Kennel Block Blues #3 is a high point for the series so far. What began as a satirical, comedic take on the prison genre through animals in a kennel has turned into an even more emotional story than originally expected. The creative team is firing on all cylinders now so it is kind of unfortunate that the end is nigh with the final issue around the corner. This is most definitely the best issue yet. It’s raw, emotional, telling, and just plain brutal. This series only has one issue left, so if you aren’t caught up, now is the time to read up and figure the story out. I’m not sure what I even expect out of the fourth and final issue, but I can tell you one thing: It’s going to be good. Read Full Review
That was a poignant issue; a sad reality where innocent animals pay the consequences of human nature. They did not ask for it. All they wanted was love but alas they end up being burden for some when bad times come and this is a heartbreaking live-issue very much present in our society.
