There'sa lot of reasons Extremity #11is worth your dollar, and the book as a whole is deserving of at least a nomination for one of the major comics awards. The visuals arent just amazing, theyre bizarre in the best way, so the only reason not to get into this thing is if you like a more conventional style. Other than that, its the perfect way to fill that Cronenbergian void youve noticed in most other dystopian comic works. Read Full Review

    All-Comic - Joshua Hilgenberg Feb 9, 2018

Johnson masterfully directs each one to prepare for the series' coda. Loss is eminent, but to what degree is unknown. If you aren't reading this series, you're robbing yourself of one of comics' perfect storms. Read Full Review

Word Of The Nerd - Brent Jackson Feb 6, 2018

If you have read any of my reviews for this series, you will know it is my favorite comic book out right now. Every issue of Extremity has been an emotional trip filled with great characters, hard-hitting action, and some incredible artwork. I am excited and sad that this is the second to last issue. I am excited to see how Thea and Rollo's story ends and also saddened that it may not be a happy ending. Extremity #11brings Thea and Rollo to face their father who has been consumed with bloodlust and revenge, he may have brought about the destruction of the whole world in the process. Will peace ever be found, and what happens when you've lost everything that makes you whole? Read Full Review

Geeked Out Nation - Jideobi Odunze Feb 7, 2018

The final battle did indeed start, and by the end of Extremity #11 we are left with nothing but dread for how this will all end. These two factions are sooner to kill each other than work together, and this monster has a high chance of being able to kill them before they can eliminate the other. There are plenty of ways this story could hit this first half of the finale, but this was not one that you could have predicted. The human element plays a big part in this story and that leaves so much to chance when its anything goes from here. Even with the big clash that this concluded on. Read Full Review

The Brazen Bull - Dave Robbins Feb 7, 2018

Love and honor are equally powerful and just as damaging. Thea and Rollo begin to see that there is no justification for the horrors, and that the emotional stakes are huge yet they do what they must do regardless of consequence. These characters have come a long way and they have a lot to lose. The story remains as exciting and thought provoking as ever. Extremity is not to be missed. Read Full Review
