    I loved this one-shot. I wish it went into more detail and that the story was longer, but those hardly detract from the value of this issue. I picked this issue up because I loved the bottom half of the cover. Seriously. I really didn't know much about Vision. I know he was in some of the crossover event stuff that I had read (Infinity Series), but other than that, all I knew was that he was an Avenger. After reading this issue, he is now ranked up there with my favorites! Read Full Review

    This book is one of the best surprises of this week's comic releases. The emotional peaks and troughs of the writers' script and Perger's art chase one another through the story, pulling the reader deeper and deeper as they go. Do yourself a favor, and take a break from the steady onslaught of monthly series to enjoy this hidden treasure. Read Full Review

    "Avengers Origins" is a fun set of one-shots brushing up the origin stories of these fan-favorite characters, and this issue is a textbook example of what these stories should be like. With more issues on the horizon, every fan of the Avengers is sure to find a story or three of "their" Avengers. I've certainly found mine in this issue. If only we could have more. Read Full Review
