The Super Powered Fancast - Deron Generally Jan 20, 2021

Dan Mora masterfully tells this story visually with the art. Not only does it capture the mood of the story, but its emphasis on the characters allows for the dialogue to be brought to life with the mood of the characters and their emotions. A great looking issue filled with beautiful details. Read Full Review

    GWW - Joseph Gilmore Jan 20, 2021

With Nimue sharing her past with Rose, Rose staying defiant, even with a gun pointed at her head, and Lancelot making his inevitable introduction into a King Arthur story, Once and Future #15 continues to deliver. The story is just as fascinating now as it was when it started.     Read Full Review

Horror DNA - James Ferguson Feb 12, 2021

This is a quieter yet just as intense issue of Once & Future. We learn more about this family and the lengths its members are willing to go to protect or destroy their homeland. There's a nice twist at the end that opens the door for more possibilities. This book just keeps growing and I love it. The story, characters, and artwork are so strong that you can't help but get pulled in completely. Read Full Review

Beyond The Panel - Jideobi Odunze Jan 20, 2021

All in all, this was another excellent issue of Once & Future. Issue #15 was very informative for the depth given to the madness of the McGuire family. Just when you think you have seen and heard it all… Read Full Review

    COMICON - Olly MacNamee Jan 25, 2021

Mary confronts Rose in her own home, while Duncan and Bridgette go hunting for Mary!?! Once & Future #15 also gives us our very own radical retake on Lancelot du Lac and a frightening family secret revealed that will have you rethinking Mary, our would-be antagonist. Tense, taut, terrific. Read Full Review

Monkeys Fighting Robots - Cat Wyatt Jan 19, 2021

Once & Future #15 is bold and brilliant in the best of ways. The new twists are truly that, while still fitting with the story thus far. Throw in the stunning artwork, terrifying (yet compelling) monsters, and you've got yourself a memorable issue. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - David Harth Jan 27, 2021

Once And Future #15 clues readers in some things they needed to know while also setting stuff up for later. Gillen accomplishes this without ever letting the book seem slow or boring, building anticipation and tension with the scene cuts. He doesn't give Mora any big action scenes but lets him show his character acting chops, making the issue work that much better. Once And Future #15 does a great job of cluing readers in and keeping things on the up and up. Read Full Review

    Razorfine - Alan Rapp Feb 1, 2021

The issue ends with the introduction of yet another character, Sir Jason Hempleworth, although it's not yet clear what his role (and the role of the government) have yet to play. Read Full Review

Flickering Myth - Calum Petrie Jan 21, 2021

Overall this is a strong issue, one of my favourites possibly as we start to understand the motivations of characters more. Even a simple act from Duncan stepping up to Bridgette was a fantastic piece of development. The direction this story is going will make for some great cliff-hangers, unexpected changes and lots more Arthurian legends to be told. Read Full Review

    ComicBook.com - Matthew Aguilar Jan 20, 2021

Once & Future continues to be one of the most compelling and unique series in comics, and while this issue can get a little heady at times, it still adds even more richness to an already rich world. Read Full Review

Comic Crusaders - Lucas Fashina Jan 21, 2021

It continues to tap into the myths and medieval romances, that are structured around a code of honor, conducted by flawed characters leading to misguided macho displays of chivalry, that often come back to haunt people. Leading to classic stories, from whom we are supposed to learn valuable lessons. Read Full Review
