acuna series from years ago. The art is very good and is not a problem even with the switcheroo in artists. Might have to drop this.

This feels disjointed as an event and I'm not really invested here. R.B. Silva on art is always a treat and he is not the problem here so the event's writing is flat so far.

It's a good start but still not sold on Thompson's take. Carnero and Bonvillain delivered some really nice pages! Best take in a while at least.

It's good but a drop since the first. Thompson isn't building this world as the mystery she wants it to be. Things are happening and it's not gelling well. Carnero is awesome in the still frames with great colors from Bonvillain. But when it comes to the fight scenes, Carnero needs to work to improve the perspective of what we're seeing in order to follow the story better.

Thompson's story is good with some usual tropes and a few surprises too. But holly smokes do Carnero and Bonvillain make it look amazing!

It's a decent end to the arc but I need more to keep me around. Carnero is simply outstanding here helped by some rich Bonvillain colors!!

It's good and I really tried to but I just can't care enough to keep reading. Since Marvel publishes too many books and I'm already spending too much, I gotta drop something if I'm gonna add something else. Sorry Kelly and Carmen!

A very fun issue. Thompson is well suited for this book. I dropped it 10 issues ago because it seemed to lose its momentum with the VS Avengers story. Saw good reviews so I decided to see what's up an it's pretty good even without following Empyre. Cory smith's art is nice too. I like the modern looks with the classic feel Especially the way the fight scenes are. War machine's armor looks phenomenal. I'm not sure if Benedetto's inks are the ones bringing that style out but Bonvillain's colors are always a treat.

I liked it but is it really a conclusion?

I enjoyed this issue for all the pieces put together and wish Waid would do the Visions justice after the epic mini series concluded. So far so good but we'll see where it goes from here. Ramos is his usual self. I've come to appreciate his art that's consistently unique for better or worse.

It's a good start but i'll need more to convince me to stay. Izaakse is great and i love his new designs.

Zub is finally firing on all cylinders and i wish the infinity countdown/Incredible Hulk stuff happened in this book but i get the Marvel corporate bologna. I still don't know what happened with Amadeus cho?? I almost dropped the book but i'm glad i picked this one up. Great developments with all dangling threads. Having Libranda on art is great. Just as good as Izaakse but obviously very different. Marcio Menyz did a splendid job with his colors!

Great start to the arc and not how i thought it was going to go.

A very solid start with a lot of promise from this premise. I learned a long time ago to never trust the hype.

I liked this one a lot. Cates is hit or miss for me and this one so far is very good and the art by Shaw matches the vibe very well. I can't wait to read more. The only thing I couldn't believe is seeing Batman still behind bars? I'm sure he's already out and back into the dome by now.

It s not bad but not great either. I keep getting hyped by Cates and then i read the issues and they are fine and good on their own but the double edge story telling and the extreme hype are not helping the reading experience for me. I will ride it out until issue 6 and see then but my hopes are heading in the wrong direction. Shaw is great on art.

This book is losing me fast. It's OK but the Cates self service is not for me and it is not helping this story. The tropes are just repetitive now. For the people that love Cates and his books, this is great for you but he lost me somewhere in the middle of his Venom run and King in Black is a waste of time so I don't know what happened but Cates went from High on the list to low fast. I'll give it one more try next month and see. Shaw and Cunniffe are pretty good!

This is just meaningless for me and I don't care anybody in this book or what or why they're doing what they're doing. I tried really hard to like it but alas it's not setup well with good characters or good backstories. I even had a discussion with one of the guys running my local shop and he said he loved god country but bailed on this book three issue in because of similar reasons. I went on to read X-men by Hickman after this and immediately was struck by how well Hickman has setup his book. Maybe not fair since I care for Laura and the X-men because of previous work but the flow and script for that issue alone is better than 5 issues of Crossover. Also it took 9 minutes to read this issue so that's another point against it...

I'm catching up on my list from 10 years ago. I read issue 1 a decade ago on the Marvel app and didn't read the rest. I remember loving it but I was not 100% back into comics. I'm glad I bought the whole Mark Waid Daredevil run on tpb and this first volume is tremendous! Waid loves the character and it shows. His style and storytelling still reads great a decade later and I'm sure nobody will dispute that it is a classic by now. Paulo Rivera and Marcos Martin are fantastic. Rivera is just absolutely mind boggling with the styles, architecture, physiques, and character details. Marcos Martin is no slouch and is the best complementary artists to Rivera's style. I also liked Javier Rodriguez's colors since this was his Marvel debut. I can see the influences of Rivera and Martin on his future art. I wish Zdarsky's Daredevil had more of Waid's influences in his run because there is almost no levity in his and it is getting to be too much brooding which just takes the joy out of reading his. Not a problem here since I can't wait to devour Waid & Co. other volumes.

It's very good writing by Waid but the sprinkled feel of the plot weakens the landing effects and the different artists take away from the stories unlike the previous one with Rivera and Martin. No surprise that the best issues are when Paolo Rivera is the artist with Javier Rodriguez's colors. Also the lettering by Caramagna in the Mole Man's underground dark lair was perfect!

Enjoyable even with the crossover event between Rucka and Waid. Checchetto is great but when Samnee landed it fit like a glove.

Waid/Samnee/Rodriguez did some good comic booking here! Samnee's art is top notch where all pages and panels are 10s! This dude takes no shortcuts.

Great first 3 issues with the usual good storytelling and dynamics from Waid with Rodriguez and Samnee on art duty doing wonders. The 2 Hulk issues from Waid and Scalera just felt out of place and don't fit into this at all. The art and story are good but it doesn't work to squeeze it here.

Just pure comic books at its finest. The captivating story from Waid, the perfect art from Samnee and the exquisite coloring from Rodriguez.

It's so good!!

Modern Classic!

Ver much enjoyed this one. Zdarsky has proven himself already so it's not a surprise anymore. Chechetto creates some cool art. I'm on-board this one!!

Very engaging story. Well done by Zdarsky. I feel like he produced an issue that's better than the first. Of course Checchetto and Gho are a nice complimentary art team that builds a fitting environment.

Yet another great issue. Zdarsky keeps me invested in the story and I like his take on DD. We'll see these two go at it again and I'm sure Castle ain't gonna be happy. Checchetto's art is flawless.

The story is hitting all the right tones. I wish the art was different. It's hard to follow checcheto. We were spoiled!

It's good and frustrating at the same time. As soon as we get some answers we are delayed again and it gets tiresome sometimes because this has been the same idea for over 21 issues. Zdarsky knows what he's doing in some aspects as it is perfectly thought out but I do wish he doesn't drag some other aspects of the story. Chechetto is awesome as usual and fits the mood perfectly with his art.

Great drama, plenty of good threads to go around but the best one was the chat with Tony. Zdarsky just keeps building. Mobili, Olazaba and Iacono did a great job too on art.

Great work! Very nourishing issue. All gears are moving now and I like it a lot! Zdarsky somehow is really good at this. Chechetto's work is outstanding and he seems to have changed his art a bit too. The edges are tight and hazy at the same time, it's amazing. The body language and the angles are wonderful. Menyz's colors were very complementary to the mood changes.

It's very good and Zdarsky plays the beats well. Hawthorne on art is great and he has some awesome pages especially the court splash page but in some spots it looks a bit rough but I'm not sure that's on Mayer's inks or not? Still very good and well worth the ride.

Great setup but I'm not sure what to make of certain developments. Wait and see how Zdarsky takes it from here but at least it is delivered well as usual and Chechetto's art is fantastic.

Good issue. I don't care about King in Black so this took a dip for me but the narrative still holds and the 2 stories working around each other with 2 different artists actually worked here. Both Hawthorne and Checchetto are great but I have to give a shout-out to the inker Di Benedetto because his inks over Hawthorne pencils were fantastic. Finally that last page was so funny to me because all I can think of was All Might Plus Ultra because of the horns and the creepy forced smile lol now all I'm gonna think about is Hell's Kitchen Smash!!

I hate the whole Knull thing but I loved this issue. Zdarsky just knows exactly what buttons to pushh. Chechetto and Hawthorne again are perfect in this combination between the different scenes! Also those inks by Di Benedetto over Hawthorne pencils are sick and made the whole Venomized DD and Matt art POP!!

I'm fully onboard this again. Great moments whether you agree or not it is still well crafted with some nice Checchetto art and really good coloring by Menyz.

Fantastic work here from Zdarsky! I like the way he does drama and how well it lands for me. This would not hit as well if Mike Hawthorne was not on pencils. His compositions and character poses and facial expressions are tight. Di Benedetto's inks are really striking and I enjoy the way it emphasizes mike's pencils. Menyz on colors makes it all pop! I am gonna miss Mike Hawthorne at Marvel since this is his last book for them. He is one of their best artists this past decade.

This issue is a bit weird and off in its composition. I see what Chip is trying to convey. It is a fact that prisons don't rehabilitate most of its populations and a lot do go back in. But the way Zdarsky is working it in doesn't gel for me. Also I was wondering how Matt was to get out of prison and the way it happened was weak. Nothing learned and nothing was worth it. Elektra's parts were much better and that is not saying much. Landini did a nice job! I hope we get back to form and finish this run strong.

This was OK. Nothing to get me excited for Devil's Reign. It has come down quite a bit these last few issues. The way the fight scenes went down and how the heroes showed at the end was just dumb. The art on the fight scenes was confusing at times and didn't help.

It's not bad but man this arc is running on fumes with many threads just moving haphazardly unlike earlier in the run. I get it, we are going into Devil's Reign so we wrap some things up and set other things but it feels disjointed. The art by Garcia was OK and didn't work for me so it took away from my enjoyment.

Good start. Zdarsky is good as usual but Matt's actions need better explanations. Checchetto is amazing as always and man is Matthew Wilson really good with his shades of coloring.

This was OK to read and none of the retcon hit as it has for others and just falls flat. I almost don't care at this point and I think I need to step away from this book for a while. Zdarsky has lost a lot of his goodwill from the early dozen issues but Dark Reign was not good. It doesn't help that I'm currently reading the Waid/Rivera/Samnee run and it's much better overall. The art was good and not the problem here. Checchetto and Co are great!

It was very OK and the characters had to be reduced back to what they were a while back in order to have this setup make sense. It's forced and feels counterproductive. Kudos to the people that enjoy Kubert's art but it's not for me.

It's a fun issue where Duggan is well within his funny/snarky world. Rod Reis is as great as ever!

Hey at least Duggan can make this dumb Dark Web nonsense work with even dumber heartfelt storytelling mixed with great humor. I enjoyed this one. Noto is very good as usual but Rod Reis's art spreads are absolutely gorgeous.

One of the few bright spots in this dumb Dark Web event. Enjoyed it and loved the art duo of Reis and Noto.

It's a tie in issue. Keeps the story going slowly toward the final. Nice art!

Mike Hawthorne worked his butt off for 80 pages and it's worth the money. Duggan's humor is hit or miss so some scenes feel useless to me but there are enough great things happening that the overall book works. The price will not get new people on board and might get some people to drop it but i was OK with it.

Damn Wade why? Great job by Duggan and great art by Lolli.

Duggan, Lolli and Hawthorne are bringing their A game here.

Best issue so far is SE arc. The present parts are nice and funny and look great by Lolli which makes the past sequences only hit hard because of how Duggan cultivated the relationship between Deadpool and Preston for years. The way Hawthorne drew those pages are worth the price of the issue alone. The looks on Preston and Wade's faces will haunt me for a while.

It had to end. Deadpool can never be happy. Duggan and company have had a great run. It makes me excited for what they planned for him in the future.

It's ok. Nic Klein's art is on point. Skottie will have to get better. The back up story wasn't good. Again the art here saves it but the writing is missing the mark.

It's good but it's still not great. I'm still not sold on keeping up with this one. Duggan built a crazy world that made me care about what's happening. This feels like Daniel way's type of storytelling but it's still missing something. Hepburn and Herring are great as usual!

It's good but get on with the story already. I'm still not sold on Young as the right writer for Deadpool. Nic Klein though is perfect!

Picked this up since I love Libranda's art but wasn't following the series based on the first few issues. It was cute with some nice moments and the art was fantastic but they lost me at the end as yet another character is dying....yes another one. I just can't anymore with everyone dying. How many times do we have to do this story? I'll check back later to see what Thompson makes of it. I hope I'm wrong.

It was enjoyable but writing Deadpool is tough. This is OK and has some good angle that I'm enjoying but it needs to try new angles or it will get boring quick. Coccolo's art is the hero here because it's perfect.

I'm actually enjoying a Deadpool book for the first time in a long while. It's a tough character to get right and Wong is cracking the code in issue 3 with the help of Coccolo on art who makes it all work.

It was an OK ending. Wong has something here and I hope she gets time to work on her writing and build but I'm off for now and I'll check on the trades later. Coccolo is fantastic and I hope to see more from.

It was OK. Cates didn't deliver a proper story or even a hint as to why we're here but he spends more time with the King contemplating Rome which i just don't buy at all. That part took away from the emotion Cates was going for with all of the carnage. Too bad i had high hopes. Unfortunately Olivetti's art isn't his best here. He's going for a different style and it just didn't work for me. He's still very good but somehow didn't match his greatness of past. I will continue to read and see where Donny takes us and i have faith in him but this wasn't good.

Cates cannot make me care about this story and i love the Inhumans. I found a book that Cates can't make it work. It had to happen sooner or later. Something in the process of info delivery/dumping just makes the story almost meaningless. My other disappointment is the art. I love Olivetti's style so much but somehow he is not delivering his usual great stuff here. Lines look rushed and he's definitely trying a new style but it's lacking his usual flair. Too bad because i was looking forward to this series. (Back to Venom i go).

This issue has some improvements over the last one and somehow gets to a more coherent direction. The art improved also but maybe i'm just getting used to this new style Ariel Olivetti is trying. It also could be that he's not coloring his own art and it adds to the differences.

This series needed better planning and better art. Both creators (Cates + Olivetti) are great but this fourth issue just doesn't work. From the disconnected story telling which is trying to be continue the mystery but just comes off confusing. The last part is the only thing that saved this story. Olivetti again just doesn't succeed in his new style. Some panels are rushed and the detail i loved about his art before is lacking in many parts. I mean i get trying new things but it's not working for me. I'll be there for the last issue but i really don't know why?

I really tried to like this book and stuck with it but alas it's not good. I guess writing the inhumans is a hard thing to do for recent writers and Donny Cates is no exception. Olivetti's new art style while decent, just hasn't grown on me and isn't as good as his previous work.

Wow David Marquez's action panels are just something else. No need for words.

It just spins wheels with side stories that add nothing. Deadpool wasn't used well here at all. It's completely wasted space. Duggan just spoiled me i guess. Marquez is his usual good self but the Oeming flashbacks were jarring to me and didn't fit.

Impeccable! This has grabbed my attention like no book did in a little while. Ewing's deep cuts and way with words mixed with Rodriguez's art are a match made for me!

I am not sure if the Japanese is not translated well but this issue felt and read clunky. The dialogue was almost robotic at times. I also can't connect well with Mariko and I'm waiting for that to happen. The art is great in many places but sometimes Momoko's art in some panels lacks the detail that you see in her back page illustrations of creatures.

Man i really love what Duggan has done and couldn't be happier to have it illustrated by Koblish. He just knows how to hit the right dark notes with his art to make this story so much better. To be honest i was ready to hate this book before i read it since i loved the Deadpool from the past few years so much. Well my fears are gone and i can't wait for what's next!

Really well done by Duggan. Dark and ridiculous at the same time. Koblish's style is a nice fit for this story.

Duggan's style of mixing drama, suspense and humor plus Koblish's unique grim very detailed style and Nick Filardi's colors just make this book pure crazy comics fun.

MadCap needed a better ending if this is what it claims it is. Having to follow Madcap's shenanigans for years to end it like this? I get it: Deadpool is his own worst enemy but still felt like it was lacking. I'm hard on Duggan because he's capable of better. Koblish's style lacked the details it had in the previous cable arc so that didn't help. Still a good book by all standards and the last page keeps me wanting more. Edit: I was too hard on Koblish. After looking at it again it's actually no different than his previous books. Maybe different inking? I must've been tired while reading.

Why must you make me root for wade like this. It's a testament to Duggan's work to elevate this horrible clown to something more while dragging him down to the abyss. I had to stop after reading the last few pages and just think about it. Lolli again nails the mood like he did back in issue 20.

Great FUN!! I'm very much enjoying Duggan's shenanigans with Wade as he closes out his time with him. Hawthorne is a true artist who is obviously having fun too!!

Duggan is going out on a high note. Crafting a nice story for Wade that Hawthorne illustrates with clean lines and impeccable art that Pallot/Bellaire bring to life. Hawkeyes Assemble!

Good but not great! Daredevil was losing me at the end and this didn't fully bring me back onboard but it was good enough to keep going and hope Zdarsky can bring back the early feel of this series. Checchetto is outstanding as usual and made the book much better especially with those Menyz bright colors!

Enjoyable event for what it is: a recreation of many elements previously done in other events but from Daredevil's angle of the world but Daredevil (Matt) is just a background character here which is a shame. I only gave it an 8 because Checchetto is insanely good in his detailed art here making it much more enjoyable. Menyz's colors are on point and fitting to the scenes.

It's OK. I would like this as a daredevil book the hype of an event is not helping. Checchetto is keeping my interest!

It's good although I am not following the tie ins so I am missing info which makes it harder to enjoy as a stand alone. I fear that my enjoyment would not be as much as it is without the great art from Checchetto and menyz. All the characters and the story are going in a good churn but somehow this whole setup is missing the magical beat drop. Will it ever show up? Because if the last page was supposed to be it then it didn't hit as hard.

It's fine as an issue but the motions are a bit mechanic. The art is amazing.

Good but I think this normal arc would have been more enjoyable as a tight one instead of an event spread out all over. I found myself not caring about many characters here. I'll see what happens in the relaunch and reassess. Checchetto and Menyz are good as always!

I just don't feel this series anymore. It doesn't help that you make me read thunderbolts nonsense that I couldn't care less about. I'll give the relaunch a try and I hope Zdarsky and Checcetto can capture their previous form.

This was a let down. A 2-4 page story that should've been part of a narrative with a nice message was stretched for a whole issue. Nothing against the guest artists but Quinones was missed here.

Great concept that's nice to read and re-read but You could see that origin story coming from the start of the series. Still kudos for the application by Humphries. Ganucheau on art was nice but Quinones is the MVP of this team.

Now this is where we needed to be 2 issues ago because It would've served the story better without overstretched stuff. Still not hitting the heights of the previous 1-6 issues although Humphries does give us some funny bits like the Early Adopter but still he needs to up the level. Quinones is on fire and his style changes are perfect!

This story is fun and a celebration of comics and I love it for that but the narrative itself is structured wrong and Miguel is continuously making the same mistake over and over again because we need to showcase 4 Dials and we have 12 issues so it feels disjointed to constantly hurry up and wait. Quinones art styles are perfect! I just keep staring at his art so at least that's worth the entry cost.

This put the story back on track and I had so much fun just letting go and enjoying the ride of Super Miguel and LoLo kick you in this story with some old school feels. Joe Quinones did nothing wrong. He was perfect!! That King Kirby art with the krackle and the old school yellowed paper and colors were sublime!! I loved many of the cameos especially the golden age Captain Marvel/Shazzam being the perfect rival to Super Miguel and again Quinones knocks it out.

As an end issue, it was cliched but it has heart and was fun and that's what this series was. A celebration of what comic books were, are and will always be as a unique medium. Some elements are always off and forced but the overall journey was worth it especially when Joe Quinones delivered some art masterpieces...no hyperbole.

I enjoyed this book a lot. What a lovely love letter to hero comic books from Humphries and Quinones. It is exactly what I needed to read at this moment. Humphries keeps it simple, emotional and effective. Quinones was able to replicate so many artists and their unique styles from Mobius to Allred to toriyama to Alex Ross and a dozen more. His art skills are impeccable. This book wouldn't work without him. He is the MVP here.

Well paced storytelling by cates with a nice surprise at the end. Walta fits well in the moody intimate settings.
