I'm happy to see how 3-D Man served a similar role for the Avengers as Firestar did for the X-Men in their fight against Orchis. I wasn't sure when and how 3-D Man turned to the dark side, but I was giddy during the big revelation of what he and Black Panther planned in secret. Very well done. Read Full Review
When you shake it all down, Avengers #13 is affected a bit too much by external factors, leaving us with an anticlimax two-thirds of the way through the issue, an epilogue that has to play it coy, and a next-issue blurb promising an all-new, albeit possibly temporary lineup. Read Full Review
Plot
The battle vs Orchis reached The Impossible City, The 3-D Man manages to decipher the invisibility mechanism and the Stark Sentinels attack is immense.
The battle is epic and all the Avengers return to The Impossible City to counter the attack and manage to save the day by making The 3-D Man reflect on his actions.
But this peace only lasted a few days...because suddenly the planet's sky goes dark, seen from space...welcoming the summer event Blood Hunt, where the Vampires snatch everything...Who will they bite first? .
