Say what you will with about these DC-Looney Tunes pairings, but I prefer to thinkof them as good food. The right mix, the right people, and even the mostunlikely combination can work on many levels. Read Full Review

Black Nerd Problems - Omar Holmon Jun 28, 2017

Mark Texeira and Jimmy Palmiotti didn't let the Loony Toons od DC Universe fandoms down with this mash up. Jonax Hex comes across his usual bad ass self but they character development between Yosemite and Foghorn is perfection. Their humor with one another, how deep the take their debts, and their since of friendship is such an endearing aspect of this book. Read Full Review

If you've got a Jonah Hex itch, then this might be the comic book to scratch it. If you've got a Yosemite Sam itch...well, that's sort of weird, but yeah, this might fit the bill, too. Any other itches we should know about? I hope none of them are contagious. This issue was decent fun and should please fans of Jimmy Palmiotti's work in DC Comics' Wild West. Read Full Review

Color me underwhelmed. I've basically loved the rest of the series, this did not give that same instant feeling of joy and nostalgia that the rest of the books inspired. The art and lettering carry the day. Go pick up one of the other numbers instead! Read Full Review

    AIPT - Russ Dobler Jun 28, 2017

It eschews the most obvious direction this story could have gone in favor of one that is poorly realized and has a lot more meaningless dialogue than fun and/or action. But the pictures are kinda pretty. Read Full Review
