Geeked Out Nation - Jideobi Odunze Aug 30, 2018

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Shattered Grid #1 brings the first Power Rangers comic book event to a close, and this is one for the history books. There was so much heart put into this story, and I couldn't help but smile, even if all I wanted to do was weep at what was inevitable for the fate of the multiverse by the end of this story. Multiversity Comics - Elias Rosner Aug 30, 2018

Shattered Grid #1 managed to conclude a Power Rangers crossover and fill it with heart and nuance all the while setting up what promises to be new, yet familiar direction. Despite its flawed pacing choices and artistic decisions, it is what I wish more DC/Marvel events were like. Im sure anyone whos followed the crossover will find this conclusion satisfying. Geekery Magazine - Lucas Fashina Aug 29, 2018

Kyle Higgins delivered beyond my expectations. Rather, Higgins' greatest success is tonal, ridding the Rangers of their unintentional camp, delivering a series both brightly colored and yet clearly for the adults who grew up on such instead of their children or childhood selves. His is a depiction of high school life for those who've already undergone as much, rather than those anticipating their secondary schooling still. Too few franchises take this approach.
