Justice League #58 is a revitalizing mid-point to the Endless Winter event. This huge battle was needed, as there was the potential for the plot to seize in the cold. Green Lantern was the perfect choice as the main character, as it gives him when he doesnt have his own series for it to be featured in. His powers and personality are more than enough to boost the energy of the crossover, and the art is spectacular as he does so. Read Full Review

Justice League #58 was a quite enjoyable chapter in the Endless Winter story, but I hope that when #59 comes out in March, that the title gains some more stability than it has had over the last year. Hopefully, Brian Michael Bendis will be able to provide that stability in his run. Read Full Review

While I was hoping for some Fire Trolls to make their appearance in this issue, we focus mostly on John Stewart and him wondering if he'll ever have a family, while also busting up some ice monsters. Yeah, not much is different here than previous chapters and it's wearing a bit thin, but like usual the flashbacks are the star of this and thankfully the art was great throughout. Read Full Review

This is just kinda boring? I don’t know. Hope he gets his popsicle kids (popsikids?) back.
So much for things happening that matter. I guess the point of this issue is to give us some perspective on John Stewart, but nothing here is revolutionary in that regard. I guess it's nice to see heroes being heroes, but it could be done much better. The Justice League 1,000,000 BC pitch that frontloads each issue is probably the part that's most interesting.
A waste of time.
