What more can you say about this issue than it is a refreshing breath from the old fashioned origins of yore? We begin with a well-established story expanded from each issue and then end with the introduction of new characters and a Hollywood style knuckle biter. In short, it's not the best of the five issues to date, but Future Quest #5 is still a better-than-average effort with a LOT of moving pieces, even thought it hits a couple of sour notes (musician joke) regarding The Impossibles. Read Full Review

While I had fun and enjoyed this issue, for the most part, the issues being cut in half to give attention to how the main cast got to this point is becoming taxing. I want to be invested in this story; I love it so much, but it's becoming annoying to split the issue in half so we can get another group of characters in! Art continues to shine, especially in its character designs, with highlights being the Impossibles and their villains. Parker is playing the long game here and patience is needed by the reader. The first few issues have been fun and there is hope with the B-Story. Luckily, this is really well drawn and all of the crazy action fits nicely in the boxes provided. Read Full Review
