DC Comics News - Steve J. Ray Sep 1, 2021

This series began with two men sitting in a crater, with one man telling the other the story of just what happened there. Geiger #6 brings that tale to a close and sets the foundations for the future" not just Tariq Geiger's, but one with will expand Geoff Johns, Gary Franks, Brad Anderson, and Rob Leigh's Mad Ghost Universe's. BGCP - Michael Lennox Sep 1, 2021

Many will criticise Geiger for being a simply told story, but it must have been hard to resist the temptation to keep adding in McGuffin's and dead-end plot points as many new books do. Johns's seasoned hands along with the rest of the Mad Ghost team have opened the door of a new Geigerverse. Read Full Review

Forces Of Geek - Lenny Schwartz Sep 3, 2021

Geoff Johns writes a fairly strong script here. The story is fast paced and interesting and the dialogue is well done. The art by Gary Frank is excellent as well. He is only getting better with each new work and this is no exception. Read Full Review

Lyles Movie Files - Jeffrey Lyles Sep 1, 2021

Geiger probably over delivered and somehow managed to surpass expectations despite the pedigree of its creative team. I'm looking forward to the next volume, but the world of Geiger expands with a 2022 Junkyard Joe series and an 80-page special in November. The fun is just getting started with this exciting new universe. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff Sep 1, 2021

Johns really hasnt done anything terribly original with Geiger, but it IS interesting to see him try to develop this whole universe in which The Unnamed fight the Unknown War. Its a timeline that goes back to the American Revolution and forwards to 2050 and beyond. Its an ambitious idea for a massive American chronology. With any luck, the rest of The Unnamed is going to have a bit more originality than Geiger. Read Full Review

    ComicBook.com - Spencer Perry Sep 1, 2021

This series is so bizarre as it tries to bring so much to its subgenre without actually delivering anything new, thankfully Frank's artwork is still unbeatable and makes it fun. Read Full Review

Sequential Planet - Danilo To Sep 8, 2021

This was a cool first volume. It mostly developed the world of Geiger instead of its main character, but it was an enjoyable story and the mystery did good to Tariq's persona as a ghost of the apocalypse. I did get disappointed with the unified cannon approach they're going with. Especially this soon. It did affect my experience reading this last issue but that doesn't mean this isn't a nice superhero story which brings the experience of an incredibly talented team of artists forth.
