As in the case of his Robin, Dixon is at his strongest while peppering action scenes with witty character exchanges, and there are plenty of zingers to add color to this issue's proceedings. Dixon is a damn capable Batman writer as well, and he captures the Dark Knight's ruthless leadership role perfectly without making him too much of a jerk, something that many modern writers would have a tough time pulling off.
