    "TO THE GREATEST UNKNOWN" does a fantastic job of trying up one story arc and sawing the seeds to start a newer story. Thankfully, we'll not have to be waiting quite as long for the next issue. But that said this particular issue was well worth the wait as I had very nearly forgotten that I had subscribed to this book. Especially given that Covid and various other considerations had delayed its release by a whole year. Read Full Review

    This comic is fun distilled. There is a distinct passion and love for the campy high literary pedigree, and Adventureman plays with the variety and the ridiculousness to great extent. This is a perfect return to form for current fans and a great reminder for new readers to pick up on the series, because it's gonna be a fun jaunt through all sorts of madness and marvelous moments.     If Adventureman slipped your radar in its initial run or the time spanning between collections, do yourself a favor and rectify that immediately. Coming back swinging, the book is the type of comic the industry sees every once in a couple of years. With dizzying continuity, a metatextual premise that could only work in sequential storytelling, and a perfect synergy between art and lettering, Adventureman might just be the best Fraction book to date.
