If anyone ever questions why this series was nominated for an Eisner last year, give them a copy of She-Hulk #8. It is as perfect an issue as Rainbow Rowell and Andrs Genolet could produce in this run. Read Full Review

Rainbow Rowell has been putting Jen through the ringer, and this issue is no different. It was absolute pleasure to see the way she works through She-Hulk and Jack of Hearts relationship, especially in this issue. This issue as a whole had a really face pace to it, with the dialogue between Jen and Jack slowing things down, but not in a bad way. For a final part to this arc, it really kinda felt like a filler episode though. Regardless, I'm excited to see what's next for this power couple, and I really hope we get to see more of Ganymede in the future! Read Full Review

It hurts to see what might be my favorite book drop the ball this hard. The romantic culmination between Jen and Jack is perfectly fine, but are we really doing Ganymede like this? She's just gone offscreen? We don't get to actually see Jack deal with this genuinely difficult situation? There was a lot more potential for both comedy and storytelling in her involvement, and we're going to have Jack go "Lol just kidding" and she conveniently disappears? I know Ganymede's an obscure character, but if this is how we're treating her, don't bring her in in the first place.
